for those who have read the webtoon, I have some question, please answer with spoiler checked:
1. Is there any romance? heavy or light?
2. If yes, which character will have the romance plot?
3. If there's no romance in webtoon, then what romance plot/couple/ship that possibly added by the drama writer?
I'm asking just to prepare myself before watching this drama.

I think I read your comment somewhere about GYJ & LJW being a Taurean on-screen couple. I kinda agree, chemistry is their main talent as Taurean. They'll make me go crazy T_T

She's like the most psycho grandma that ever exists in drama. She said her only reason is to protect his son's throne, but bullshit. She only wants power for herself. I bet she's supporting Prince Bogeum because he's a mere low rank concubine's son, so she can adopt him once he wins the taekhyeon. Her goal is keeping her position as Queen Dowager even in the next king throne. She won't let the queen or even consort Hwang to be the next queen dowager.

Rain only appears for a few seconds for unnecessary scene like wtf, I kinda expect he'll interact with queen or the grand princes. Is he going to appear in another episode?

Honestly I want this drama to end soon because I'm waiting for AoS: Light and Shadow that will air once this drama ends ;P. But I can't help to fall in love with characters in this drama especially the Queen and Grand Prince Seongnam <3. I really want to see the Grand Prince Seongnam dressed in Crown Prince attire (or even the King attire), I really want to see the future of the Kingdom with Kim Hyesoo as the Queen Dowager and all her children live happily. It will be hard to say goodbye to these amazing characters when this drama finally ends :')

Just asking. Netflix already reveal the slot for episode 21-30 in their AoS page that use previous part's poster. So it means they will not have new poster/new page for Alchemy of Souls: Light and Shadow.
So are we really not getting the new poster at all? I'll be so sad T_T

Gosh, it's the queen family vs everyone in the palace. It seems so impossible for them to survive in that cruel palace. T_T. I hope someone powerful will start to help them. The king, I don't know until when he's going to be on queen's side. He seems so easily manipulated. And ohmy Startup's Grandma was the best grandma in the world, I can't believe in her past life, she's the worst grandma ever. T_T

But I think he looks good with Kim Sae Ron in Kiss Sixth Sense. She's 2 years younger.

well 2521's cast obviously have better acting & chemistry, it's better written in many ways.

This movie is just mixing all classic overused tropes into one story. I keep thinking "I've seen this one before, somewhere" until I fed up.

can't wait to see another new character that will be potrayed by Lee Jae Wook. All of his characters are different and iconic!

Wow the rating is high..., I can't believe I fell asleep watching this. Everything is so predictable since the beginning. Maybe it's just me who expect too much.
