Today’s post credit scene between the emperor and one ear Eunuch had me rofl 🤣. Emperor is the most useless and pitiful person in this drama.
Wishful thinking on my part concerning Zaddy Wei Yan. I hoped he was just a morally gray character and I’ve been lying to myself cos actor is so fine 😂 but previews have made me see the light…kind of 😅
Wow episode 33 straight 🔥🔥🔥. My eyes were glued to my phone during that convo between the Sui brothers. Those 2 actors played their role so well. My guy Gongsun finally opened his mouth and umm FCY and XZ 🤯. Ummm wish we got more post credit scenes cos I was so the maids during the kiss 😂😂😂
On another note, sad to see what the comments for this drama have turned into...I’ve been silently reading while trying to catch up only to see so many comments about the “leak.” Sad for the whole team that worked on this to get such a leak and hope the perpetrators get caught. Yayyy for 9.2 rating, wonder if it goes higher after all episodes “officially” released
Waiting for all episodes to air before I watch, but I’m getting mixed feelings about the ML now (from the internet).…
ML is a morally gray character and his actions toward FL at times are manipulative but he is absolutely not a “selfish and toxic jerk.” He’s down bad for fhe FL, like “let the world burn for her” and “touch her and die” type of down bad. His love for the female is clear and he’s never shy to show it no matter who’s around.
Another 2 good episodes to follow up yesterday’s. MQY has to be up there as one of the most manipulative cdrama MLs and I can’t even hate on him. I mean CZ is soooo good, her actions in 27?!!! No wonder MQY head over heels and can’t act right cause I’ll do whatever it takes to keep CZ with me too 😂😂
The editing in some of the episodes (especially the earlier ones) did such a disservice to this drama. It made the drama so disjointed and honestly caused me a headache 😂. I’m sure many people dropped it and are missing a good drama. I stuck it out cos I liked the novel, and I’m glad I did. Episodes 25 and 26 were quite good. Loved FL’s actions in these episodes, she may not have confessed her love to MQY through words but her actions are sure screaming her love for him. MQY knows CZ loves him and honestly uses her love to often manipulate her 🙃. MQY is likely certifiable, lol man is crazy in love and also maybe just straight up cray cray

Well 😂😂😂I get the frustration but there’s still 5 episodes left. Can’t have her kill off the supposed “main villain” so soon. She’s sad now but she even questioned herself afterwards if she did the right thing in terms of her fight with XHJ.
From a legal standpoint, XHJ was correct because they still needed hard evidence and they still need to clear…
I think he is still a ride or die, just wants to make sure she dots her I’s and crosses her T’s cos who knows if there’s someone else behind the right chancellor? XHJ’s actions very much fit his character from the very beginning but while watching I was furious he intervened and then calmed down when i thought about it from his pov.
The way I was ready for Li Peiyi to smack the ML down and take her revenge, all consequences be damned. But even though I was angry with the ML for his action, he made a good point and LPY knew he was right cos she could have easily moved him aside and taken her revenge. The emperor is the true villain here, no one can convince me otherwise, cos what’s with that judgement? Also Consort Shu, I’m looking at her sideways but I hope she not bad cos that would hurt LPY.
Mr. Gu and Wu Ren are too cute 🥰 hope they have more screen time. This baby farm case is crazy. No one can make me believe Grandpa did wrong. All those 4 deserved their terrible ending.
I feel sad for this latest story as well. All she wanted to do was heal people, and though the friend killed people…
Yh last case had me tearing up and it’s ending was very unsatisfactory but understandable. I found it sad that he wanted to remove all obstacles in her way of being a great doctor and in turn became her biggest obstacle and eventual downfall 😢
This has to be one of my favorite cdrama FLs ever. Hu Xiu is so smart, stays level headed even in the face of adversity, trusts ML wholeheartedly, asks questions that need to be asked and importantly gives people time to answer her question without abruptly storming off (one of my biggest pet peeves and the cause of so many misunderstandings in cdramas, like damn give people a chance to explain before walking off but lol I digress).I was never anxious about her finding out about MLs secret cause she has such a great personality and is emotionally sound. I’m so thankful to the writers/producer of this drama for such a well rounded FL. 3 more episodes to go but alas work awaits 😂. A side note, PZ seems to be going out sad, I hope he makes a 180 these last 3 episodes I have yet to watch but I have low expectations. FL couldn’t have been more obvious that she had no romantic feelings for PZ but I guess that damn bandaid really got him 😂😂😂.
