What a crazy ride…so sad it’s over but happy with the ending. Everyone got what they deserved. All the actors were fantastic. My only regret was the crazy emperor (Xia Jingyan). He was such a layered character and the actor (Qin Tian Yu) played the role to perfection
Mu Qibai needs to die a horrible death. Episode 14 was mostly disappointing cos the lies continue, what a headache. But on the bright side Ji Bozai hugging Mu Qibai was hilarious 😂

Yh valid point. The show has done a great job showing all the villains perspective and why they became the way they are. I think the last conversation he had with FSG about saving his son was his turning point. If FSG had given him the answer he wanted then all this would have been avoided. But his son I feel was unforgivable as he showed no remorse for what he did.
I knew it was bad when I was happy to see the princess but whew I needed to catch my breath from all the action. I can’t wait for sweet revenge from the leads. I hope Murong Senoir’s end is crazy brutal cos I’m angry I felt bad for this guy at one point.

Everyone has their preference. if this isn’t yours it’s okay to move on and watch something else. I think the show is good so far, it’s more slice of life/comedy (I’m sorry you found nothing funny but I’ve been laughing watching a lot of the episodes, again preferences).
This drama is giving what it promised and so much more. I saved 6 episodes and finally caught up but I need more! it has everything: kickass ML/FL, love, hate, power struggle, loyalty, betrayal, revenge, and so on. Preview for next episodes got me 😫. Episode 26 was just 🔥🔥🔥🔥. That My Condolences had me cackling 😂😂😂😂. Such great acting all around. Also I would hope that slap woke that brainless princess of Susha up from whatever spell Xia Jingshi has her under.

1. Pretended to commit financial fraud, used that to get Qiao Lin to break up with Yu Yi Ming and get back with him. Worked briefly until they figured he lied about the Financial fraud and he left with shame (he really should have been reprimanded further but alas I guess his losing the girl was his punishment?). 2. No didn’t divorce, tried but reconciled during cool down period. 3. You can say she’s working towards having a relationship with them. No direct patching up but Xu Yan left the door open for their relationship to improve. That’s one of the most realistic aspect of this whole drama I feel. 4. Yes they have a cute wedding at the end. Briefly broke up cos of weirdo Lin Tao 5. She was the worse character and I feel her end was not satisfying. She gets to leave to London with her equally crazy side piece (Hao Ming’s Lawyer). 6. Yes became successful, unbelievable so (most unrealistic part of the drama, imo). 7. Yes he did. 8. Hmmm poor Chen Chen. A displeasing twist at the end (I don’t want to spoil this but it has to do with Fang Lei). He came to terms with Hao Ming being his “father” after a quick getaway to Xu Yan’s grandmas house. He’s not shown much after that.
Lin Tao 🤨. We’ll see how that goes. Also when is the FL and ML going to get back together?, preview for episode 29 looks 🔥🔥. Also was not expecting so much fashion focus in this drama. These last episodes reminded me of the drama, Sunshine of My Life.
So happy with this drama. Li Qin is so amazing in this, I’m begging the universe for a happy ending cos I still haven’t recovered from her last drama I watched: SNTL. Talk about sad ending 😢.
How I’m I rooting for SHM to win XY back when I disliked his character in the beginning? 😂😂😂. I thought I would want them divorced but SHM has changed my mind with his earnestness. He now knows what he lost. On another note this man Steve is as crazy as Fang Lei 😒. Lin Tao seems to be a step below these two, like take a hint. These one episode per day about to be killer 😬
