Just watched episode 23, and it looks like Empress Lv and the Third Prince are actually lovers, not siblings. I don’t like that Meng Zhenzhen had to get involved again in her family’s dirty political dealings, even if she’s only doing it to save her sister-in-law. In the end, Scholar Li Jiaohan kind of died because of her. I’m glad Qing Tai was saved.
