Ikr! I saw the trailer and I was like deja vu.

My bad. I felt Korn was not as drunk but maybe you’re right. That can be counted as an accident. And even in MIR, the drunk guy sort of misled the other guy by asking if he wanted to do it.. who should not have given in but did. But Techno’s case was rape. Nothing else. But i still feel BLs should move from drunk sex to proper love stories.

I was really conflicted between an 8.5 and a 9. I was totally in love throughout the series and it is by far one of the best BLs I have ever seen. Ae - Pete are relationship goals.

Yes, there is a but.
If it was truly only a Ae-Pete story, it would have been perfect. But we were introduced to 3 side couples and I didn’t like anything that happened to them.

TinCan - TinCan will be one word because they were really cute together. One who could not trust and one who could not doubt - They completed each other. First, there was not enough time for them. Second, they ended abruptly. Both clearly had feelings but not enough time. Instead of concluding the other couples, these two needed closure. I feel so bad for Tin. It might be realistic, but if this is realistic, the other two couples define sexual harassment.

Tum-Tar - First, they were step siblings, right? Not blood related? Else, incest ain’t my thing. Secondly, Tum literally forced himself on Tar - that was an attempt to rape. And for Tar to just forgive him after all he had been through, I can’t really digest that.

Techno- Sociopath - Kla was a sociopath. Period. Techno’s brother was a creep. And what happened between Kla and No was rape. There is no way to justify that. One might argue that No responded but he was drunk and out of his senses. In a normal world, that is rape. Techno was one of the sweetest character. Running out of money, but still feeding Can. Always taking care of his juniors. He deserved better.

I am not just jilted because of TinCan but more for Techno.

This is a must watch nonetheless. You can choose to watch 13 episodes and still have fun. Ae pete were so adorable throughout- no second guessing. My only problem was that BL world should stop romantisizing rapes. If both parties were drunk, it’d still qualify as a mistake or accident. But one party taking advantage of an unconscious person is harassment. BLs deserve more respect than harrassment turn into love.

If you love someone, you don’t force yourself on them in their sleep. Even forced sex in marriages is rape. Anything without consent is rape. I hated how Tar never got angry at Tum for forcing him.. and Techno was such a sweetheart.. for him to wound up with a sociopath is not a happy ending. It makes me feel worse than TinCan. I don’t understand how sleeping with someone while they’re unconscious not account as rape.. and also develop into a love story. This was the same in Together with me and Make it right. You have all those straight dramas with real stories .. but you need to be crappy with Bls. Rather BLs have so much potential to make better stories. I feel so wronged.

Call me biased , but I loved Sotus S. arthit needed a wakeup call. I love scenarios where the one who are hurt and who love more like kongpop take a step back. He always gave in. But Arthit needed a reality check. He needed to know that he can’t take Kong for granted. And that he can’t always be a baby and have kong follow him. I loved how Kong let him be and make him understand his worth.

I hate when they easily forgive . Like Rome did. He should have not accepted Pick so easily and made him realise that he is not an option.

Cheating might be realistic and common everywhere but it is not everything there is in relationship. Thai dramas especially Bls tend to overuse it. I am sucker for happy endings. If you want to be realistic, show real life issues like acceptance by society and family, and careers or long distance relationship. Don’t make every second person cheat. I have dated and when I was dating, no matter how handsome or attractive a new person was, I didn’t cheat or act on attraction.

Korn was the first one to approach Knock. To cheat and be scared to be open is low. Let’s see how he redeems himself. As for the Rit guy.. I don’t know you Rit since i wont watch this season but hugs. If Korn and farm does not mend their ways, just get together with Knock!

I so get you. It is just that this is not how it should have ended. Can being confused is acceptable but not as a series conclusion. it was neither a good nor a bad ending. Not even an open ending. It was abrupt. That was the only complain. TinCan deserved more screentime. It would have been a perfect 10 if there were only 2 couples. Sad ending is when they dont love each other but here Can is unsure. But what can we do. It’s what it is. I am googling fanfics.

As for Gun, he is my fave (second to Krist.. I have a soft corner was ukes). And it is so great that Off said that he’d only do Bl with him. Same with Krist. I read that he said he’d only do BL with Singto. Though Singto and Gun will do others.

It’s second part has Gun and I so adore him there!! It’s called love you you. The guy who plays Nai is kinda cute too.

It says 28 episodes of 45 min each. But it is only 34 min on Netflix. Is that really the ending or is any episode missing.

This is one of my favourite novels and if I remember correctly, the last scene is not even in the novel. Once they get together, they stick together!

I just come here to read the comments because after I don’t think I can watch it. I told you that I did not like Knock in s1. To have Korn cheat and Yihwa sway. I can’t go down that road. Korn was supposed to be the right one. the good one. How are they ever gonna pick themselves up!?

Cheating is common in Thai lakorns and FLs are shown timid and forgiving .Though lakorns are pretty prude and their spectrum of cheating doesnt often go as far as sleeping with other people. But seriously, is cheating really that common in Thailand or that’s just a common day concept that tv shows have picked like telenovelas. They make cheating even worse in BLs. Like all we can give you in s2 is cheating or confused MLs. Knock was not enough im s1, now they have Korn. And You are not okay to come out to your parents about your fiancé but are now cheating, Korn! Why!!! Though I am curious, what knock is upto but not curious enough to watch.

Also, Farm. I never liked his and Bright’s relationship. It was paedophilia. And that group sex, if I remember correctly, if Farm would have shrugged him off and ran away, Bright would not have forced him too. But if Farm ends up forgiving Bright and cheating on someone else, it is unforgivable. You’re traumatised, fair. You dont want to believe in love, fair. But to make someone go through the same shit you went through, not fair. Also, it might be an unpopular opinion, but I found Farm shady in TWM. Like he never spoke up and noone knew what was going on in his head.. and it sort of creeped me out.

Omg. That is what i often say as well. Life is bitter enough; I don’t need that from dramas. And that is why I watch completed series instead of airing ones. I am sucker for happy endings.
In the novel, this was a small hiccup and Tin and Can end up together. Rather Ae Pete go awry. I am more than satisfied with Ae Pete but Tin Can have left me salted. I think they’re perfect for each other. A tin who doesnt trust and can who never doubts. Somebody should quickly translate the novel or write a fanfic.

As for TWM, I just felt that Korn should have come clean with Pleung. Let’s say she was not a villain. Would he have continued tormenting Korn. Also, I hated how till the very end he trusted that woman over Korn. It’s not fair. Like you said, this being done in a straight drama would have been called cheating and he branded as villain. And all you can come about as story for BLs is one being confused or cheatinf. Come on. We deserve better. It’s unfair. Nonetheless, it had the most amazing chemistry. Though i read that they messed up TWM- Next chapter pretty bad. I am okay with confused ML as long as they don’t two time. That is why my fave is Kong Arthit. And those in Like Love.
Also, I hate if the other person forgives easily. Like korn did. Or Rome did in Puppy honey. If they treat you like an option make them suffer. Call me sadist, but i would have loved for Tin to have seduced Can and then Can should come begging for rejecting him! Same with Pick and Rome.

Don’t get me started on TinCan. I brooded all night. Ofcourse I still love the series but I can’t rewatch TinCan cut. Tin finally started trusting again and to leave him heartbroken was brutal. It would have been better if they had shown an open ending like in MIR or Puppy love where they don’t start dating in season 1 but there is hope. This was brutal. I was so sad yesterday that i did not watch the last ep and moved to mangas for therapy.

But nonetheless, for a drama to make you sad irl means it is good. And Ae Pete are relationship goals.

Kiss me came first and when the BL couple gained more love than they expected, they decided to give them a prequel. Guess i will watch kiss me again first, as i have already picked and dropped kiss series once. But i hope it ain’t like Twm. I could not watch Bad Romance and Twm- next chapter because of all the cliches they brought it. And people might call it realistic but i hate cheating and two timing concept. It is okay in a drama or two, but they have made it a rule for most BL sequels. You don’t do that to straight dramas, why ruin my BLs. Make it Right and TWM are my sore spots. Either you like someone or not, don’t string them along and confuse them while you settle your feelings.

I agree with you. I read the same about the director but maybe that was his intention for s1. To give a couple a sad ending to redeem it in s2 like Make it Right or Puppy honey (just crueler).

I am heartbroken for TinCan as well and hence have not watched the last episode yet. I really wish they had given them a happy ending and left techno couple high and dry. Techno deserved better!

The series was great. One of the best BLs. TinCan ended like that because the previously planned season 2 was axed.

I love the series, and TinCan shall forever be together.

I might fast forward or skip last ep and presume that. I saw the Yt mv of Tin crying and my heart cannot handle it.

I asked for spoilers. Maybe I just wanted Tin to move on and not be that heartbroken. Trust people again. And maybe end up with an optimism that someday Can will respond. Wishful thinking eh!

Nothing for Tin I guess. I just wished he moved on and became more trusting on people despite everything. He deserved to be cared for.
