singto's character stayed instead of passing over, because him passing over and leaving ohm's character behind would be considered a sad ending. instead it was your typical saccharine bl ending that didn't really make sense for this kind of story, where one of the leads is literally a ghost. also it was an early era before gmmtv started pairing these guys like crazy and milking their fanservice for money

out of all gmmtv shows i've seen the only couple that comes to mind that didn't get a saccharine happy ending was nickboston from only friends but also they were played by mark and neo who aren't a fixed actor pair so the creators weren't afraid to break their characters up since it were fk and fb bringing most of all that sweet fangirl cash
