i'm like always amazed at how convincing khaotung is at portraying a drunk person. both in only friends and here. some actors (not gonna name names) might wanna learn a thing or two from him
very aesthetically beautiful series and freenbecky's acting and chemistry are no joke, but good lord this was a doozy to get through at times (too often for my liking). i said before this series even started airing that it doesn't need to be 16 episodes, and now that it ended i still stand by that. too slow for me
"i was the reason someone you love is dead" are we not supposed to know yet who she is talking about? because neither ben nor oom are dead, and paul was no one to ai-oon. who else died, am i forgetting something
woke up today thinking damn i had such an amazing dream about getting a lesbian version of only friends directed by none other than jojo tichakorn himself, too bad it was just a dream- OH WAIT
what about the two murders, are you cool with that
my bad, that was actually kind of rude and inconsiderate of me. personally i was chill about that scene because they both were in the attack mode so it felt balanced (for the lack of a better word) to me, but i guess i can see how it can be triggering for others
just saw on twitter jojo said that the script for the ending scene originally had fadel just lying in bed smiling. but joong thought it was too saccharine and unrealistic, so they went with a sexual fantasy instead. everyone say thank you joong
I hope fandoms don't get mad or hate on actresses if they ever kiss each other, yk not only their shipped partner.…
ikr i don't understand what all the fuss is about since it's pretty obvious that the girlies are going to end up in their fixed pairs by the end of the show anyway. so what if they cross-kiss on the way there. it's still going to be milklove, namtanfilm and viewmim (unless these two get a nickboston treatment lol) at the end of the day
a staple of aof noppharnach series. one character goes abroad + timeskip. tian is going abroad at the end of 1000 stars, pran is living abroad at the end of bad buddy, mhok is going abroad at the end of last twilight. at least li ming and heart at the end of moonlight chicken got to go abroad together lmao
I think they are still testing the waters and utilise only their big gl names for the time being, that are guaranteed…
idk man i think 23.5's success (despite the series itself being very mid) was very telling that they have a huge gl fanbase. the way the trailers for us and pluto were received was also significant. gmmtv and p'tha are obsessed with engagement on social media, and fans of these gl pairs and solo actresses (a lot of whom expressed interest in acting in gl series) often outdo the bl fans in terms of engagement. other studios make gls that end up raking millions of views on youtube. literally everything points to gls being a very profitable and successful endeavour, and yet...
and even if they are unwilling for some reason to invest in straight-up gls, why not add gl side pairings to some of their 235635673 bl shows? like i know there's a divide between bl and gl viewers, but there's also a plenty of people like me, who watch both
Why is it called as "a dog and a plane"? I know about plane which their jobs are plane-related (flight attendant).…
it's from a thai idiom "a dog barking at a plane" that means you want something out of your reach/league. i think they should've come up with a different international name for this show though
also can we talk about how the lineup had 17 (or 16, depends on whether that skynani series is a bl or not - either way, still a lot) BL shows and TWO. TWO GLs. and not a single one of their 17 or 16 bls appear to have a gl side pairing. fuckass company
