I also think that case is related to the puzzle. Ena couldn't believe the suicide. Ena questioned " why would he drink the nicotine mixed soju alone?".
If he wanted revenge he would make them drink nicotine. that's why according to Ena the picture in the mirror was someone trying to push the narrative of suicide.

The acting from the FL was lackluster . The episodes were too long without any sort of adrenaline. The other MC's got little screentime . Although I enjoyed it at times. Han ye ji played " The Nerd" well.
