ik I loved it too but I just like having a limit of dramas for each of my articles
I completely understand! I was more so meaning for people in the comments looking for more dramas like this, your list was perfect just the way it was :))
I want to add to this list I Don't Want To Be Friends With You, it's such an incredible drama that is criminally underrated, please go watch it- it won't disappoint. Thanks for the list :)) I've watched the majority of these already, but I'll definitely check out the ones I haven't seen yet
The abortion story line slightly annoyed me, like I'm not here to discuss peoples opinion's on abortion- but not once was the dude like, 'oh yeah, I guess you would be carrying a child in your stomach for nine months and then go through childbirth...' I'm glad they tried to be more forward by even bringing up abortion as an option, especially in a Chinese drama, but I wish they would have followed through with the abortion storyline to really push it home that abortion is something that is not inherently bad.
Wow I almost didn't recognise him from his profile picture here- I'm watching him in Sweet Teeth and the different hairstyle he has in that makes him look so much more mature
I can't wait for eng sub 😭😭 anybody know if there are Eng subs uploaded ? This drama is so damn good .
Did you mean for new episodes or any episodes at all? If it was any, then Eng subs for episodes 1-14 have been released, episode 15-18 should be posted in the next few days. I'm watching it on dramacool
It was written in the original novel, so I understand where you're coming from with the :/, I was slightly like that when I read the novel too- I feel like they just don't want to change the original plot line too much
People get jealous all the time. And people respond in their own ways. ??♀️
I think there's a difference between getting jealous and just being a bit of a douche, if somebody is treating a woman that way because they are jealous, then I can't imagine what they would do once they get in to an actual relationship and the man gets more confident. Obviously we didn't see that in this drama, and other than those few episodes when the ML was being weird, I actually enjoyed the drama- but I'm not going to act as if his actions were okay.
I am so sick of the 'ML see's FL with another man, and so treats her badly in retaliation' trope in dramas, like this woman is not yours and you cannot dictate who she spends her time with.
Oh gosh i hated Jiang Chen i thought he was way too much of a jerk lol. Maybe that's just me but i actually like…
Completely agree with what you've said, but I just can't help myself in my dislike for the Korean version ML. Like I really like that they've attempted to make him softer and make him not so much of a jerk, but for some reason I just can't stick him.

I agree with you that I wish Jiang Chen was a bit softer like Heon, but I also think that now they've made Heon softer, his moments of callousness come off even worse than than when Jiang Chen was super rude. It's like those rude moments are so out of character for Heon that they just make me feel uncomfortable and disappointed in him.
I'm a huge fan of Yohan as an idol, but I really felt the way the Korean remake has changed the ML's character hasn't been an advantage to him at all. All the things that made me love Jiang Chen in the original drama (and the novel) aren't there anymore, and all the scene's that were supposed to make me like Heon are actually just making me increasingly annoyed at the character. I think it's time to rewatch the original lol
The huge change in mood really put me off this drama, and the time skip to when she's completely fine after her weeks of depression and sadness disappointed me. It felt as if they added this huge incident to bring the drama to a conclusion, but they didn't know how to show the FL heal from this and so instead skipped over it- it left me confused and without closure.
My god, that 2ML is an abusive douchebag, he's worse that the 2ML from One Spring Night and I thought he was pretty bad. Grabbing violently onto a woman who is basically begging to be let go of is abuse, it's disgusting- I hope that the drama doesn't attempt to romanticise any of this behaviour in later episodes.
Thanks for the list :)) I've watched the majority of these already, but I'll definitely check out the ones I haven't seen yet
