I feel as if there was a lot within this movie that went straight over my head, maybe I'm not a big philosophical person and just didn't understand what they were trying to convey to me. It's either that or it they tried to make the movie evoke a lot of round about thoughts and they failed lol. It'd be nice to hear what others thought of it :))
I'd say it's an ambiguous ending- sad stuff happens towards the end but the very ending of the drama gives us hope that the FL will be happy in the future. If you want more details I'm happy to give them in DM's :))
If this drama doesn't end with Yeji ditching both of the boys and living a glorious single life... then I'll be disappointed. I know it's not likely that it'll happen, but I can only hope lol.
I rarely watch dramas that are under 8.0 in rating, unless people convince me. the way these comments are going,…
Just thought I'd comment to affirm your decision so you don't doubt yourself- I say you've made the right decision- the plot is a absolute mess and most of the characters are unlikable and annoying. :))
What? A girl? what do you mean? I haven’t watched this yet. Should your comments be marked as a spoiler? I hope…
I know your comment is from a whole month ago- but I thought I'd clear up your confusion. Coco's comment about boy/girl is not about the drama's plot, but instead about the actor who played the little girl (the daughter of Yu Ri and Gang Hwa). When they were looking to cast for the character of the little girl they tried to find somebody who looked like Kim Tae Hee, but none of the little girls looked particularly like her- but they were able to find a little boy (Seo Woo Jin) that looked quite like her. So they put a wig on the boy and had him play the daughter. Please don't hesitate to watch the drama :)) it's truly amazing
My god the men in this drama (mainly the two male leads) need to learn that the woman they like is not their property- Hwan attempting to kick Yeji out of her home because he wanted to pursue her and couldn't do that while she was living as his sister in law- just wtf bro? Jin needs to understand that he was gone for 7 whole years- even before he got into the accident he treated Yeji as if he was something to own and control, and that doesn't sit right with me. I'm finding myself getting sick of literally every character- I don't think there's one I like other than Amber and maybe the Dad.
This is based on the movie "17 Again" so, if it follows the same pattern, she won't find out until the very end.
They mentioned in the first episode that he had been transferred to the Busan area for work (although in actuality he quit after that, he hasn't told his wife yet) so they'll probably use that as an excuse seen as Busan is over 4 hours drive from Seoul
I knew this was a remake of movie 17 Again but 1st episode was almost scene-by-scene copy. It was hilarious though.…
I know what you mean- I feel like they'll branch out from the movie's story line later in the drama (as they'll run out of movie to story lines to 'copy')- I'm excited to see what they'll decide to do with it
I quite enjoyed this movie, wished it focused a bit more on the main characters and showed their romance further- but other than that it was a sweet, easy watch
