i believe it's archives the nanyang mystery! its starred by ding yuxi, zhang xin cheng, and jiang pei yao. it's a republican drama and the plot is soooo good! the drama wasn't promoted properly during its release and it's horrible considering that the drama is really nice in terms of its plot, cinematography, color grading, directing, and acting. 10/10 drama for me

omggg so truee! i was watching that drama during its release and for some reason, the lack of promotion from iqiyi is indeed horrible. with such a nice plot, cinematography, color grading, styling, and amazing acting, it deserves to get known by many people.

I also can't wait to see the casts at HMH's concert. It's funny how he keeps telling and assuring his fans that the casts will not occupy the seats for the audiences 😆

I'm also looking forward to see the live performances of HMH on the osts he sang here in kttph hehe 😌

Anyways, enough of that. Just wishing for this drama to have a successful ending and HMH to get a proper and well-deserving rest soon (considering how hectic his schedule is 💔)

I don't want to comment too much and compare to the other drama. But since both dramas are currently airing, even if kttph is nearing its final release, iqiyi should've promoted them together equally. Considering that both are an iqiyi based drama (specifically kttph) 🥲

kttph didn't even got their main section at the top of the front page. they even removed the 4 mini character ads at the front page of their app despite that it is still currently airing.

iQIYI really shows favoritism. like, can they promote their own drama? the feedback of the drama is really good to the majority of viewers yet the lack of promotion or even ads in their app itself is so dissapointing...

i was so hyped seeing the preview at the first part because we get to see xwy fighting with that red ribbon after a long time (this is one of my fave scene from the trailer before), but then had to see that scene of xwy getting shot by lm through xjy... we'll be getting emotional once again on tomorrow's ep T^T

is there anything like photoshoot for the drama promotion? Any updates if Ai Mi and Hou Minghao will have a photoshoot for the drama? Similar to the other dramas wherein they have photoshoot promotions between the leads? Or is it that iQIYI doesn't really have those kind of photoshoot promotion for their dramas? 🥲

PS. I'm talking about the photoshoot promotion OUTSIDE the drama. Not the concept photoshoot for the drama.

The only promotion we get on the iQIYI international app is the mini character ads when you scroll down the main page, as well as the popping ads that sometimes shows kttph. It's quite unfair to be honest that kttph didn't even get a prior section at the top of the main page. Whilst both RTS and LOTRC was at the top of the main page while it's both airing together. Idk why they did that to kttph...

This really shows that iQIYI doesn't care that much on kttph lol. And I have seen that the drama was supposed to officially release in July 16th but they moved it to an earlier release—July 11th... And if you guys wil notice, most of the billboard ads and such for kttph heart was widespread after July 16th because it was already scheduled to release on that day and after that, the ads will be shown. But of course, iQIYI had to ruin the promotion of the drama. Fortunately, this drama is receiving lots of praises and love from cnetz viewers because of it's interesting plot, insane chemistry acting, and right amount of politics, conflict, and entertaining scenes.

Lol no wonder the director even asked if the leads caught real feelings to each other, mainly because they showed such insane and amazing chemistry together portraying their characters. BUT STILL, he should've been more professional about it or just kept it to himself, considering the controversy already about the age gap from other people... The director himself is adding more fuel to the fire 🤦‍♀️

They are GREAT actors, Mr. Director. Both of them really gave their best performance on their roles and it's great because viewers are loving it.

We've already seen the preview for ep24 yesterday and Mao's character doesn't really deserve the throne. ugh.... will we ever get to see XWY as the rightful leader or not? This is a happy ending (as mention from the leads) but what kind of "happy" ending do they mean tho? 😢

well tbh cdramas are still better in releasing eps. since they keep the momentum of the hype on the drama, releasing eps everyday is really really good. after i started watching cdrama it feels nice especially if i have a lot of free time everyday and want to watch the dramas.

in comparison to kdramas, it is such a hassle to wait one 1 ep per week and now i get bored on watching the drama itself.

also, it's funny how i get to enjoy and can complete watching cdramas with almost 30-40 eps than 12-16 eps of kdramas (since most kdramas i watched before are unfinished 😅)
