PREPARE TISSUE TO CRY
Oh my god. I did not expect to cry at this. At first I was being skeptical cause i never know who these actors are but when I watch them, it gets interesting day by day. Okay so lets start with the plot. Very nicely done plot and storyline. It doesn’t feel rush and I feel the director to take their own time to expand the plot. The ending though, I did not expect that to happen. Some of the lakorn that have storyline of ghost x human have that ending where the ghost stays with the human which I found to be non logical but THIS! Phat waits for Phob until the end of his life and when its finally his time to go, Phob is the one who pick him up and brings him to eternity which I found to be so fucking adorable and my heart aches so much! 😭The actors are top notch! I feel like Plan’s acting is good but there’s slight stiffness in it. But still though, for his first main role is absolute amazing. Nut’s acting is of course perfect. I feel like he knows where to draw the line of his alive character and when he is a ghost. Both of their chemistry is beautiful but I feel like there are a room for improvement. Can I just say Nut is so fucking beautiful that it took me a while to comprehend he is Thai. He freaking looks Korean bro.
Anyway, for me I love this series. It doesn’t have cringe plot and cliché plot. The ghosts in the story are nicely done and doesn’t look cheap and i like how they remains the horror plot to be serious instead of comedy. We had enough of comedy horror! Please! And the fact that the house is now abandoned and another ghost lives in the house now are top notch! Perfect ending. LOVE IT. Overall, 9/10! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The title says it all. After I watch the ending, I legit just scream "WHAT THE FUCK?!". The season 1 is meh and here i thought the second season will make it up for all the lack in 1st season but boy am i wrong. The season 2 is much more worse. The ending is... very disappointing. I don't understand why Oat chose to become a monk to let Pop pursue his career as steward. Like dude, you could just let him be steward and support him. You guys can go see each other once he is back to Bangkok. I really don't understand like ??????? The ending for this pairing got me questioning this series with a lot of question mark.For the side pairing ( Pree & Rambo ) is damn disappointing. This Pree.. god.. he keep on insisting he couldn't get back with Rambo even when he is begging Pree. Like come on! This isn't how it suppose to happen! Plus, to be fair, Pree didn't take a good care of Rambo so maybe that's why he got into this wild sex slash gang bang slash idk lmao.
Conclusion, I don't even want to watch it for the second time because it's a waste of time.

TOP THE BEST BL DRAMA!!!!
TharnType The Series. I love this series SO FUCKING MUCH! This is the series that i have been waiting for my whole life! I feel like every series that I watched seems like missing something except Theory Of Love. That's another case huhu. I feel like this series is so fucking real. Everything about it felt to fucking real. From the acting, to the kiss and the argument. I could feel the sadness, the anger in the actor's eyes. It felt sincere. Somehow, i do believe any series that related to Love By Chance has this one spark that i couldn't even explain.Moving on! I am going to talk about P'Type. I really hate bottom like P'Type. He is so stubborn, hot-headed, rude and his words are always vulgar. He thinks that he can do whatever that he wants and no one can change his point of view. He also likes to say things without even consider other people's feelings. I understand that he has a trauma where to the point he hates gays but he need to know that the person that assault him is not mainly GAY. I think the person is actually a PEDOPHILE. I also feel like he is very rude to Tharn eventhough Tharn didn't do anything to him except care for him and even after he open up to Tharn, he still hurt his feelings and steps on Tharn's feelings like trash. UGH I HATE HIM! Type is the type of person that would use his first to talk instead of sort things out, when Type finally dates Tharn, he somehow soften up but i still feel he is somehow rude and there is no two way effort, only Tharn is the one that care for him and all he does is get angry. Anyway, I REALLY LOVE THE WAY GULF POTRAYS TYPE. It's so accurate.
Tharn. Ah. My Tharn. I love Tharn. He is such a sweet boy. He is an opposite of Type. You know what they says, Opposite attracts each other. Tharn on the other hand is soft-spoken person, very careful of his words and a straight-forward person. He always try to sort things out with Type whenever something happened or they had an argument. For me, Tharn is a very mature person but he somehow hides a lot of things from Type. Type is a mean person but if Tharn would tell him about himself, I do believe that he will listen to it. Tharn is so secretive and he has too much empathy so people would use him easily. He is a big puppy when it comes to Type and he couldn't get mad at him too long LOL. Btw, i've always know Lluong likes Tharn because I can feel it. The first time he holds Tharn's hand, i thought they were sex friends and when he looks shocked at the confession that Tharn Type dating, I already know something is going on. AHAHAHAHHA
Anyway, Hands down to the top best BL ever! I love this series and I can't wait for LBC S2 because TinCan UGHHH!!! <3.

A Hot Mess Express with Occasional Sparkles
So, here’s the tea. This is my first YinWar series. I came in fresh, untainted, with no expectations except for the ones the trailer gave me. AND LET ME TELL YOU, THAT TRAILER BAITED ME LIKE A FISH. I was ready for a sleek, sexy, high-stakes enemies-to-lovers heist drama, and instead, I got… whatever this is. My soul is bruised, my heart is heavy, and my standards? Betrayed.————
Plot: A Straightforward Disaster
When I saw the trailer, I thought we were getting some Ocean’s Eleven meets KinnPorsche type of fantasy. You know, a slick thief (War) and a hot, brooding cop (Yin) constantly outsmarting and chasing each other until their hate turns into sexy love. In my head, I imagined War being this clever, mischievous thief always one step ahead, Yin playing the serious cop obsessed with catching him, and eventually, a forced partnership to pull off a high-stakes heist.
But NOPE. What we got instead was a thief who couldn’t steal a pencil case without messing it up, a cop who looks like he’d rather be napping, and a plot that was more “connect-the-dots” than mind-blowing twists. The pacing was all over the place—one moment, they’re at odds, the next, they’re basically dating. GURL. WHERE’S THE BUILD-UP? WHERE’S THE SLOW BURN?
————
Character Breakdown: The Good, The Bad, and The WTF
Joke (War’s Character):
Joke is supposed to be an infamous thief, but let’s be real—he’s more “infamous” for his mess-ups than his successes. He steals exam papers, gets caught slipping at food stalls, and somehow, we’re supposed to believe this man is a criminal mastermind? Please.
Don’t get me wrong, War acts his ass off. He’s charming, funny, and carries this chaotic energy that makes Joke somewhat likable. But the writing? TRAGIC. Joke has no consistent personality. One minute he’s impulsive and rebellious; the next, he’s sensitive and emo about his daddy issues. Oh, this man is textbook “my family sucks, so I’m gonna act out for attention.” Therapy is expensive and stealing shit is cheaper. And don’t even get me started on the lack of character development. He goes to prison, but does he come out stronger, wiser, or cooler? NOPE. He comes out the same chaotic mess he was going in.
Also, let’s not ignore the elephant in the room: WHY DOES HE LOOK EXACTLY LIKE BAEKHYUN FROM EXO? And his voice sounds A LOT like Bible.
————
Jack (Yin’s Character):
Jack is the serious, logical foil to Joke’s chaos. At least, that’s what he’s supposed to be. Instead, he spends most of the series looking like he forgot his lines. Yin, sweetie, I love you, but your acting here was flatter than my bank account after Black Friday.
Jack’s backstory is solid—he was a soft, hopeful guy until tragedy turned him cold and logical—but the execution? Meh. Yin’s blank stares and lack of emotional depth didn’t sell it for me. And the “cold, brooding” vibe he’s trying to pull off? It feels more like “tired and mildly annoyed.”
Also, can Jack be meaner? Please? I wanted him to ruin Joke’s life, not half-ass his cold-guy act. Be toxic. Be cruel. BE A BASTARD. Instead, he’s out here trying to save his grandma like he’s in a Disney movie.
The only saving grace? His chemistry with War. These two somehow make their mismatched mess of a relationship work. When they’re not awkwardly navigating their feelings, they’re serving chaotic, dysfunctional boyfriend vibes, and honestly, I was here for it.
————
Side Characters: The Real Stars of the Show
Aran (Mark’s Character):
OH. MY. GOD. Aran is the drama, the moment, the queen we didn’t deserve but desperately needed. He’s spoiled, bratty, and absolutely iconic in every scene. Mark ATE this role, left no crumbs, and slayed so hard I wanted to throw my wig at the screen. Every line he delivers is dripping with sass. “Sorry, I don’t speak broke.” Like, who gave him the right???
But the writers did him dirty. His storyline starts off strong—daddy issues, a disownment arc, and a slay-tastic fall from grace—but they didn’t give him the redemption he deserved. Why is my man knitting sweaters with Tattoo when he should be rebuilding his empire, walking into boardrooms, and telling his dad, “I’m rich, bitch”? Justice for Aran, you cowards.
————
Tattoo (Prom’s character):
Tattoo started as a selfish, money-hungry backstabber, and honestly, I respected the hustle. But after betraying Joke twice (and somehow getting forgiven TWICE?), he finally became a semi-decent human being. His dynamic with Aran was GOLD. The tension, the subtle moments of care—ugh, I wanted them to kiss so bad. But no. Instead, we got crumbs. CRUMBS.
————
Hope and Save:
These two are giving “pick-me couple” energy, and I hated it. Constant PDA, zero depth. NEXT.
————
Romance: From Enemies to Lovers to… Meh?
This series wanted to be enemies-to-lovers, but the transition was so fast and forced it felt more like “mild acquaintances to boyfriends.” Where’s the tension? The slow burn? The longing stares across a crowded room? Instead, we got, “I hate you,” followed by, “Actually, let’s date.” The fluff scenes felt like they were written by someone who’s never been in a relationship, and the one sex scene? If yall a loyal subscriber of IQIYI, you should know that anything that have ‘Uncut’, the sex scene will be SPICY AS HELL. But then…. Ugh. Don’t even get me started. It started off spicy, but then it went soft and awkward. Like, bro, are we watching GMMTV-lite now?
————
Action Scenes: Weak AF
Also, why was the action so weak? War knows how to throw a punch—props to him—but Yin? Sir, what are you doing. His moves were stiff as hell until the last episode, and by then, I was too over it to care.
————
The Theme: A Missed Opportunity
And can we talk about the theme? The whole Jack and Joker thing is cute in theory, but why the hell are they using tarot cards instead of playing cards? Like, make it make sense. Joke should’ve been leaving Joker cards behind after every heist, not pulling tarot readings out of his ass.
————
OST: WHERE??
The OST was so forgettable I legit thought they forgot to include one. The opening theme is just a tune, and the background music? Nonexistent. Give me a bop, a ballad, SOMETHING.
Final Thoughts:
This series had potential but ended up being a hot mess with occasional glimmers of brilliance. War carried the show, Mark served face and drama, but the weak plot, flat acting from Yin, and lack of emotional depth left me unsatisfied. Final score: 7/10. Will I rewatch it? Hell no.
BL directors, if you’re reading this, call me. I’ve got better ideas and a lot of sass to spare.

Knock Knock Boys – SASS, CHAOS, AND WHO GAVE THESE CHARACTERS A LICENSE TO LOVE?
Knock knock. Who’s there? A hot mess express pulling into Dysfunction Junction. Knock Knock Boys is the comeback series for Seng, post-scandal (yes, THAT one), and let me tell you, it’s got more drama than my group chat during my friend's boyfriend cheating on her. Buckle up.---
CHARACTERS: A HOTBED OF TROUBLE
First up, LatteAlmond. Yes, that’s their ship name, and no, I didn’t order it at Starbucks. Latte (Jaonine), aka "playboy of the year," spends his time collecting lovers like Pokémon cards. Dude is a manwhore, let’s not sugarcoat it. Living with three roommates—Peak (Best), Thanwa (Seng), and Almond (Nokia)—he makes a bet to help Almond woo his crush, Jumper (Pak). Easy, right? WRONG. Because feelings show up like uninvited party guests, and things spiral faster than my willpower during a sale.
Almond, bless his heart, is your standard shy, emotionally constipated softie. His one job is to pine over Jumper, but nope, he catches feelings for Latte instead. Bro, this ain’t To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before. You had one mission.
---
PEAK AND THANWA: CHAOS DUO IN THE HOUSE
Now onto Peak and Thanwa. OMG, this side pairing is more tangled than my headphones. They’re supposed to team up to overthrow Latte (rent money wars, y’all), but instead, they find themselves in their own rom-com from hell.
Peak? Surprise, he’s ENGAGED. To a woman. Yeah, my reaction: "I thought you were gay, sir?!" But plot twist—his fiancée has her own girlfriend, so it’s all good. Thanwa, meanwhile, has a psycho ex straight out of a true-crime documentary. This man was out here filming their sexy time (eww) and trying to sell the tapes (double eww). Sir, this isn’t Euphoria. Take your desperation somewhere else.
---
THE PLOT: FRIENDSHIP, FEELS, AND WTF MOMENTS
The premise is fun: a bet to help Almond snag his crush leads to unexpected romance. Simple enough. But oh no, this series said, "Hold my drama juice," and threw in love triangles, secret pasts, and enough miscommunication to fuel a thousand memes.
Latte and Almond’s dynamic? Deliciously messy. Latte, the king of denial, doesn’t know whether to kiss Almond or run for the hills. Almond, meanwhile, is all, "Why are you hot? Stop being hot.". And I’m sitting here screaming at my screen, "Just make out already, you fools!"
But the real MVPs? Peak and Thanwa. Their subplot is the kind of chaotic side story you didn’t know you needed. From fiancées with secret girlfriends to psycho exes lurking like an unpaid intern, it’s a ride. And the love triangle? Messy AF.
---
JAONINE AND SENG: GORGEOUS, BUT GIVE THEM MORE
Jaonine is a look. Like, if Bright Vachirawit had a twin who wasn’t trying so hard to prove he’s hot, it’d be him. His acting is decent, though occasionally awkward, but hey, he’s pretty, so I’ll allow it. Seng, on the other hand, is out here killing it, people are still salty over the “Fren and I kissed” situation, but can we move on? It’s 2024. Let the man live and act. Also, where’s the same energy for Fren? Toxic fans, please take a seat. Anyway, Seng proves he’s got range, and I’m here for it.
---
SPICY SCENES: WHERE’S THE SIZZLE?
The trailer had me hyped for steamier scenes than a sauna. What did we get? A few kisses, two sex scenes, and a whole lot of unresolved tension. I mean, COME ON. If I wanted PG-13, I’d rewatch Love, Simon. At least LatteAlmond’s tension was entertaining, even if it didn’t deliver the goods.
---
FINAL THOUGHTS: DRAMA GALORE
Me, watching the last episode: "This is why I have trust issues." But also, "I love this trainwreck so much."
The OST was cute, giving beachy, summery vibes that made me crave seafood and iced coffee. The acting? Solid, especially Seng. The plot? Messy, dramatic, and just self-aware enough to be fun. This series won’t win awards, but it’s perfect for binge-watching while yelling at fictional characters to GET IT TOGETHER.
Final rating: 9.7/10 for the drama, the chaos, and Seng’s redemption arc. Would I watch it again? Hell yes. Would I also scream at Latte to stop being a manwhore? Also yes. Knock Knock Boys is a vibe.

Not the best yet not the worst
Okay so I have HUGE expectation when people been hyping this series before it even started. Especially when it is Vampire au! so I thought it could compete with Vampire project but well.. nah. 1000 Years old is a different kind of vampire au genre than Vampire Project. I feel like it somehow has soft fluff chill kind of series. The conflict is not really heavy, just to let the others know that Vampire does exist which is very cute. The character is not that threatening to be honest like Somchai. Yes, he was supposed to be the villain in this series but he is not that tense and bad and is it just me or he looks like Dunk? LMAO. Anyway, at first, I feel like this series are boring but soon, after ep 6, it started to become interesting especially that we found out Somchai is Pun's older brother which makes me think that it should be the other way round instead lol.Side pairing not much since the series mainly focus on main pairing. BUT I DO SHIP SOMCHAI X SHIN LOOLLLL. SHIN IS SO SILLY I LOVE HIM ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Anyway, i think they could shorten the series to be 6 - 8 episodes. 12 episodes are way too long and they include unecessary scenes in it too much and also I think what makes it slightly boring is because of there is not much fluff scenes and mind you, there is only ONE kiss scene. Yup. you heard me. ONE KISS SCENE. NC ? NAHHHHHHHH WAY GONE LOLOLOLOL. But its cute tho. I somehow like it lol. I must applaud Opal's acting. I WOULD NEVER believe it if anyone told me that its his first time on screen like he look so fucking natural???? AND UM HELLLOOOO YourMood is so cool too! HE IS 30 but he looks so adorable!!! ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ his acting is way too natural that I am impressed.
Anyway, im gonna give it 7/10 :)

WHAT STINKS AND WHAT NOT?
First things first: WHAT THE F*CK DID I JUST WATCH.This is only my second GL series after GAP (which was about as spicy as a f*cking glass of milk, let’s be honest), so my expectations were lower than my will to live on a Monday morning. And yet, somehow, this show still managed to play in my face. The first five minutes? I WAS CONFUSED AS HELL. WHO are all these women?? WHY do they all have the same ponytail?? WHY do they all look like they just found out their salary got cut in half??? It’s giving Angry Lesbian Detective Agency and I was NOT prepared.
Then, after squinting at my screen like a blind grandmother for what felt like an eternity, I finally figured out that Tul (inspector) and Ran (forensic doctor) were the leads. Cool, got it. But then I noticed something… WHERE THE F*CK IS THE CHEMISTRY.
_____________________
1. Plot & Chemistry
Alright, so we got Tul and Ran teaming up to solve murder cases, including the Raindrop Killer who murked Ran’s mom 18 years ago. Classic revenge setup, fine. BUT THESE BTCHES HAVE THE EMOTIONAL RANGE OF A FCKING TOASTER.
LIKE. HELLO??? I am BEGGING for a little sexual tension. A lingering stare. A bite of the lip. A fcking anything. But no. It’s dry. It’s so dry my skin started flaking just watching it. The ONLY thing that had me clutching my chest like a 19th-century widow? THE HAND-HOLDING SCENE. BTCH, THAT SH*T HIT ME LIKE A FREIGHT TRAIN. I actually felt something. My soul left my body for a second. But then? BACK TO DRYNESS.
And don’t even get me started on the action scenes. Tul, babe, WHAT THE F*CK ARE YOU DOING. YOU ARE A FCKING COP, THROW A DECENT PUNCH. The way she fights like she learned self-defense from a fcking YouTube tutorial??? Disgraceful. You are letting criminals do parkour around your slow ass while you just STAND THERE looking confused?? GET A GRIP, B*TCH.
Also, can we PLEASE talk about the wardrobe situation. WHY DO ALL THE TOPS LOOK LIKE THEY SHOPPED AT THE SAME F*CKING WORKWEAR CLEARANCE SALE. Baggy pants. Oversized button-up. Tank top. RINSE AND REPEAT. The costume department really said, “Lesbians don’t have rights.”
ANYWAY. Let’s get into the bullsh*t decision-making because OH MY GOD.
EXHIBIT A: Tul walks into a crime scene, sees blood, and immediately rushes to Ran. Sis. YOUR BROTHER IS MISSING. Maybe CHECK ON HIM TOO?? But no, let’s just ignore that for five business days.
EXHIBIT B: The FINAL CONFRONTATION. Tul has a gun. Tin is standing there, CLEARLY ABOUT TO MURDER HER DAD. And what does Tul do? STANDS THERE SCREAMING INSTEAD OF SHOOTING. I almost threw my fcking laptop. The way she just… froze??? BABE. WHAT THE FCK. SHOOT THE BTCH, MOVE ON, ROLL CREDITS.
_____________________
2. Characters & Acting
Tul (Engfa) – First of all, this woman is gorgeous. I’ll give her that. But why does she act like she’s holding in a massive sh*t in every scene??? Like girl. RELAX. Also, WHY is she so fcking stiff?? She’s supposed to be a badass cop but moves like a fcking NPC with one animation loop. DO BETTER.
Ran (Charlotte) – I actually kinda like her. She’s got that I’m a hot doctor and I KNOW IT energy, and I respect that. BUT, BABE. WHERE IS THE SPICE. WHERE IS THE FLIRTY BANTER. WHERE IS THE “I HATE YOU BUT I LOWKEY WANNA KISS YOU” ENERGY. Right now, it’s giving corporate coworkers who just tolerate each other.
Jew (Meena) – NOW THIS B*TCH RIGHT HERE. PERFECTION. She’s fun, she’s charming, she actually has a f*cking personality. She’s everything I WISH Tul was.
May (Lin) – THE MVP. THIS GIRL CARRIED THE ENTIRE SHOW. The comedic relief we desperately fcking needed. The way she ships Tul and Ran harder than the actual writers?? BTCH, SAME. An ICON. A LEGEND.
Now. I need to be honest about something. The acting overall? Mid. Sorry not sorry. If we compare this to, let’s say, Max & Inntouch? BABY. THE GAP IS GAP-ING. Max & Inntouch give you tension, give you emotions, give you ACTING. Tul and Ran? It’s like watching two attractive mannequins trying to solve crimes.
_____________________
3. OST
I literally do not f*cking remember it. That should tell you everything.
_____________________
4. Overall
As I said in all my review, I am not the type of person to rewatch a series unless if its good. Would I rewatch this? F*CK NO. Would I recommend it? Maybe if you just wanna look at hot women making bad decisions.
The plot twists were fire, I’ll give them that. But the pacing? The chemistry? The weak-ass action? TRASH. This could’ve been an 8-episode series instead of dragging us through 10 episodes of stiff acting and Tul fumbling every single f*cking fight.
Final rating: 6/10.
Now, do I suffer through Pluto next or just set myself on fire instead???

MaxNat’s Alternate Universe Madness: Why Am I Screaming?
Listen, y’all. When I tell you I screamed, I mean I screamed. Like, actual unholy noises left my body the second I saw MaxNat headlining this series. I’ve been WAITING for this moment since forever, and they finally did it. Main couple energy? MAXIMUM. Objectivity? Out the damn window. If you’re here for a calm, unbiased review, sis, this is not that. But if you wanna hear me lose my mind over alternate universes, sexual tension, and some very questionable plot choices, let’s go.---
Max as Thai:
This man? A WHOLE-ASS MEAL. A five-course dinner. Michelin-starred. BUT—and I say this with love—why is Thai such a little bitch when it comes to emotions? Like, you’re out here assassinating people, dodging bullets, looking like a snack, but the minute someone brings up feelings, you malfunction? Get it together, sir.
Thai’s whole vibe is “emotions are for the weak, my heart is bulletproof,” and honestly, I was living for it. UNTIL THEY WATERED HIM DOWN. Where is the trauma? Where is the grit? Thai should’ve been out here breaking hearts and causing chaos, but instead, they gave him this half-ass redemption arc that felt...meh. Like, I wanted him to ruin Khram’s life before he started fixing it. Is that toxic? Yes. Do I care? Not even a little.
And then there’s Thai 2.0. Oh my god, this man is a MESS. One minute, he’s like, “You are not my Khram” and the next, he’s all, “Wait, maybe I love you?” Sir, please pick a lane before I lose my last brain cell. Also, where were the soft moments? I needed cuddles, forehead kisses, Thai 2.0 carrying Khram out of the rain while whispering sweet nothings. But noooo, we got the emotionally constipated version instead. Ugh.
---
Nat as Khram:
KING. ICON. LEGEND. Khram is the glue holding this messy-ass series together, and Nat EFFING DELIVERED. The way this man can cry on command? The way he made me feel every ounce of Khram’s pain? Give him an award. No, seriously, give him all the awards.
Khram’s whole personality is basically “I’ll sacrifice everything for the people I love,” which is adorable but also HIGHLY ANNOYING. Like, sweetie, love yourself first. You’re out here risking life and limb for people who can’t even say “thank you.” And don’t get me started on his loyalty to Phupha. Bitch, read the room. Phupha 2.0 doesn’t even LIKE you, and you’re still out here crying over him? Babe, move on. Thai 2.0 is RIGHT THERE.
Also, major respect to Nat for acting in the forest despite having sensitive skin. The way this man is willing to suffer for his art? We don’t deserve him.
---
Gun as Phupha:
Phupha is the literal definition of “gaslight, gatekeep, girlboss,” and I mean that in the worst way possible. OG Phupha was sweet, loving, and lowkey perfect, so of course, they had to KILL HIM OFF. Thanks for nothing, writers. Then they gave us Phupha 2.0, who is just...a selfish little prick. Like, sir, you don’t get to treat Khram like garbage after everything he’s been through. The AUDACITY.
But let’s be real: Gun absolutely slayed this role. The duality? The range? I hate Phupha 2.0 with every fiber of my being, but I can’t even be mad at Gun for it because he ATE.
---
The Plot:
Okay, so the whole “alternate universe” thing was cute or whatever, but y’all...the logic? NONEXISTENT. They’re like, “Oh, just jump into the river under a blue moon, and boom, you’re in another dimension.” What in the Disney Channel Original Movie is this?
And don’t even get me started on the pacing. One minute, they’re fighting for their lives, and the next, they’re having a heartfelt conversation by the campfire. PICK A VIBE. Also, where is the angst?? I needed Thai 2.0 to mess up big time, Khram to hate him for at least two episodes, and then a dramatic reconciliation with tears and shouting. Instead, we got...whatever this was.
And the action scenes? A JOKE. Max could’ve been flipping people over and kicking down doors, but instead, they gave us a two-minute scuffle that looked like it was choreographed by my little cousin. Disrespectful.
---
The Steam:
Let’s talk about the cave scene. Y’ALL KNOW THE ONE. I had to pause, rewind, and watch it again because holy hell, the CHEMISTRY. MaxNat understood the assignment and then some. The way they looked at each other? The way they touched? I was blushing, screaming, and considering drinking holy water, all at the same time.
But real talk, the rest of the sex scenes? A little tame. I mean, they were good, don’t get me wrong, but where’s the variety? Where’s the angry sex? The makeup sex? Give me all the flavors, damn it.
---
The OST:
Yeah, I forgot it existed. Next question.
---
Final Thoughts:
Look, this series isn’t perfect. The plot is messy, the action is lackluster, and the angst is barely there. BUT MaxNat carried it on their gorgeous, talented backs, and for that, I will always stan.
Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Would I rewatch it? Only the cave scene. Final score: 9.5/10, and that’s only because MaxNat are my babies.

THE BEST BL SERIES EVER
HOLY SHIT!! What the fuck!!!! This is the most interesting BL series i have ever watch! It doesn’t fully revolve around love and I feel the plot is definitely most interesting. At first, I only watch them because of the closure i need from 2Moons which I couldn’t get from Darvid and Tee. BUT WELPS. This series is so much more than just a closure. I feel they have way much amazing chemistry that I am shocked to the core cause I can feel every emotion and longing in both of their eyes. Okay so we gonna talk about the actors first I guess. First of all, Darvid and Tee? Absolute darl! They have the best chemistry ever! I like how Darvid get to differentiate between every Tin in each loop and can I just please compliment how adorable and good looking Tee is? I never get to see how good his acting was in 2Moons until I watch this series which kind of a shocker how good his acting is! Other supporting characters are amazing! Top notch!For plot, of course I love them. They are not cliché which fully focus on love and I like how Tin’s main focus was actually saving Tol’s life but once he get to know him and actually repeating saving his life over over again, he gets to realise that he has always been in love with Tol since he were young. So adorable. The twist at the end really shocked me since I never expect that someone actually is the mastermind and not professor Sakda remains mystery. This is one of the series that I didn’t skip such parts and I watch them from the start until the end which is good since I’m a skipper. Lol. At the end, I still have hope that Tin will remember Tol and wake up and I am glad they finally get to have their happy ending. Can I just also say I love how the director comes up with such brilliant plot on how Tin used to repeat every loop to save Tol’s life and change him and now, Tol is the one have to save Tin and change him for one last loop. It is absolutely brilliant.
Overall, I just love the plot, the songs, the actors. Everything. One of the series that actually made me cry. Honestly, I would absolutely re watch them. I’m not the type of person to rewatch series but for this? No doubt. Will repeat to watch anytime anywhere. Love the idea and how much they don’t rush the plot and it is honestly, beautiful. I wish they have more series together since their chemistry are amazing! Final rating, 10/10! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

TRAILER BAIT AGAIN
YALLLLLL 😭LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING.
THIS SERIES TRAILER-BAITED ME SO HARD I FEEL LIKE I SHOULD FILE A POLICE REPORT.
Because when I watched the trailer I was sitting there like “OKAYYYYYY THIS IS ABOUT TO BE DARK FANTASY. VAMPIRE × HUNTER. TOXIC CHEMISTRY. MORALLY QUESTIONABLE ROMANCE.”
LIKE HELLO???
VAMPIRE × HUNTER??? THE SEXUAL TENSION SHOULD’VE BEEN SO THICK YOU COULD CUT IT WITH A KNIFE. I was expecting enemies-to-lovers. Suspicion. Knife at the throat. Slow-burn tension. But what did I get instead? FUCKING FLUFF. FLUFF WITH MID FANTASY AND SOFT ROMANCE. EXCUSE ME????
Where is the darkness?
Where is the danger?
Where is the 'I might kill you but I also want to kiss you' energy?
Nowhere. And listen… am I surprised? Considering the director is New Siwaj? Not really. This man LOVES turning potentially dark concepts into soft emotional fluff and today I am once again the victim of that creative decision.
________________________________________________________
a) Plot
So the story revolves around Ramil, a vampire who got trapped inside a painting for a hundred years because apparently backstory is optional in this universe. He was cursed by Lilith, the demon goddess, and the only way to break the curse is for him to choose a human. Cute concept. Love that. Then slowly the human and the vampire fall in love blah blah destiny blah blah romance. The main conflict is supposed to be that Punn is a vampire hunter and he has to decide between killing Ramil or betraying his family.
Keyword: supposed to be.
Because honestly??? Punn barely even tries to kill Ramil. I was waiting for some intense hunter vs vampire conflict and instead we got "I’m conflicted but also in love.” Okay girl. And the villain reveal??? Feratu / Dracul. BABE. The moment I saw the name I already knew he was the villain. LIKE HELLO??? If someone named Dracul shows up in a vampire story I promise you he is not there to sell cupcakes. Now let’s talk about the ending because I have questions.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN PUNN JUST FOLLOWS RAMIL INTO THE PAINTING AND DECIDES TO LIVE THERE FOREVER?? HELLO??? SIR YOU ARE A HUMAN BEING WITH A FAMILY AND A LIFE. YOU CAN’T JUST ABANDON REALITY LIKE YOU’RE MOVING INTO A STUDIO APARTMENT. Make it make sense. You know what ending would’ve been better? Ramil learning to live in the human world while Punn grows old and dies naturally. Then Ramil finds him again when he reincarnates.
HELLO THAT’S ROMANTIC TRAGEDY.
That’s the kind of emotional damage I signed up for. But no. We got magical painting retirement instead. Also can someone explain the Methas and Moon Dai situation at the end??? WHAT IS HE??? IS HE A VAMPIRE??? WHY ARE HIS EYES BLUE???
WHY ARE WE INTRODUCING LORE IN THE LAST FIVE MINUTES OF THE SERIES??? SIR PLEASE GIVE CONTEXT BEFORE ENDING THE SHOW I AM BEGGING.
Now let’s talk about the action scenes. Because girl… WHY ARE THEY SO WEAK??? The fights involving Methus, Mekhin, and especially CIAR were actually good. Sharp movements. Good choreography. But when it comes to Ramil??? Suddenly the fight scene becomes:
*punch*
*kick*
*grab neck*
THE END.
EXCUSE ME??? This man is supposed to be a vampire leader. The final fight with Feratu was literally just them grabbing each other’s neck like two drunk men arguing outside 7-Eleven. I was sitting there like "BFFR PLEASE THIS IS THE FINAL BATTLE."
So overall the pacing is okay, but the cinematography, CGI, and action scenes feel… not bad. Just weak. And the biggest missed opportunity is that the show could’ve been a full dark fantasy romance. The intro was already giving dark gothic vibes but then they put a soft fluffy OST over it and I immediately went "WHAT THE SHIET IS THIS MOOD SWITCH."
________________________________________________________
b) Characters
> Ramil — played by Boun Noppanut
Listen. This man is my bias. So believe me when I say I WANTED HIM TO SLAY. But something felt off. Why does it feel like his acting went backwards a little bit??? Some scenes looked awkward, especially the action scenes at the end. And I’m sitting there like "THIS IS NOT THE BOUN I FELL FOR WHAT HAPPENED." Maybe it’s just because he hasn’t been on camera for a while. I’m going to be generous and blame rustiness.
Now Ramil as a character… I’m sorry. But he’s a weak ass vampire leader.
He lacks strategy.
He lacks strength.
He lacks intimidation.
This man is supposed to lead a vampire clan but he spends most of the time being emotionally vulnerable because of love. During the confrontation with Feratu he literally lets his subordinates fight while he stands there protecting Punn and Elise. SIR??? YOU ARE THE LEADER. WHY ARE YOU STANDING IN THE BACK LIKE A VIP GUEST AT YOUR OWN WAR. Also the way he treats Ciar??? Don’t even get me started. Ciar is loyal to you and trying to protect the clan but the moment you escape the painting you’re like “Anyway I’m dating a human now.”
BRO????
In conclusion: Ramil is a weak vampire and I said what I said.
~~~~~~
> Punn — played by Prem Warut
MY SHIEYLAAAAAAA ❤️ Okay I need to confess something. I used to dislike Prem’s acting because it looked stiff and awkward. I was literally hoping Boun would get a new partner at some point. BUT BABY. WHAT IS THIS GROWTH??? Prem showed up in this series acting like rent was due TOMORROW MORNING.
The emotions.
The expressions.
The delivery.
He ate. Acting is officially not an issue anymore. Now Punn as a character is actually one of the more rational people in the show. He has a genuine conflict between family loyalty and love for Ramil. Compared to everyone else he feels the most normal. Well… aside from the part where he falls in love with a vampire. Minor detail.
~~~~~~
> Methus — played by Mark Jiruntanin
YOOOOOOOOOO WHY IS HE SUDDENLY SO HOT IN THIS SERIES??? I’ve seen him in other shows before and thought he was just mid but suddenly he shows up here looking mature, confident, and lowkey serving acting skills. I was like "WAIT DID I MISS SOMETHING???? Now I’m actually excited to watch My Romance Scammer because of him. Methus as a character is basically the most functional supporting character in the show.
Need help?
Need strategy?
Need backup?
Call Methus.
He’s loyal, capable, and honestly deserved the vampire leader title when Ramil passed it to him. But I really wish they gave him a proper backstory with flashbacks. That would’ve made his character even stronger.
~~~~~~
> Mekhin — played by Aun Napat
I’m not even going to talk about the acting. That’s not the main issue here. The issue is… WHY IS THIS CHARACTER HERE?? Yes he has healing powers. But does the story actually need him for anything else? Not really. He heals people. That’s it. Congratulations you are the magical first aid kit of the vampire squad.
~~~~~~
> Ciar — played by Barcode Tinnasit
Okay listen. I admit I judged Barcode too quickly before. BUT OH MY GOD. THIS MAN IS FINE. Like dangerously fine. I was watching his action scenes and suddenly felt a TINGLING SENSATION I was not prepared for. His fighting choreography is sharp, clean, and honestly better than Ramil’s. Sorry Boun. It’s the truth.
Ciar as a character is hot-headed and believes violence solves most problems and honestly? Given the circumstances... VALID.
He doesn’t trust humans and keeps warning Ramil about Punn but nobody listens to him. Meanwhile I’m sitting there like "BRO HE’S LITERALLY TRYING TO PROTECT ALL OF YOU." His emotional crashouts are completely justified and honestly I wish Ramil had a bit of Ciar’s fire.
~~~~~~
> Feratu / Dracul — played by Dunk Natachai
First of all… This man is illegal levels of fine. Watching him wipe blood from his mouth??? OH MY GOD. Blood is literally his best accessory. But as a villain he needed more menace. More intelligence. More manipulation. I wanted him to constantly outsmart Ramil so we’d all scream “WHY WON’T YOU DIE ALREADY.” Instead he felt like… plain rice. Edible. But lacking flavor.
p/s: yes I only reviewed the characters that interested me 👅
________________________________________________________
c) Steamy scenes
Weak. Next question. I remember BounPrem kissing like the world was ending in other series and here the steamy scenes were just… meh.
And honestly? I should’ve expected that from GMMTV.
________________________________________________________
d) OST
The main OST is not my favorite.
The supporting OSTs are a mix of hits and misses.
________________________________________________________
e) Overall
This series had the potential to be a dark fantasy romance masterpiece but it played everything way too safe. After years of waiting, the payoff just wasn’t strong enough. The show isn’t bad, but it definitely didn’t reach the level it could’ve. And unfortunately… I’m not rewatching it. I love BounPrem, but they deserve heavier stories. Give them something chaotic like Only Friends energy or something emotionally devastating.
STOP GIVING THEM FLUFF.
I AM TIRED.
Final rating? 8/10.
Great concept. Mid execution. 👅
MAIN COUPLE < SIDE COUPLE
Yall… I genuinely don’t even know what to say about this series.I finished it in 3 hours. THREE. HOURS.
That is not binge culture. That is me speed-running mediocrity. And before you ask, no it’s not because it was SO GOOD I couldn’t stop. It’s because it was so textbook I could literally predict every line before they said it. I was sitting there like
“okay now he’s gonna misunderstand.”
“okay now someone’s gonna cry.”
“okay now slow motion.”
And boom. I was right. AGAIN.
Now listen… I am disappointed. Not in a dramatic crying on the floor way. More like standing in the kitchen at 2AM staring into the fridge like… "this could’ve been more".
Long. My man. My problematic fave. WHY do BL gods hate you? Why do they keep giving you series that feel like reheated leftovers? Is there a curse? A ritual? A grudge from a past life? I need answers. But when I found out he wasn’t pairing with Frank anymore, I was like
“THANK YOU GOD OF GAYS.”🌈🙏
Because let’s be honest. That pairing felt one-sided. It was giving “I’m here for the paycheck.” The vibe was not vibing. The chemistry was missing. The soul was absent. So when I heard new partner? I was READY. I was seated. I was moisturized.
Arm enters. And I went… “Okay… cute.”. He kinda looks like JJ if JJ and Frank had a soft reboot baby. Face cute. Acting… a bit buffering. Slight lag. But maybe a little better than Frank. A LITTLE. I’m being generous today.
Anyway. If you love this series, my review might sting. And that’s okay. We grow through pain. 💅
a) Plot
GIRL. This is giving 2 Moons PTSD 🚨 The moment it started with that random fight scene between Knight and Mud I was like “Okay wait. Why are we fighting? Who are we? Is this it?” Then Mild suddenly appears, punches Knight in slow motion like we’re filming a student thesis project, and then starts treating his wounds like "WHAT IS THIS??". And I’m sitting there like “WHO ARE YOU? WHY ARE YOU TOUCHING HIM? WHERE IS THE INTRODUCTION???”
The transitions? Messy. Scene A to Scene B? Teleportation. We are skipping emotional buildup like it’s optional DLC.
Then Per x Kan enter… and suddenly I’m interested 👀. Why is the side couple more compelling than the main couple AGAIN? Why is this a recurring BL disease? Knight x Mild plot basically revolves around the allegation that Knight raped Mild. And here’s the thing... even after finishing, I was still like… “Did he? Did he not? Why is this unclear?”. Mild has flashbacks of assault but Knight says he only kissed him while drunk so the show treats this like a dramatic mystery but then drains it the moment it gets interesting.
BABE. You could’ve made it that Mud’s friend did it and Knight caught him so Mud misunderstood or something. You could’ve added layers. Betrayal. Misunderstanding. Angst. Courtroom vibes. SOMETHING. Instead we got watered down conflict and rushed resolution.
Now Per x Kan? That’s the real show. Bad boy gone soft for one man? Yes please. Enemies to lovers? Inject it into my bloodstream. Their chemistry? Hot. Convincing. Criminally underused. They should’ve been the main couple. I said what I said.
Also the family drama with Knight and Per’s parents? Weak. I wanted rage. I wanted screaming. I wanted Per’s mom to still hold grudges like it’s her full-time job. I wanted Long and Mon ugly crying while their parents fought. We were ROBBED of meltdown content.
The pacing gets slightly better near the end but some cringe scenes? Unnecessary. I felt secondhand embarrassment at least twice.
b) Characters
> Knight played by Long Lee Shi
First of all. The mullet.
THE MULLET 😩🔥
Why did this man wake up and decide to attack me personally? 😩
I saw the hair and I said out loud, “Oh I’m done. I’m finished. I’m no longer functional.” Long is a good actor. Period. No debate. But Knight as a character? Bland seasoning. We’re told he’s a playboy, untrustworthy, emotionally complicated… but WHERE is the backstory? Where is the buildup? Everything happens too fast. There’s no smooth transition into his “in love” era. One minute he’s chaotic, next minute he’s devoted.
I needed more internal struggle. More depth. More “I hate that I love you.”
> Mild played by Arm Chaiyapat
Who is this baby?
Arm… listen… I’m watching you 👀
It’s his first series so I’m not dragging him to hell. But acting? Mid. Tears? Minimal. Emotional breakdown? Contained. Sometimes he just stands there crying like he’s aware of the camera. Let it go baby. Be ugly. Cry like your mascara is illegal.
Character wise? Confusing. He says he’ll trust Knight, then runs to ask the friend instead. Pick a lane, bestie. Are we strong? Are we uncertain? What is the direction? It’s giving weak power bottom but not in a fun way.
> Per played by Mon Taechin
Why is this man so fine? Why does he look aggressively Thai and beautiful? Why am I weak?
Bad boy gone soft? That’s my kink 👅. I admit it. He had chemistry. He had presence. But again, no backstory. Show me him messing with girls before fully committing. Show me the transition. I want to SEE the growth not just hear about it.
Also… Per kissing a girl? Why did that hit? Why did that do something to me? I need therapy 😩💦🍆
> Kan played Pak Varayu
POWER BOTTOM CODED. Period 😌🫶🏼. He knows what he wants. When his best friend confessed, he said “sorry babe I’m gay.” Iconic behavior. But again… no backstory. No trauma. No depth. They said “Here’s Kan. Accept him.”
Plain rice. Edible. But where’s the spice?
_____________________________________________
c) Steam Scene
Main couple? Chemistry… not really there. I even skipped their scene which is INSANE behavior for me. That’s how you know.
Per x Kan though? I rewound. For research purposes.
d) OST
OST?
…
Exactly.
e) Overall
It’s not terrible. But it’s not memorable. Main couple chemistry is lukewarm. Conflict underdeveloped. Backstory missing. Transitions rushed. Side couple carried the entire show on their backs like unpaid interns.
Would I rewatch?
Be serious.
Final score: 6/10.
It almost got a 5 but I’m feeling charitable today. 💅
JAMES, GO GET ACTING LESSON PLEASE.
When I tell you I had to PAUSE multiple times to process what I was watching—LIKE, HELLO??? Is this a BL series or an acting school dropout project?? Because BABES, I AM FIGHTING FOR MY LIFE TRYING TO FINISH THIS. But you know me, I’m a loyal hoe. So, I sat through all 12 + 1 special episodes, and now I have THOUGHTS. So, I hit play on episode one, and IMMEDIATELY, I knew something was wrong. Like, girl. WHAT IS UP WITH ELISE’S FACE? James (who plays Elise) is out here looking like the sun is in his eyes 24/7. No, seriously, bestie. James (who plays Elise) is trying SO HARD to give us “sharp, intimidating CEO” but ended up looking like he just walked out of the eye doctor’s office after getting his pupils dilated. THE CONSTANT FROWN. THE EMPTY STARE. BABE, ARE YOU GOOD??? I KNOW THE LIGHTS ARE BRIGHT, BUT DAMN._____________________________________
1. Plot
Bestie. I’m not even joking. NOTHING HAPPENS. Now listen. I love me some messy drama, but this plot? It was cooked with NO seasoning, NO oil, and left to burn in a microwave. Like, yes, things technically happen, but not in a way that makes SENSE. These two are just giving each other the most mild push-and-pull energy, but we don’t even know why. THERE IS NO BACKSTORY. THERE IS NO REAL CONFLICT. JUST VIBES. BAD VIBES. So we got Elise, a mean CEO and Patt, his good secretary, who been working for Elise for five years but never once questioned his life choices??? WHY IS HE EVEN STAYING? IS HE SECRETLY IN LOVE? IS IT JUST A PAYCHECK? GIVE ME SOMETHING, BITCH. BECAUSE RIGHT NOW, I’M LOST. From the very first episode, they’re giving push and pull energy, but instead of being spicy, it’s just confusing. Like, do they hate each other? Do they like each other? Did they accidentally sign a lifelong work contract and now they’re stuck? No one knows because the series refuses to give us a backstory.
AND THEN. THENNNNNNN.
THE RANDOM SEX SCENE IN EP 2. Bestie, I almost THREW my laptop across the room. BECAUSE GUESS WHAT? It was a DAYDREAM SEQUENCE. AND GUESS WHAT ELSE? They don’t even tell us WHOSE DAYDREAM IT WAS. Like, was it Elise? Patt? The audience? BECAUSE AT THIS POINT, I AM HALLUCINATING TOO.
And then, of course, we get all the 2013 BL TROPES:
- Jealous CEO but won’t admit he likes his secretary? (yawn) ✅
- Messy love triangle for DRAMA? (double yawn)✅
- Somebody faints and the other one takes care of him? (BFFR, IT’S 2025, FIND A NEW TROPE) ✅
- Possessive ex-lover trying to ruin everything? (SNOOZEFEST)✅
The drama is SO forced. Elise gets jealous whenever Patt talks to someone else, but instead of COMMUNICATING like an adult human being, he just stares in agony like he’s in a shampoo commercial. And THEN, the ultimate 2013 wattpad drama moment arrives: Elise sees Patt with his third-party love interest, gets mad, and goes "fine, I’ll fuck someone else then." Sir, that is a grown man, not a lost puppy. GET A GRIP.
BABE. NEXT!!!
2. Characters & Acting
Now, bestie. Bestie. I have been NICE so far. But I NEED to talk about James.
- Elise (James) – WHO CASTED THIS MAN??? WHO LOOKED AT JAMES AND SAID, “YES, HE’S OUR LEAD”?????? I swear he’s reading his lines off a teleprompter. His face does not move. He’s supposed to be this dominant, brooding, sexy CEO, but he looks like a freshman drama student trying way too hard. The few times he tries to smile or look smug, I just start laughing. And don’t even get me STARTED on the scene where he FAINTS. BRO. IT WAS GIVING Sims 4 low-energy animation. IT’S PAINFUL. Every scene, he looks like he’s either about to sneeze or like he’s holding in a fart. THE LACK OF EMOTION. THE AWKWARD LINE DELIVERY. THE WAY HE STANDS THERE DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN CRUCIAL SCENES.
I kid you not, bestie—there is a scene where he walks in on his ex cheating, and HE JUST STANDS THERE. NO REACTION. NO ANGER. JUST… VIBING. LIKE, HELLO???? DO SOMETHING. THROW A GLASS. SCREAM. LEAVE. I’M BEGGING. There is hesitation in his moves and he seems being calculative in the next steps that he wants to take. Maybe because he is scared of getting hurt in the action scene by the stunt man or whatever but tbh, i am hating this guy even more LOL.
- Patt (Kad) – Ok, at least he’s trying. His acting is okay-ish, but there are moments where he looks like he’s internally screaming because Elise is giving him NOTHING to work with. Like, how do you act with someone who looks like they’re a walking mannequin?
- Run (Fam) – Babe. You need to control your EYES. The way he overacts with his facial expressions had me fighting for my life. Like, we get it, you’re the sneaky side character, but why are you looking so guilty before you even do anything?
Fei Long (Nick) – The only one who understood the assignment. He ate up every scene and left no crumbs. The villains in this series have better acting than the leads. That should tell you everything.
3. Steam/Sex Scenes
…sigh.
GURL, I NEED TO TALK ABOUT THIS.
So, first sex scene? Awkward as FUCK. I EXPECTED DESPERATION. NEED. RAW, ANIMALISTIC LONGING. But instead? I got two dudes who looked like they were doing community service for each other. IT GAVE NOTHING. AND THEN. THIS MAN—ELISE HAD THE AUDACITY. TO TREAT PATT LIKE A STRANGER RIGHT AFTER BECAUSE HE HAD A DREAM ABOUT HIS EX.
EXCUSE ME?????
SIR. YOU JUST PUT YOUR DICK IN THIS MAN, AND NOW YOU’RE ACTING LIKE YOU DON’T KNOW HIM?????? CALL THE POLICE.
4. OST
It’s… fine?
Nothing special. Nothing memorable. Like, if you played it for me right now, I wouldn’t even recognize it.
NEXT.
5. Overall
I am gonna be so honest. This series felt like a job. I was CLOCKING IN every episode, just PRAYING something interesting would happen. The pacing? SLOW. The character development? NON-EXISTENT. The acting? DEAR GOD.
BUT.
Would I finish it? Yes. Because at this point, I have invested too much time, and I NEED TO SEE IF IT GETS WORSE.
Would I rewatch it? ABSOLUTELY NOT.
Final score? 5/10.
And that’s me being GENEROUS.
I SHOULD HAVE TRUST TIKTOK
I been having a lot of review videos on TT saying that this series really traumatised a lot of people from the sex scene actually. Let me tell you, first episode and my Jaw dropped like “um excuse me? Is this allowed?”. Usually I never read the synopsis of a series or stalk the actor nor the director to make sure I have no bias on a series. MISS GURL LEMME TELL YOU WHEN I FOUND OUT THAT CHEEWIN IS THE DIRECTOR RIGHT AFTER I FINISH THIS SERIES, I GOT SO DISAPPOINTED 😭.Cheewin directed A LOT OF MY FAVOURITE SERIES ( bed friend, SCOY, middlemans love and etc ) and watching this series like its coming from a low budget company really caught me like “AINT NO WAY THIS IS CHEEWIN’S WORK”. I am speechless and I never would have thought that Cheewin would produce this series.
Please BE WARNED THO, 1 - 4 episode you will get shook at the sex scenes but after that, you will get used to it LOL THATS LITERALLY ME. This series is 90% sex scenes and 10% of non existence conflict. Yes, the main conflict is to find out who killed Naht but the plot keeps on getting prolonged that I ended up skipping a lot starting episode 8. To be honest i think they can shorten the series to be 8 - 10 Episodes but because of unnecessary sex scenes, it becomes 14 episodes.
MY MIDDLEMANS LOVE IS 8 EPISODES AND THIS SERIES GOT 14 EPISODES? Cheewin, we gotta have a talk.
Some of the actor’s acting is a little bit stiff but not that bad though and also, CAN WE STOP THE ENGLISH SCRIPT UNLESS IF WE HAVE A NATIVE SPEAKER IN THE SERIES????? I couldn’t help but to keep on thinking they are trying to look like KinnPorsche series ( shoutout to my Zaddy Vegas ). I am sorry but the english is almost borderline of Cringe 🤮.
Anyway, not a good series but not a bad one either. I wouldn’t rewatch this series tbh.
Not a good watch
I have such high expectations for this series. I really do. I even subscribe the official production channel to watch the uncut version. The plot could be a little bit messy and I would say slight borderline to be cringe. I thought this series would be the series of showing how goofy the high schoolers would be with twist of romance of puppylike love but gurl, plain boring. Its like a mix of lust and romance which always keep me asking , “Yes, and?”. The main pairing here is really Matteo x Shogun. They have a main conflict but it is not really big of a deal. Though, acting is quite stiff and not professional.King x Burger have nice plot with a mix of understanding but really, i feel like its a boring series with so suddenly of murder mystery at the end that get me like ????? Um what? So suddenly? I dont think the whole production have exact plot they wish to focus on which makes me questioning on how they can get sponsors for this series? Plain boring with half decent actors.
Truly disappointed.
NOT ENTIRELY DISAPPOINTING!
If you want to watch this series, please be prepare to be traumatised and your image of your favourite ship will be ruin. This series portrays real life situation in entertainment industry especially when the actors are in BL series that involves shipped couple. At first, I find it difficult to watch this series maybe because I have this mind set that all shipped couple is real but this series really shows me that the shipped couple is just doing fanservice and not real.Overall, the first and second story is damn good and boy, what can I say about Billy Seng couple? They are DAMN GOOD. Boy, their acting skills definitely overpower the other couple. Sad that they broken up though. The 3rd story is the most BORING STORY EVER!!! Like… what the shit is this?
Fourth story is WAYYY TOO REALISTIC so I have already got the idea that this story happened in real life, real actor but I am not sure who. At the end, they did ask the audience a question; “Would you believe it if we say War Of Y series is based on real story?” And I immediately say YES. Because I can see it. CLEARLY. This series is an eye opener so if you are not ready to have a change of pov for your favourite shipped couple, please don’t watch it.
Sex scenes are damn mad broo ❤️❤️❤️❤️
