can someone explain the ending with the jun-ho appearance? what does it mean. thanks
Besides being a cameo, I think it suggests another possible rags to riches story for a random individual- just like what happened with the FL.

Would think they're freaks not because they're lesbian/bi- it's cos they're outright cheaters.

And about the black comedy, I'm not sure who are you referring to who said that it was a black comedy, but I could…
That means you have a dark sense of humour lol not the show being a black comedy.

No one said it isn't a comedy. The commenter clearly said black comedy aka DARK/MORBID HUMOUR. I agree- the show is definitely not to be categorised as such. The scenes you covered were not intended (by the writers) to be dark humour or something to be laughed at. Something like a character passing was not meant to make you laugh, so even if you did, it's not black comedy. As you said, it's just meant to be tragic. Absurdity does not equal to black comedy lol.

It's already 10/16 episode right now. Why we still discuss about the casting. She is the director's choice. Just…
I was new to the drama when I commented. Why not let late watchers have a chance to comment on what we think as we go? I'm not bashing the acting lol?

when she asked "How old are you" and he said "I am old enough" I was pretty sure everyone understood they are…
She doesn't have to look young or superb. Just someone of a similar age as they SAY she looks like in the drama.

Ikr because if based on the age timeline, FL should be mid or late 30s, but the actress is 50. It’s kinda off…
Exactly. I'm enjoying the show, but its just something I am noticing while watching that does bother me a little. 11 or 10 years- tomato, tomahto. And @RinVyal, her looking older due to her lifestyle was not the intention of the show. If it was, I wouldn't mind it. But they're commenting IN THE SHOW that she's supposed to look too young to be a high schooler's mom. Clearly, a few of the other moms look younger than her. It's still a lackluster casting choice.

Imo they should've picked a younger actress. She definitely looks old enough to be a high schooler's mom. We're supposed to believe the leads are around the same age in the drama when they're 11 years apart irl?

Edit: Don't get me wrong- I like the show and they have good chemistry. But what I mean is that her age does not align with the intentions of the writers. She's SUPPOSED to LOOK young for a high schooler's mom. Her looking older from her lifestyle means she should pass off as the same age as the rest of the moms (some who do look younger than her). And 10 or 11 years apart- does it make much of a diff? Fyi, actor does not affect my thoughts about this. He passes as his character's age in the show.

I think to a lot of us he resembles Yoon Seung Ho, hence looking rather familiar. They look really alike whether resting or smiling face.

*Yoon Seung Ho is male lead of I'm Not A Robot.

I think you should give it a try because of the last two episodes, it might change your mind
As already established, the visual (CGI, action) quality of the show is bad and the content is bland. I'm not going to waste any more time on it. Reading the top reviews of people who have finished it is enough for me to know if I would have changed my mind.

Title Reborn Rich Spoiler
Whole series before grandpa's death was worth the watch but ending explanation made no sense. Nothing explains the ORIGINAL Do Jun's success and death other than a time loop.

1. They're implying that original Do Jun also got killed by Soonyang due to his threat to the throne.
New Do Jun only became a threat due to his knowledge of the past. Without all this added advantage, original Do Jun would have nowhere near succeeded as much as the new Do Jun to solidify a reason for his death.

2. The prosecutor became the "Soonyang grim reaper" due to the loss of her lover.
But new Do Jun only became interested in her in the new timeline BECAUSE he knew her from her previous life. If not, he would not have gotten romantically involved with her in the first place? Did the original couple just happen to like each other as well?

3. Original Hyun Woo not remembering original Do Jun.
HOW?? Original HW got the job only because he was involved in the death of the original Do Jun. And you're telling me he somehow did not recall his existence at all?

This is why they should have stuck with the webtoon and have a simple and clean ending, instead of trying to outsmart the original plot. Side note, romance is extremely unearned and it provided no weight to the story at all. Might've as well just remove it entirely.

It's pretty bad in terms of writing, directing, editing (fight scenes and cuts are laughable) and CGI (if you're ok with most cdrama CGI, this would pass). I also don't feel any connection with the characters. As much as I like Nam Gil and Eun Woo, I decided to drop it at ep 4.

Is there ONE mainstream kdrama that does NOT shove so-called "romance" down our throats?!? There is NOT! Are you…
There are plenty of mainstream Kdramas that do not have romance. Crime and life genre has many of them. Romance genre being the most popular doesn't make dramas that do not have it non-existent.

Isn't the FL supposed to be like 8-10 yrs younger than the ML? The FL actress looks his age (and yes she's a year older than the actor). Feel like they could have picked someone younger to play the role. I can't really buy into her immaturity when she looks 30 (or maybe its just the actress not suiting the role). I like her badassness though.

Title Today's Webtoon Spoiler
Am I the only one finding a problem with the conclusion the drama makes in ep 3-4? Pushing the artist to the brink of insanity is a good thing because they are able to produce good work at the end of it. Along with the message of the talented being a slave to their talent. The fact that it was a positive outcome- the poor artist grinding out a revised version of his episode to post the very next day. Couldn't they wait another week? They chose to ask him to revise it within a night and we're supposed to congratulate the fact that he was capable enough to make it. Staying up with the webtoon artist doesn't make it any better. As someone who does draw for work, it kinda infuriates me how this is seen as a good practice.

Don't get me wrong, I like many other parts of the drama. The main characters are great and their work attitude is inspiring. But asking someone to revise an episode the day prior to posting is terribly wrong. It's her fault for not coming to this realisation earlier, so just ask him to revise the following week's ep and so forth.
