I am confused. Someone help me clear this up. Is he in love in both seasons? However the female leads are different? Is that it? Does he end up with the main female lead in season 1? And is he like just friends with the female lead in season 2? He never liked her right (hopefully)?? I NEED TO KNOW.

Yeah the show is yadayada-whatever-your-opinion-is but I don't think the actress could be considered bad or "soulless" when acting. She's not one of the worst like come on.
