I understand what you mean. I didn't expect a BL story, I would be disappointed if I was given one here with this plot. The problem I have with this suicide is not because Touch is gay, it's because he was the most interesting character: he was the inciting incident for all the tragedy/secret between the leads. He also was the most impredictible character with his secret and his ex. He was the biggest hurdle between the leads too. Killing him off removes this hurdle in the laziest way possible. And it doesn't make sense for the guy. I would've understood if we had been given a few hints about the guy being depressive or suicidal. I think even thai people deserve better writing from their entertainment. Don't you? For the awareness aspect, it'd have been better to just show him go through the difficulties of being outed and then make his life better, showing that gay people are hurt by insults but they are also fighter for their rights. Look, I'm no gay rights activist, but even I can see that the only remaining gay character now is evil and I'm not sure this kind of representation is new or helpful.

OMO, tell me about it! I was willing to close the eyes on this stupid trope of the bad man being into kinky stuff, and the whole ridiculousness of it (the guy playing Arjun is bad actor). But man, it this becoming too laughable. Risa could've been a smart woman, a great contestant against the FL. But this is thai dramaland, so sexually active women are degenerate sluts, and gay people are easily killed. This show is going down the drain. Biggest disappoint this year.

Yes they both betrayed him but I mean, this was a special case, really. Most of all he had no suicidal tendencies prior to this. He was always shown as a sensitive guy yes, but also a fighter. We've seen him stand his ground against his bully cousin. This is such a lazy writing device! If they want ideas they can just call me I'll give them some, no need to be lazy about it. WHy not make Touch fall in love with his wife and fight for her against his brother. That would've been drama enough, right?! I'm so mad, the most interesting character is gone for NO reason whatsoever. I don't know that I care for the rest of them all.

Oh this is definitely happening. Kwak Dong Yeon is still young, and he's a looker. I'm a bit worried for Jang Seung Jo because he's already up there in years for kdramaland, and he really needs this chance.
Very well produced, well acted (especially the FL and the grandpa, also the second couple), the pacing and the comedy were excellent, up to the last two episodes, when it really took a dive. I don't understand why they felt the need to add so much angst at the very end of the show. The end was rushed, and for some reason, the writers chose to do away with the show's greatest strengths: the ensemble scenes, the secondary couple and the comedy. Still this show surpassed my expectations, and I gave it a 9.

I read somewhere that choosing a comeback movie has been a huge weight on his shoulder, as he doesn't wanna disappoint his fans after his past successes. If that is true, then it's kinda sad. He should just pick a low budget, little drama with a tight script and go as an actor as well as a producer. Not only will it be a success, making him a lot of money, but it would be low expectations, like a little side thing he chose to spend time with, no pressure. I bet his agent is either bald now from pulling his hair out with frustration, or doesn't really care about his client, as long as he gets his cut from all the ads endorsement deal money.
The start was promising, but too many plot lines muddied the story. A bit of a bore from episode 11 to the end (despite pretty steamy scenes between the leads). I gave it a 7. Bearable watch.

It's done to show that the ML is not this perfect being. He's not a violent person, but he can act in a very unwise way towards the FL. Two things to notice are: (1) she was able to defend herself, meaning she's getting stronger and better at defending herself. Sometimes people who love you can do hurtful things and you have to be able to stand up for yourself. (2) He actually stopped and listened to her. I don't know what she said but he was able to listen to her, even though it was displeasing him. Meaning, you'll meet a guy who disagrees with you, but whether or not you two can be together depends on whether or not you can discuss disagreements. This show is not about young girl's idealized relationship, but about realistic and normal people.
