If Y+X= the square root of U then I HATE HAN SE KWON. My goodness this is going to be one of those brilliant acting performances that makes it hard to enjoy the actor going forward. My mood physically and chemically soured when he waltzed back into the show. This time for his self-righteous 'revenge'. If he wanted retribution on the one who wronged him for Christ sake your building a mirror STANS INFRONT OF IT AND YOU'LL FIND THE ISSUE!!
Miss Dang and Mr Choi as I had foretold quickly rekindled their friendship and work together brilliantly. I always love mirroring in stories and Miss Dang's current situation mirrors Choi's in the beginning hilariously. Also I don't ship but oh my lawd if they were to be a thing I would not object.¯\_( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)_/¯ Their team work making the dream work was lovely. Much Best Boy and Best Girl action from the two this week. I have no clue what I'll do with myself once this show is done. It's the kind of show that will leave an extra deep vacuum when its gone.😢
We think this is under the rights of the company and not an individual. That's why.
Oh I'm not saying you said that. I was more going off the general discussion . I agree with what your post said. Lol might have structured the replies wrong.
Lol we have gone full circle. Miss Dang is now in almost the exact position Choi found himself in at the beginning. Seen some elsewhere say that Mr Choi was too harsh on her but I'm not convinced. Other than the bar scene which he did apologize for.....somewhat😂😂 I'd say he did just about the appropriate amount of trolling🤣. But what are your thoughts? Too much, well deserved or "it was just a prank bro"?If anything the result of it should have shown her that the company regards none of them as non-disposable in the end. They only ever seek to save their own asses. She's saved him a couple times and so has he so they're about even. With the reappearance of a certain annoyance who may or may not have learned his lesson they'll probably soon reunite

I'm going to try to lay out my point. I dont agree with Mr Choi being silly and being exploited for it. The reasons he gave the suggestion of his tech were two fold: he was concerned about customers/brand image and using it would have been a proof of concept for his system. Kate thinks he should have asked for something extra but I don't know what exactly seeing as the proof of concept regarding the device serves that function. He got to show his tech works and protect millions of customers.
Considering as he puts it he was already going to leave after the successful implementation with that as a boost on his CV- I'd see that as the benefit to him. His being pushed out had nothing to do with that. The situation of the company was bad already and more importantly it's not like he knew what they were going to do.
They were already going to cover it up and place the potential lawsuit as a future concern. The only reason it made it's way into the fray is because Miss Dang brought it up with the CEO. If Mr Choi started huffing about with demands they could have simply said to hell with him and carry on the initial plan. Whistle blow- they destroy his career and he'd basically already given up on that. He only suggested it to Miss Dang as a last resort as a good will suggestion; that would also have had a benefit to him.
The real issue is the patent/copyright claim which to me fell out of Choi's hand the moment he started developing it with the company. It's not like he had it patented before therefore the moment they started making it apart of the washing machine he probably lost that angle.
Not because he's silly or anything because he already thought of the value from just having it implemented and gaining the added expertise from other developers and company resources. It's one thing to say I have a thing a other to say it was trusted by the Hamyeong brand and successfully placed into millions of products.
Maybe she knew she was already on thin ice and counted her blessings for not being canned but I was expecting…
I saw someone post a comment somewhere that we've vastly over estimated Miss Dang's power. Looking at it I had to agree. On the broader scale she really doesn't have that much influence. She could have fumed all she wanted but ultimately once the company has decided there's little she could do.Argue that Mr Choi get different treatment- other people are going to call it unfair. Refuse to fire him, they easily steamroll over her, worst she's already on thin ice. Threaten to leak the dishwasher story and much like the whistleblower episode eluded-never work in the industry again. In summary they're both in horrible situations.
Mr Choi got up at the end of this episode and said " Imma show yall why this show's title is what it is"🤣🤣🤣. 100% with him as well. I mean the disrespect! They pushed this man to his drastic measures and they deserve every inch of Punished Mr Choi's wrath.
I have such a hard time with Miss Dang. I don't hate her, I get her position but goddammit you must know in yourself that this just isn't right. I was almost hopeful that she had changed her ways and then they banished Mr Choi to the naughty corner.
Also Han Se Kwon was in less than 5 minutes of this episode and still managed to hit his pettiness quota. Saltier than the Dead Sea.😒
For Christ's sake😡. I've never hated the Olympics quite this much. MBC really couldn't shuffle some things around. It's not like the ratings were going to be any drastically different given they don't have the best track record with those either way.
Deadass. They'd be rolling out the red carpet for me everyday. At the same time his reason for bringing it up…
If the company was worth their salt they would but as we've come to see....it might not be. All though the preview made it sound as if he might be exempted from it. Although if that's a upper management decision or Miss Dang trying to save him we'll have to wait to find out.😭
I don't get why Choi Ban Seok is not negotiating and getting himself more from that detecting system? He could…
Deadass. They'd be rolling out the red carpet for me everyday. At the same time his reason for bringing it up seemed more pure than fleecing the company. It was more he was disappointed with the company's inaction.
As they were willing to risk a potential lawsuit to sell off the business in the first place without the fix. I see this as more him trying to save his own image of the company in his mind.More of the engineer in him unwilling to produce a faulty project. If a certain other someone🙃 had come up with this fix, they'd probably had done what you thought.
I swear to god if they attempt a redemption arc for Han Se Kwon and are successful it would be the single best writing accomplishment ever to date. Cause as it stands, I can think of more nothing satisfying than watching a tactical Truck of Doom brake check his kneecaps.
