My theory is that the makers were not prepared for how well the character of Tae Kwang would be received. The character was very interesting from the beginning and had great development throughout the show. And Sung Jae did a really good job at portraying Tae Kwang (a lot of acting potential there). On the other hand, Yi An (despite the screen time) wasn't that alluring. So based on the public opinion they added more stuff with Eun Bi and Tae Kwang which became a huge hit. However they decided to go with their original ending to tie lose ends.
If this drama was reality, she would've definitely fallen for Tae Kwang. He was too good to her and he was fun!
I love IU and Baek Seung Chan, they look good together but the way BKS looks at Ye Jin I can't help shipping them more. He even did the guy-should-be-in-front-to-make-the-girl's-face-look-smaller-in-a-selfie thing for her. Like aww.
Question - was it always just 12 episodes or did they have to shorten it for some reason? I'm just not used to…
In my opinion, KBS is trying to experiment with new time-slots using the best cast possible and they just made it's airing period shorter in case it does not bring the desired ratings. Orange Marmalade is one-episode-per-week because the budget is low, so they can manage to air it longer even with low ratings. But this is just my guess work, lol.
I started watching this only because of Jinyoung.I enjoyed the 1st 2 eps, but it's irritating to watch Mok Ji…
her acting does sort of suck, but there have been worse actors quite honestly. Besides, she's a new actress so hopefully she'll get better with time, after doing more roles.
I totally ship Ye Ji and Seung Chan but I also wish Cindy would be happy. Her life is so depressing, she's got no friends. I like her moments with Seung Chan too. So I'm really confused about the pairings.

Why does he even like her? She has her eyes on both the brothers and you can see it right away she's a gold digger. I was so happy when Jung Joo gave her a piece of her mind!
