The ending scene was so raw and powerful. I teared up a couple of times throughout this episode. I'm so happy KT was there to comfort her. She's been on her own for so long, she needed someone so desperately.
Can't we start a petition so they stop using the "we met as kids" storyline please.. I'm not entirely against…
Childhood connections are definitely things that are used quite often. Theres always a scenario where the ML and FL are in love and then BOOM they realize they actually met as kids and one or the other hurt them in some way. Following a separation track and tears loll
But I like what they did here tho. It makes sense and helps the development of their characters as well as the story. More of a reconnection of characters than a random childhood connection.
Plus does anyone want to talk about the motel scene!! Please, I’m dying omg
Exactly!! That's what I don't like. Especially the firing thing, like you can have your personal opinions about someone - you don't have to like everyone. But don't use those things against a person.
And the whole slapping fight. She hit her first and MY obviously being the reckless person she is (LOL) fought her. At the end of the day MY keeps her "crazy" image and Joo Ri gets off as being the sweet little doe. sigh.
I think she died because MY previously said something about "my father is alive but his soul is dead, my mother…
Yeah! I remember that! Now I couldn't figure out if she meant like actually kill him or figuratively in MY's mind if she went close to him she would end up hurting him. There had to have been a reason why her behaviour changed so much.
Also that scene were they show young MY standing with dead eyes outside of her mother's study while blood seeped through the door. It made it seem like MY did something thats why she had a cold look on her face. But I think she may have died by or attempted to die by suicide - which is why her father wanted to kill her? Kind of seems like everyone treated her like a little monster, like anything she did was her fault.

yessss! KT is such a little puppy it's so cute. I like how they showed MY doing that stereotypical smash your arm against wall scene that male leads usually do. No care in the world.
"Go to the motel down the street, its cheap and they let you pay later" LOOOL KT like O.O
I think she died because MY previously said something about "my father is alive but his soul is dead, my mother…
Oh yeah! You're right!! I almost forgot about that. Honestly MY's past is such a mystery. I need to find out more. Like how they kept showing her as a cold little girl, but then they showed the scene were she ran down the stairs happily when she saw little KT outside with his flowers. There are so many secrets, I wouldn't be surprised if her mom showed up.
I have a feeling her mum is alive too or is it her spirit? x_x
I think she died because MY previously said something about "my father is alive but his soul is dead, my mother is dead but her soul is alive".
I think whens she was talking about her mother's soul - it was symbolic. Every time she sees her mother's "spirit", it could be the memories of her words or actions effecting her mental health. She was hurt both physically and mentally at such a young age.
I feel like every episode that comes out touches my heart in a different way. I feel so sad for both MY and KT. But the one thing I'm really enjoying is the character development. They're both starting to change each other. I'm looking forward to the story going forward. I think Sang Tae is going to be a large part of MY's healing. So excited for tomorrow's episode!
Nam Joo Ri is giving me " I *accidentally* fucked up someone's life up before and blamed everyone else but myself…
Something is definitely bugging me about her character lol. I feel like theres going to be some kind of plot twist involving her. Especially since there is a childhood connection with Moon Young.
Wow, two episodes in and I am HOOKED. Can we just take a second to admire the visuals?! Also KSH and SYJ's chemistry is incredible, I'm excited to see more.
And again, the visuals. BEAUTIFUL.
Man was out here with his popcorn like "JUST TELL HER YOU LOVE HER".

(Also thanks for being here so early. I feel like I needed to talk to someone about this episode LOL)
