I’m sorry but I hate that they gave SML cancer and then while he’s being honest about it and vulnerable she…
I think it makes sense.
Because this led to SH’s character development. where she learned that not all lies are told out of malice or in an attempt to manipulate.
If it has been anything other than an illness like this, SML wouldn’t have let SH break up with him and leave like that. if his lie had been about a family member being sick or working overtime let’s say - then he would have blurted it out in a panic. but because it was about his own health and well-being, he didn’t. he didn’t want to burden her.
in context, her talking about another man also makes sense. because after the initial vulnerable moment he asked her to get back together. she felt sad and regretful but she doesn’t love him anymore.
I don't think she heard the last statement as a lie, it can be bgm for shocking revelation, the sound for the…
I agree. I think he truly believes he killed her for an unknown reason. So even tho he may have not (for example) intentionally stabbed her, he feels like he was the reason for her death. which is why his statement is being triggered as a lie.
I was so incredibly mad at Syaon. I hate when people use their life to basically threaten another person (whoever that may be) into doing what they want. Firstly, that was super traumatizing for Do Ha. Even if she didn’t know about his past, that’s an incredibly selfish thing to do to another person. Putting the blame on someone else because you couldn’t cope with your own feelings is ridiculous. I’m all for mental health awareness and giving people the benefit of the doubt - but this is something I will never agree with. especially because she lied - it was never her intent to end her life. she was not in emotional distress. aghhhhhhhh
she has been brainwashed by a nasty old man and gone through some horrible stuff. I feel bad for her
she was definitely manipulated. I feel bad for her too because she thinks she's avenging her family, but in reality, she's helping the man who orchestrated their deaths. I hope someone gets her out of there, soon. Poor Han Su is going to be devastated when he finds out what happened to her, right now he thinks she's living a blissful life with her husband :(
Wouldn't they have been around the same age at that time? I dont think SY is that much older? It would REALLY…
YOU’RE RIGHT!! I totally forgot about that! Ugh, yes. That would make complete sense. Because now that I think about it he also made a comment about seeing the fiancé in an inn talking about how excited he was to get married. His eyes looked so haunted in that moment :’(

I love all the OSTs, they make me feel different things - all of them good 🥺
