I guess after the confession "I have to have you" Hee Do will get so ashamed of it she will start to avoid Yijin in the upcoming episode (hence Heedo run away from him at the teaser). I feel NJH is a good actor, he's not the best obviously but he's not the worst like what some people said. I mean I just finished Start Up, and when I was watching it I keep thinking to myself no way this is the same actor from Weightlifting Fairy. I mean they were totally feel like different person if you know what I mean. And I have watched The Light in Your Eyes too. I'm a lurker on Naver, they definitely favored HJP more over there. They're getting frustrated on the love triangle, about NDS character, and how SamSan Tech is not thankful to HJP. And I saw on Twitter, NJH even said in Kang Hanna's radio show yesterday that he didn't even search his name on internet nowadays (I guess because of the backlash). I mean considering all this, maybe there will be an open ending? This has been going on for a while I guess so there's a possibility they have changed the ending because of the viewer's comments.
It's understandable though because Suzy is the main actress so she needs to promote the main couple. And I think she definitely is much closer to SamSan Tech members in real life than to KSH because of the age and also the screen time they have together.

Yeah agree the writing can seem disjointed, but as someone has posted it before I think maybe that's the way the writer chose to tell the story. Maybe it's the intention of the writer to make three-act structure which is why ep 1 was started with HJP's back story and the writing shift focus to Dalmi in the middle, followed by Dosan at the end. I just hope the writer will give HJP the happiness that he deserved :(

Yeah I agree, although I'm team HJP, but I don't see Dosan crying as a weakness. The sentence "be a man" or "boys don't cry" are destructive actually . Crying or showing emotion must not be strictly feminine concept. Encouraging boys to suppress their emotions and be tough and stoic can have damaging consequences for their mental health in later life.
