Only 8 episodes again? It's impossible to fit almost 300 chapters into that. Not only that, season 1 was great,…
Most people in the real world and watching Netflix don't care about webtoons. I actually hope Netflix does change the story so that the original characters stay in it longer. The cast is what made this drama so good.
I had to subscribe for the 30 days free trial with no ads and probably will pay 1 month to finish it but the price…
yes I might do that or refigure whatever plan I have right now because there are a couple of korean dramas on Hulu right now that I feel like I can barely get through due to ads. I already pay too much for streaming though.
life is so unfair. I've been praying for a full romance drama with hong kyung, and there is one but he is a cartoon character the whole time. lmao. I know I'm dramatic but anyway I'm so excited!
I wish Disney+ would just release asian content on US too instead of Hulu. with Hulu I have to watch ads which disrupts the flow. I know Hulu offers no ad subscriptions but i already have sub to disney+.
Watched this all the way through this Sunday. Didnt disappoint. there were a couple of parts that were confusing that I had to rewind and watch again. But definitely another 10/10 for me. Especially for a kdrama.
I am super bummed this isn't available in the US yet. 😔
Me too I keep checking Hulu to see when it will be available. I really don't want to watch it on one of those janky ad frenzied download sites. I can't even see a date of when it will be available.
i don't get it, is it out yet? how can you judge something that didn't even start.
People just hate squid game because it is popular, and they think it makes them cool to hate it. You also have korean drama purists who hate the fact that Netflix makes Season 2's of any korean show.
I feel like I'm the only one obsessed with this actor. I watched Please Tell Me so and Motelier (because of PTMS) and he is the most gorgeous korean actor I've ever seen. I wish he would get some more roles.
Not sure if I liked this or hated it. I feel like I was going back and forth the whole series. I was ready to quit after the 3rd episode because I could tell the direction was going to a weird place. But I'm glad I stuck with it.
I really didn't like the "hot guy" Bi character though. He was such a jerk and selfish and abusive. I don't even think the redemption arch redeemed him enough for me. I felt like I couldn't really root for them as a couple because the other ML seemed sweet. I feel like he deserved a better situation. But in the end he was acting like it was a "miracle" that they were reunited and was gushing about how he loved him. The whole thing felt weird and sleezy.
The Yuma /Meguru part was interesting. At first I hated that Yuma character and the Meguru/idol storyline. But honestly that is what kept me watching, just to see how it would end. I know it was cheesy but at the very end when he blew the meteor away, I was so happy.
I really wasn't expecting the scifi/supernatural twist angle. I'm glad they didn't overdo the supernatural elements. It was just enough.
The sex scenes were very intense. Felt gratuitous honestly, like I didn't get the point in everything being that graphic. I don't mind it but it wasn't necessary.
I really felt emotional for the ML . At times I had tears in my eyes. This is why I love Japanese drama because it is very unpredictable.
