I don't know why everyone is acting as if the conflict could've been wrapped up easily... there as no ay for it to be and the way they got through it was lovely and grounded
so crazy seeing the negativity... by far my favourite romance of the year. the characters and relationships are lovely and I enjoyed seeing everyone growth. really loved to see the conflicts bc theyre usually quite contrived in romcoms but here I managed to understand everyone and their perspectives (minus taejuns parents those nasty ppl).
yeojun and soohyun had the most compelling, interesting and loving relationship in the entire drama, theyre the only thing that I can truly remember because their relationship is so closely tied to their character and strengths... genuinely should've just been gay or at least open ended. the relationship betceen sobin and yeojun just... didn't work on a lot of levels lol. he might not have supported her but he also didn't trust her to support him, he instead employed her as a form of amusement imo like their relationship feels destined to end and not in a nice way. feel like just letting go of fear and having had there be an implied or explicit gay relationship wouldve been better both character wise and actually acknowledged the fact soohyun is actually LGBT in the webtoon...
I don't think ill ever be able to forget Matthew Greens story... its been over a year since I first watched this drama and ive thought of that character every single week since. I haven't seen many people talk about that episode but so few things have ever left an impression on me in the same way that tale did. Genuinely haunting and beautiful, this drama is unforgettable in so many ways.

the entire drama finished airing on tving already, but you have to sign up to watch fully! on YouTube its free but airing weekly instead, the entire drama technically aired last year and dropped on one day.

I really anted to rate this lower but I really didn't ant to take away from all the work the acting cast and the film are, sound designers and choreographers had to do. it must have been a ton of work to do multiple fight scenes an episode and theyre all done very well that bumped it up a lot for me
I mean if u think the fact they refused to characterise anyone properly over a 10+ hour time period and the terrible writing overall is the best they could've done idk what u want me to say... its genuinely a waste
