cmon platonic do no wrong i mean its basically a friendship just deeper. being sexually attracted is where i would…
That's exactly what I was thinking when I wrote this... Someone in his 30s trying to have a deeper 'friendship' with one of my two teenage daughters...
I agree completely with the sentiment. The villains and their showdown overshadow the main characters almost every-time.…
Yes, indeed! NWS's character was way better presented and developed. But, when talking about the actors and not their characters, SSR was the winner :)
Really enjoyed your article and, especially, your gifs :P I am not a heavy dropper myself, after watching more than enough dramas to know what I like or not, but once in a while I choose something too bad for my taste (concerning plot or acting or both) that even fast-forwarding can't save, and then I drop it and never look back!
Loved your review and the characters' analysis of this un-ordinary drama! I agree with you that its extension did more harm than good, but, despite its flaws, it was addicting and enjoyable. It was one of the rare dramas where the villains were much more interesting and worth watching than the good guys... Shin Sung Rok, in particular, stole the whole show! Such an amazing, charismatic actor! His character through face expressions and posture changed in a blink of an eye so perfectly! And, though I have seen him in some of his previous roles as psycho, manipulative, cold, possesive or mean, seeing him as romantic, pathetic or comic was a revelation!
Thank you for reading, ClaudiaMz! I'm going to enjoy this new discussion for sure! >Death NoteYou know, I actually…
I would really like to read an article of yours about shaky cameras ! (your comment "Use it too much and it can give your audience motion sickness" is so relatable)
I really love your articles! Once again, well researched and selected dramas and visual cues. Your informative and easy-to-follow professional analysis changed the way I see dramas by adding new perspectives to my watching habits and by finding more meanings behind the scenes! Can’t wait for the next one :D
Not as good as I expected it to be :( Bae Doo Na was spectacular but her role so and so, and Song Kang Ho's acting was superb- especially during the last 30 minutes-, but the plot was weak, not well-edited and pointlessly too long...
Subtle and slow-paced slice of life drama, but so heartwarming and fascinating! Takahashi Issei is phenomenal: with his microexpressions and, especially, his heartfelt smile carried the whole show!
Once again you chose an interesting subject for discussion and your humorous approach was delightful :) Personally, I really dislike abusive-obsessive drama characters... It is OK when a character is jealous over his/her love interest (everyone being in love can be a bit jealous and a bit attention-demanding) and a cute/comic approach in a drama is very welcomed, but unhealthy, over-controlling, stalker-ish attitudes are a big no for me!
Many congrats for your first article! Well-written and totally on point! Full House Thai, Ugly Duckling Series: Perfect Match and Kiss Me were also my first thai lakorns, and the best I've seen so far :D I look forward to reading your next article!
I started it with low expectations, but it's surprisingly lighthearted and funny! The bickering among partners and between law firms is the best part ... and the ship that is about to sail is the extra entertaining bonus!
Funny and fluffy rom-com, with just the right amount of cuteness and angst! Takahashi Issei, with his expressions and, especially, his smile was the highlight.

Do Kyung Soo is phenomenal! Such a charismatic, multi-talented performer!
