Though the story was rather poorly written and very much predictable, the nostalgia feeling, the fantastic cast (thought their styling could have been so much better!) and the fact that nobody took themselves seriously and had a great time filming it, made this an enjoyable watch. But, to be completely honest, I would have enjoyed anything with Yoo Ah In in it!
A quirky, funny, heartwarming (and delicious) food/romance drama, describing the everyday life of a cute mangaka while searching for inspiration about her stories.
Dark, perplexing and compelling, with a plot-twist that I didn't see coming... Brilliant use of colouring and music, superb performances from Suda Masaki and Nakajima Yuto with such demanding, challenging roles.
This is definitely not a typical body-swap case! It's a dark, mature and rather heavy psychological character-driven story, a bit confusing some times, with some pacing issues here and there, but Ikeda Elaiza and Yoshizawa Ryo's great performances made this a very interesting watch.
A weekend re-watch, just as hilariously funny, cult and entertaining as the first time I watched this years ago! So many happy memories... That killer landlady will always be a legend!
An intense, masterfully crafted psychological, character-driven story. Heavy on the dialogues, with a nuanced depiction of the leads' complex relationship, and superb performances from Chiba Yudai and Nagayama Kento.
Re-watched after 3 years, and this time it was more quirky and entertaining! Not your typical zombie movie... Zany, wacky, hilarious and ridiculously amusing. Don't think too much, don't try to find a reasoning and you'll have a great time!
With a unique theme and a very strong, engaging start, this drama was a breath of fresh air. Watching the fantastic performance of Park Eun Bin as attorney Woo, the cutest cutie pie with her radiant, heartfelt smile walking around, waltzing and talking about whales was the most engaging thing I’ve watched for a long time! Her relationship with her dad, her mentor (the amazing, scene-stealer attorney Jung, aka Kang Ki Young) and her two female besties were fascinating from start to finish. Even though I had some noticeable issues about the actual legal cases depicted and -most importantly- the romance lines and some characters’ development, overall it was an enjoyable and memorable watch.
A wholesome road trip/coming-of-age story, just like all Yoon Ga Eun's heartfelt movies. Bittersweet, emotional and full of nostalgia, brilliantly filmed and acted.
A daring monologue/conversation of a writer and her character about life, death, memories, dreams and stories. Beautiful black and white shooting, impressive (almost) natural acting.

Why Itagaki Mizuki is still the SML in this kind of movies is beyond me...

I found it intriguing and unique :)
