Title Love Your Enemy Spoiler
I could be wrong but Ji Gyunghun is a bit sus?? Could he be playing both side? And what if Yoonji's dad wasn't…
Yes, I got sus vibes from Ji Gyunhun as well. He is good with cars so my thoughts are he tampered with Yoon Ji Won's parents' car which cause their fatal accident (in addition to being the real culprit of the embezzlement.)

My other thought is he colluded with Seok Ji Won's father. I'm sure his father wanted revenge after Yoon Ji Won's grandpa did not help him and caused his business to fail, etc.

If in the first life, I might be okay but I will proceed with caution. I say this because the only thing that matters to me in the end is the couple realizing what's truly in their hearts/minds when given the second chance and fighting for it.

So, I think I already read the added chapter at the end. Was it about him losing his memory? I wonder if I did find the completed translation but thought I didn't because the last chapter seemed out of place.

Thanks! I am curious, about the parts rather not known, did they take place in the first or second life?

Interesting. I think I might be okay reading the novel though. I started it and like it so far but just can't find a completed translated version. I'm curious about the original story and the couple's first life.
On The Princess Royal Aug 15, 2024
Just finished and loved it! Storytelling was great in how the leads come to realize their flaws/faults from their first life and did their best to right them in their second. I want to read the novel now. Would anyone be able to provide a link to a completed English translation version?

Title Connection Spoiler
The wrap-up was satisfying. The good and bad of human nature was well-explored and crafted in each of the characters. We got the full picture of what was calculated in everyone's minds and what drove them to commit the crimes. However they came about, the motives fit! What a relief that they weren’t completely the case of mental instability.

The ending was also beautiful. I didn’t think I would get emotional in some parts. After the betrayal 20 years ago, Jae Kyeong lost faith in friendship. However, through the process of solving Jun Seo’s murder, he came to understand his friend’s guilt, pain and suffering. So if anything, the silver lining through all of this was the restoration of the Jun Seo’s Audiophile friendship. When Jun Seo said that he will set everything right, I know he meant for him and the bullies to repent. Though he was unsuccessful through his own efforts, may he rest in peace knowing that he was able to do so by reuniting the friends who he truly kept in his heart – Jae Kyeong, Yoon Jin and Joo Song. Perhaps without a genuine connection that exists within them, it wouldn’t have been possible to salvage what was thought lost. Jae Kyeong was right that Jun Seo never wanted revenge, Jun Seo wanted him and his friends to return back to the good old days. As the Busan beach still looks the same to them, I would say they have!

Last, I’m happy the insurance money went to good places. My favorite scene was Jae Kyeong’s meeting and conversation with Hyun Woo. Jae Kyeong must’ve understood that Jun Seo saw some of his self in Hyun Woo and wanted Hyun Woo to do what he couldn’t…to live on the right path and to have a good life.

All in all, I loved the closure – the good folks restored faith in humanity and Jae Kyeong is smiling now!

P.S. Some viewers may feel the mystery was less enjoyable after the revelations and that's okay. However, I thought the story's main emphasis was the contrast between the Audiophile friendship and the Jong Soo "friendship". The latter was meant to be a foil to Audiophile. Although the Jong Soo friendship existed for 20 years, it was built on a house of cards. Without genuine connections, it inevitably crumbled to pieces. The whole show's depiction of its eventual implosion was great storytelling. And, so was the gradual healing of the Audiophile friendship. Jun Seo's promise of putting things back in the right places at the start came true in the end.

Title Nothing Uncovered Spoiler
It’s shaping up to be what happened in Mueon city in the past is the key to solving the mystery in the present – the chemical plant fire and possible death of Lee Na Ri.

The dead housekeeper’s husband was the chemical plant manager. He died in the same year of the fire and was likely a scapegoat to take blame for the incident. I still think Woo Jae’s father might’ve owned the plant and Mo Hyung Taek might’ve helped him cover up the true cause of the fire.

Based on Cha Eun Sae’s consultation with the psychiatrist, it seems like Woo Jae might’ve killed Lee Na Ri back in high school. This would make sense why his father asked him if he killed Cha Eun Sae. If Woo Jae did kill Lee Na Ri, his father likely covered it up. Also, if this is Woo Jae’s secret, it would explain why he’s mentally unstable. A guilty conscience would do it.

Episode 6 preview hints that a victim’s stopped watch from 2009 is a clue. The housekeeper and Cha Eun Sae also had stopped clocks in their houses when they died. All three clocks had no batteries inside.

I bet Zeus is wanting to uncover the truth through Jung Won and her show. Is Zeus connected to a victim of the chemical plant fire and/or Lee Na Ri? My gut feeling is the young male reporter on Jung Won's team, Lee Da Reun, could be Zeus.

I like the pacing of the story - how the mystery gradually builds with each episode. Acting is great all around too. The little girl portraying the daughter is cute and talented.

In ep 5 preview, we hear Tae Heon connecting the characters to the city of Mueon, except Jung Won is not from there. Back in ep 1, when the detectives were investigating the dead housekeeper's house, they found a scrapbook of old news articles of Mo Hyung Taek as a prosecutor back in the days and a Mueon chemical plant fire that killed 12 and injured 2 people. I doubt this incident is shown for no reason. Mo Hyung Taek was likely the prosecutor who helped the owner of the chemical plant get off criminal charges. Woo Jae's father likely owned it. Jung Won's father likely had incriminating evidence and was on the verge of uncovering the truth, but they killed him before he could. The mastermind today is likely a survivor of the fire or a descendant and is plotting a slow-burn revenge. S/he is likely Zeus. I don't think s/he wants to hurt Jung Won but wants her to finally uncover the truth.

This is my wild theory for this week. LOL.

i think he might be .. that's why i'm watching he's either that or a victim to something bigger than we know
We know husband has depression which is not uncommon with writers. It's so early in the story. All the things making him to be a cheater and murderer could turn out to be red herrings. My gut feeling is the supposed mistress' relationship is likely with the politician and baby is his. I still think he and the father in law are in cahoots. Also, they may have killed female lead's father because he was about to reveal something corrupt about them.

I think he could be a victim of his father and politician friend plotting together. The father doesn't like female lead and probably wants to ruin his son's marriage. His politician friend was offended by her and maybe is sabotaging her.

Story/Plot is pretty okay, i was expecting some plot twist buts its already ep 11 so i doubt. The acting of both…
I agree... Plot is okay, but I'm intrigued by the relationship between Myung Joon and Ro Hee. I want to know how they'll define it by the end.
On The Kidnapping Day Oct 19, 2023
Finally...Ro Hee, Myung Joon and Sang Yoon in one frame. I've been waiting for all three to officially meet each other. Funny that Sang Yoon says it feels like meeting celebrities 😂 But seriously, he's a great detective. He figured out early on their relationship was beyond kidnapper/kidnappee so when he encounters them, he is completely rationale with them. We can see he trusts Myung Joon because he knows Myung Joon genuinely cares for Ro Hee. I know Sang Yoon will also play a role in providing normalcy in Ro Hee's life.

Some viewers may think Ro Hee is a brat, but we should remember she didn't grow up like a normal child nor was she treated like one by the adults. Only Myung Joon has shown parent-like affection/care toward her. It's clear Ro Hee cares for Myung Joon as well. She negotiated with Sang Yoon to delay his arrest until everything solved so that she's in a position to help him with the legal troubles that are awaiting him. Given how smart she is, I know she'll succeed in pleading his case.

Title Revenant Spoiler
they def implied that the end game is jung se and tae ri, her expression around him are more excited and shy and…
Their feelings were obvious when they met up at the train station. It was definitely more than friends. Their facial expressions and body language said it all.

I agree just the two of them together in the end was intended. So was their matching forehead scars, natural chit chat during car ride, Hae Sang sharing his special place with her and her going blind with him by her side.

Love is a huge part of life and writer's final message was wishing everyone will find happiness. It would make sense for these two, who were lonely souls and have gone through thick/thin, to find it in each other. I'm all for it!
