i really have to applaud the casts' acting especially in tonight's episodes. everyone brought their A game into this drama.

Bai Lu's calm face but busy/worried eyes never fails to wow me. even without the audio you'd know several things are going thru in her mind lol. what a gem of an actress!

ZLH had the bearing of a very dignified person in the ceremony. his facial expressions are so on point and he delivered the right emotions in his dubbing as well.

the old men, marquis yan and duke xue are phenomenal. the emotions are palpable even without delivering their lines yet. they really brought so much tension I'm so glad i don't have heart disease with the way the last episode affected me lmao
