Do you really think the drama will be aired on that date? I'm checking periodically the oficial weibo and it's…
I...am back bringing bad news... So I found that Iqiyi projected timetable for 2019 I mentioned before. And this drama is listed there T^T And worse, it's under category <2019年暂未定档> meaning it's still undetermined when in 2019 it's gonna air (the table is categorized like Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 of 2019).
Do you really think the drama will be aired on that date? I'm checking periodically the oficial weibo and it's…
whoa... when did that happen... I'm going to look through forums again, see what the cnetz think. But if it's being pushed to next year, then we'd probably get it by March or late February. Lol, almost 2 years since the filming started
Why do they hate her? She is very beautiful and talented in my opinion.
You haven't heard the most ridiculous thing from the whole mess. So there was a fire that broke out on the set of the Untamed, that killed two crew members. The fire happened late at night, all actors/ess have gone home, no filming were taking place at that time. Yet somehow, crazy cnetz just had to connect the nonexistent dots between the accident and her, saying it was because of her forcing the change (of scripts) and adding more things for herself that the crew were forced to do extra work and that accident happened as a result.
I originally had little to no interest in the drama. I read the novel, was more or less disappointed that the drama is really happening, worried they'd butcher the core story too much (I understand the no BL thing tho). But then I changed my mind after reading all those BS, just to see who's right and wrong. Also I'm a fan of xz so gotta watch his debut in proper drama as the lead
Chen Shen escaped after his car crashed (before it blew up). The Zero plan was safely delivered to the communist higher ups. Skip ahead several years (I think), Bi Cheng is now a communist agent working undercover as a nationalist agent (this was during the civil war I believe). Chen Shen & Bi Cheng never met after that last time years ago. Then coincidentally, their paths crossed again. Chen Shen is now training a new Sparrow for a new mission, Bi Chen is there with her nationalist polices, about to arrest suspected communist agents (she didn't know it was Chen Shen). Then she saw him and as comrades in arms, she helped him escape by firing at that chandelier. The end.
Been a while since I watch this, but I think covered the gist of that ending.
I just created an account to asked this is that true?Where you got the sources seriously Xiao zhan and liqin?????
It was all over the news, even trending on weibo for a while. There were also alleged pictures of them on a ski date last winter. Like I said, their managements have released statements that it's not true.
Thing is, dating rumor is bound to happen sooner or later. Consider this, Xiao Zhan is considered a newcomer, and really only became active acting in 2017 (ignoring his debut drama). Since then, he's been in a total of 3 (about to become 4 I think?) productions with Li Qin, and with the giant that is C-ent industry, that's already a lot of appearances together. Fans probably just like to speculate & ship them together lol (quite a few FMVs for this pairing), but I never imagined it'd become big enough to make the news.
Old news during XZ's predebut era was that he was already offered roles in several dramas (this was when he was still in XFire), and considering most of his roles so far (+future movies), we'd probably see a lot of XZ & LQ together in the future because they are both under contract with a certain production company.
Lmao, there was a dating rumor between the female lead and the 2nd male lead (debunked after a while). Now how am I going to handle a potential SLS when watching this after knowing that XD
Why do they hate her? She is very beautiful and talented in my opinion.
There was a rumor during the filming of The Untamed, based on an incredibly popular BL novel. Now according to this rumor, there'll be no romance for the two male leads (this one's not a rumor, obvs this is China we're talking about), and that she'd be the replacement love interest for one of the male leads.
Somehow the rumor became more outrageous, saying she used her money (or her rich parents') to pay off the production so that she could be the love interest instead. Then of course CNetz started attacking her, she disappeared from weibo for while and such. Disappointed novel fans started campaigning to boycott the drama, even declaring themselves antis of her for life (get a better life, people). It's all ridiculous and I seriously feel bad for her. There's barely any picts or mentions of her on the drama official channel (at least as far as I can see). Even now after the whole thing was proven not true, I still see comments like, "this looks good, too bad Miss Meng is there so I'm not watching". Less nasty than before, but still.
Besides the ridiculousness of her paying the production to change the whole story (because seriously? She can be considered a newcomer, a no-name inside the giant that is C-ent industry, who sponsored her? She's no Yang Mi or other A-list actresses), I don't get people being mad over the no romance between the two male leads, specifically those living in China and thus should have understood the real situation there. LGBT content is essentially banned. Obviously the production wants and needs to make money by passing censorship to this drama, so the no romance is to be expected. Like another popular BL novel-turned drama Guardian.
Even with Guardian (it was all bromance there), all episodes disappeared from streaming site like, a month (?) I think after it was released. Officials say it was because of violence & superstition, that's a load of BS because there are a lot more violent content & superstitions in other drama, Guardian is so tame in comparison, lol.
So yeah, I'm worried because of the hate, her acting career is essentially over, and it's all because Cnetz really just. Can't. Chill.
Sorry for the long essay, I just chanced upon the hate comments again by accident and I needed to vent XD
Loved the end scene... It was on point and creative... I always hated her and now i am full of hope that he will…
Ikr, tho that last scene also pissed me off. But at least I got to see Little Fairy again. I knew I like her for a reason, the pure & innocent soul to balance out Xiao Yan's 'darkness'. Definitely best girl in the story.
Wait happened, isn't there no episode coming on this week or next week?I don't mind spoilers
Xiao Yan... 'died'. I think. Lol I'm confused. But I assume he's still somewhat alive inside his ring just like Yao Chen before. He also did the dramatic waking up at the very end (I'm not sure if that was even Xiao Yan...)
Someone clear up this messed up ending for me, please

(I know I'm weird, ignore me~)

Also, he's a trash.

The hate against her is way too much...
