when this will be released?!?!?!? why the release is so slow ....
They only wrapped up filming last month. They are in post-production now, so it will take several months for it to be released. But without a doubt, it will be released this year.

Title About Love Spoiler
Currently on episode 9, and I have to say, the only couple I'm rooting for right now is the married one. I hope they fix their problems and find that spark again. With all their other issues, him cheating with a younger woman after he courted her knowing she was older and had reservations about dating a younger guy must be very hurtful to her. But she's willing to forgive him and start over, so he should stop his shenanigans and either commit to her or let her go.

As for the FM, I like her, but I wish she could just tell Bei about her past already. The fact that she's more open and comfortable to be herself when she's with Gong makes me think that maybe she might have some feelings for him that she refuses to acknowledge. Gong seems to understand her a bit better. She and Bei have a few differences of opinions, or beliefs, but she brushes them aside. The reason she likes Bei could be because he was the first guy who was indifferent to her looks/charm when they initially met, plus, he seemed to be indifferent to other women's charms, so that makes him loyal and trustworthy. But personally, I like her with Gong even though I do think that Bei would be the better choice because his dependability, loyalty, love might help her heal from her past painful experiences. But I'm still on episode 9, so we'll see.

As for Sen and Mingming, I hope they break up. I didn't like Sen's behavior/reaction during their bed scene. His obsession with her can be scary, especially when we get a glimpse of his inner thoughts/turmoil. He's been waiting for her for seven years😳, just watching her with another man while his anger and inferiority complex accumulated. Now he's buying, or renting, property for her while her heart is still with her ex. He's just doing too much, getting into debt just to please Mingming. She's wrong for getting with him while she's still hung up on her ex, but the fact that he knows all this but still goes along with it just because he wants her is a bit strange, if not scary. For me, Sen is the biggest red flag in their group. One wrong move from her, and he'll totally lose it one day. He needs to love himself and have confidence in himself as a man first. He's too insecure and that has made him to develop anger issues that he has suppressed and hidden from others. Hopefully, he'll grow to love and appreciate himself and see his worth as the show goes on.

But overall, this is a very good show.

Then don't see , go and see who actors do lot of kissing scenes like now they are releasing pursuit of jade etc…
What they fail to understand is that most C-dramas didn't have all these multiple steamy kissing scenes before. They used to have great plots with a few awkward kisses, which was more like pressing their lips together, and these were like two or three for the whole 60 episodes. But now, it's the opposite. They are using kissing and steamy scenes to attract viewers instead of attracting them with the plot. Viewers no longer demand quality that's why there's been a decline in the quality of C-dramas produced each year. As long as there's a kissing scene on the horizon, fans will endure a bad plot, bad editing, bad directing, and bad acting. They'll even say the actors have chemistry just because they kissed, but when you watch the drama objectively, you can see there was no chemistry at all. If the acting, storyline, overall production, and chemistry of the actors is great, you wouldn't need a kiss to "feel what the characters are experiencing". You will feel the romance between them before they kiss, even if it's a kiss on the forehead or just a hug. Those that want to watch hot and steamy scenes and multiple kisses can just go and watch short dramas. I heard they tend to do risqué scenes. Leave Ren Allen or any other actor/actress that doesn't want to do kissing scenes alone.

I wait so long to see Liu Yuning modern drama and it release now and all role are fine including legendary as…
She's only 3 years older than Yuning. So I guess he's an old man too? You're acting like he's in his 20s, get a grip.

My excitement for this drama may have surpassed my excitement for Hero Legends after watching the wrap-up special…
And not to be a spoil-sport, (I'm sooo excited and looking forward to watching this drama too), but the positive reactions of many passersby and their excitement just from seeing the Ming Dynasty robes, plus the number of fans who attended wrap up day, makes me apprehensive. Some people might feel threatened. If it's released around June/July and then manage to win over the history buffs, it's going to be a huge hit and elevate Cheng Yi and all the other actors, and some people might not like that. I just don't want what happened to Fu Shan Hai to happen to this drama🙏. I don't want Cheng Yi and his dramas he's worked so hard on to get suppressed or sabotaged again. So I pray for a smooth and successful broadcast with little to no drama🙏🙏. I pray that this drama will take Cheng Yi to new heights in his career.

Here's to hoping TwoCapitalsFifteenDays does so well that they decide to release Hero Legends right after it🔥😅.

Tomorrow they will be releasing new material for TwoCapitalsFifteenDays!

I would definitely love to see Cheng Yi star in a comedy, it can be a romantic comedy if possible. After watching him in The Imperial Age and the few episodes I've seen of Draw the Line, I think a rebellious, comedic character would suit him very well. His expressions were good and very amusing in these dramas, and in Deep Lurk too. It would also bring a relief from the serious dramas he's been doing until the next serious show.
Just my wishful thinking, Cheng Yi = comedy.

not tryna be bias because I like Bai lu, but like I feel like she plays the same character every time from her…
For me, I think it's not so much that she plays the same character, but she acts the same way for every character, so that's why sometimes it feels like she's playing the same character.

For this one, I've watched until episode 6 and the problem for me is that I don't sympathize nor relate to any of the characters, even the victims. Not only are the cases predictable, but they didn't draw me in to the point where I sympathized with victims. They are going for fast pace but they are failing at not only getting the audience to emotionally connect to the characters but to also convey their clue-gathering process in an exciting and suspenseful manner. I loved Wang Xingyue in The Double, but I feel like he's a bit robotic here. Same with Zhao Yiqin, I loved his acting in Glory, but here, something is off.
I don't blame the actors. The director is the one who sets the tone of the show, and on this one, I don't think he did a very good job. And the ost is also not suitable for creating suspense, it's actually distracting sometimes. So for me, I feel like the script and director didn't do enough to create an atmosphere of mystery and suspense and getting us to emotionally connect with the characters, be it the main cast or the victims and perpetrators. At times, it even looks like they are waiting for the cue to act out the next scene, almost like a theatre production, and they are just reciting lines without much emotions. But hopefully, things will get better as the drama continues.

And I agree with you about Strange Tales of Tang Dynasty, they did set the standard way too high.

Disclaimer: This is just my own personal opinion and perspective. Other people might not agree with it because their perspectives may be different from mine.

Does anyone know a site with good subtitles where I can watch the show? I've tried YouTube, Kisskh, and even Mango, but the subtitles are throwing me off. This looks very good, and the characters and cases are interesting, but the subtitles are not so good.

What if, while we're hoping and believing that Hero Legends will be released this year, it turns out it'll be this drama that's released instead🧐?
Anything is possible. Since it's a historical drama, I don't think the overall visuals are going to be too bad or look too outdated despite it being filmed years ago. I seriously wish a brave channel takes it on. It sounds like it could be a very good drama, a drama that needs to be seen by us, the general public.

From what fans have been saying on xhs, we mustn't believe every melon because some of them are clout chasing and others say things with the intent of damaging the drama's reputation.

We may start to have hope that there might be possible broadcasting when they open official social media accounts, e.g on douyin.

(Hopefully, the waiting will be over soon.)

WHY does Cheng Yi keep choosing costume dramas with tragic endings??!! annoying!
Well, I think tragic endings seem to be something his agency specializes on. It wasn't until recently that I found out that Ren Allen and Liu Xueyi were part of the same agency as Cheng Yi, and they are one of my favorite C-actors. This connection made me realize the similarities in their dramas/characters, namely, sad endings and coughing up blood among others. So I believe this thing of HE/SE has to do with the type of dramas his agency produces and let's him star in. I am eagerly waiting to see the type of dramas he will choose going forward now that he's a free agent.

As for Vendetta of An, based on the special episode(ep.29), it can be considered a happy ending or open ending because the episode seems to be a prelude of a second season and Huai'an is not dead.

I'm ones of those people who's waiting for the official, official statement that will unequivocally confirm that the contract has truly ended. But the plus side is that Huanrui hasn't announced that the contract is continuing, because with all this speculation, if he had renewed, they would have announced it by now because it is favorable news for them.

I wish Cheng Yi the best in all his future endeavors❤️. I'm a relatively new fan, but I can't wait to see his future growth💪.

Nope besides a very very slight romance between supporting casts.
She watched the show I guess.
There is no romance for the male lead, or anyone else for that matter. There's only a slight hint of it for Ye Zheng, but because of the dangers that come with his mission, he doesn't pursue it.

Haters are really working overtime to lower Cheng Yi's dramas. Love and Redemption has been at 8.7 for a long…
And these couple of days, whenever VoA reached 8.6, it was brought down to 8.5 again. So these people are monitoring his ratings and rating down his other dramas too.

What the heck. I saw this on Weibo too. I am appalled. Are people that crazy? Can they love their own celebrities…
This criminal's confidence even when facing the police is very concerning, that is why I also think it's more than just anti-fan behaviour. What if they escalate things? They pose a danger to Chengyi and his family, and I'm concerned about their safety.
The possibility that the harassers are backed by powerful people is highly probable. I did see a tweet posted by the fans of another artist who's been harassed by the same fans harassing Cheng Yi say that the celebrity has powerful connections, even in government.

The commercial success of all Chengyi's dramas last year, especially VoA being both critically and commercially successful, despite the smear campaigns must have made him an even bigger threat and target. They may have ways to manipulate the views, but they can't control the spending ability of fans, and it looks like Chengyi's fans are more than happy to spend their money on him. The fact that Chengyi has become a big IP himself is what's bothering these haters.

It wouldn't surprise me if his agency is indeed colluding with antis to try and ruin his reputation. I did see that FuShanHai was supposed to be released around May but it was postponed due to a smear campaign against an actress in the show and then in September, the smear campaigns continued, along with the script and modern shoes not edited out incidents.

With the way these fans/backers are moving, any male actor they perceive to be a threat to their fave will face harassment from them, unless they also have powerful backing.

I am really worried about Chengyi. I hope this won't escalate to physical harm or stop/affect the trajectory of his career. Even if he decides to take on small acting projects so that he won't stand out anymore, will these people stop I wonder? Being an actor is his job/career/passion, just like being a doctor, lawyer, engineer etc. is to other people, so they can't expect him to just stop doing it. What do they want from him? I hope he stays safe and strong both mentally and physically.

Could this really be another person's fans? Is it really possible that they would take their online hate offline to this extent?
I don't know why, but with this kind of harassment, I'm leaning towards it being secretly orchestrated by his agency to try and intimidate him through threatening him and his family if he's decided not to renew with them. As their only remaining star who brings them huge profits after Ren Allen's departure, I can actually see the agency trying to hold on to him through threats if normal negotiations failed. But this is just my speculation. If it's other celebrities fans, that's truly crazy too.

Is confirmed yet or still speculation? And, do you think there's a chance he might decide to renew his contract…
I remember reading somewhere that 'Two Capitals 15 Days' was going to take about 3 months to film when it started back in October last year, so I'm hoping it finishes soon so he can get some well-deserved rest. From the clips I've seen, it looks like a physically grueling drama.
