There is not a single popular drama on mdl that has positive comments only. No work can be void of criticism. Even Oscar award winning movies have difference of opinion. But what matters is whether the majority managed to connect with it or not and LR managed to keep a vast majority hooked to it till the last episode. The drama has crazy high rating because it managed to attract a vast majority that liked it. It's as simple as that.

I wouldn't have interfered if you guys were arguing under a comment were she was directly or indirectly mocking people who don't like this drama but you guys started mocking not just her but everyone who likes this drama and are having a good time with it under a comment that don't have any mocking for anyone.
You guys aren't any different from nubile and her gang either. If I see her hyping up LR then I also see most of you under most comments which are overly criticising this drama and most of your comments divert from the drama and ends up mocking people who likes this drama.

Seems like you are new to mdl. Every page of a popular drama is like this only and cdramas are much worst than this. Years ago I commented on the untamed and I listed the things I liked and disliked about the drama. No attack on anyone, just an honest review of that drama and I the list things I liked was more than the ones I disliked and the fans of that drama started attacking me for the things I disliked. Compared to that this comment section is nothing.
You are acting as if LR started all this and before LR mdl was a peaceful place with rainbows and unicorns
If you want the comment section to be civil you could have been the more matured one and stop replying back but you chose to be a teenager yourself and mock everyone who likes the drama.

Life of a bitter teenager.

In ep 6 they were together for more than half of the episode and she avoids him in that ep for like 10mins. Then she goes back to the present. Ep 7 was there to show where the two are in their different life. That's there to show the multiple stages you spoke about and it was still among one of the most entertaining episodes even with much scenes with the leads and she wasn't avoiding him. She thought he won't even remember her. She went to the bridge and multiple times tried to see him but he became too big for her to just randomly visit him. Ep 8 again 80% of the episode screentime was for the leads. Ep 9 and 10 are literally the only episodes were she intentionally avoided him for a long time and still they had plenty of scenes together. Then again in ep 13 they have fewer scenes compared to other episodes but ep 14,15,16 were again was re establing their relationship. Ep 16 was completely dedicated to them.
LR is literally among the very few dramas that concentrate completely on the leads and their changing dynamo.
It's a love story so obviously there will be conflicts and the leads won't be in a relationship for too long and if they did there will be more people complaining how they are bored of the lovey dovey scenes of the leads and how they lost interest after the leads got together.
Even without the leads being officially together LR established their relationship step by step and had give majority of the screentime to them and made majority of the people watching it while it's on air hooked to it till the end.

Similarly everyone who gave this a 10 personally feel this is more entertaining than other rom coms they have seen. As simple as that.
I also always ends up being disappointed in cdramas and most of them have way too many episodes and I cannot stand the dubbing and most of the times avg to below avg acting. So I simply don't watch them. I personally feel most cdramas with 9 rating that I have seen don't deserve it because of the said reasons but I simply watch it, rate it and move on. Don't feel the need to call out people who likes and enjoys them.

Drop it. It's not for you if you didn't get hooked within 4 episodes.

Name me another kdrama rom com with a more flawless storyline than LR which was released recently.

Some are getting offended that a vast majority enjoyed what they couldn't and simply because they didn't enjoy it, it's not supposed to be well made or good.
This is literally one of the best rom coms from kdramas. It had all the formulas that's needed for a perfect rom com. The most important thing for a rom com is to get the perfect leads and LR nailed it with the casting.

Yes. Considering the drama didn't had much sponsors and PPL, it's very well shot and aesthetically pleasing. The colour grading and set designs are also really nice. Sol's wardrobes were really cute and colourful in school and college and very sophisticated in the present. Same for sunjae.

She avoided him hardly in 2-3 episodes out of 16 episodes and still they had maximum screentime.
It's a rom com done right, not an epic romance.

Ya. I don't think he meant anything negative. She clearly seems to be comfortable around him and there are multiple occasions in the BTS where he is adoring her and keep saying how pretty she is.
With no PPL and not that big of a budget, LR surely is a very pretty looking drama and after seeing the leaked BTS and photos before the reshoot, the new director clearly is the one that brought all the small things about sol and sunjae we all went crazy for.
