The actor playing taxi driver himself said there is no need to know more about him as he is just a bad guy. It's a rom com and not a thriller to dwell too much into the bg of the taxi driver.
Then some are like why is it 16 ep and not 12. The drama clearly concentrate on every minute details of how the leads fall for each other and the main reason everyone started loving them is because of that. They have taken the right amount of time to develop the leads and their relationship in each time line. If this was 12 episodes they will only have time to just show the main points and the depth wouldn't have been there.
Some people instead of enjoying what's shown to us wants what they want to be shown and those people are such kill bill.
