The actor playing taxi driver himself said there is no need to know more about him as he is just a bad guy. It's a rom com and not a thriller to dwell too much into the bg of the taxi driver.
Then some are like why is it 16 ep and not 12. The drama clearly concentrate on every minute details of how the leads fall for each other and the main reason everyone started loving them is because of that. They have taken the right amount of time to develop the leads and their relationship in each time line. If this was 12 episodes they will only have time to just show the main points and the depth wouldn't have been there.
Some people instead of enjoying what's shown to us wants what they want to be shown and those people are such kill bill.

It's shown in ep 8 that she is a 13 or 14yr old who ran away from her house and stalks sunjae. Don't think they need to show anything more of her.

The original nostril scene. I think before reshoot sol had terrible hairstyle as a highschooler. After the reshot they kept that only for the 19 yr old Sol. That's good. The new director made sol the pretty girl that she is instead of showing her like those pre 2010 clumsy fls with terrible hairstyles.
Also sunjae is holding black umbrella instead of blue.
Also I like that they changed sunjae's tracksuit. I love that white one with blue stripes more than the all white one.

Tae sung is how SML's should be. They didn't waste much time on showing a sob story for taesung or made him look pitiful just for the sake of second lead syndrome. His liking for sol was very realistic and the way he dealt with it was also good. His world didn't stop and he wasn't crying around for sol. He was happy that she is happy.

LR is rom com perfectly done. The drama gave maximum screentime to the leads and managed to not make them boring after falling in love.

Sunjae is often compared to min min and I feel it's because they both are green flags but are not boring to watch as well. They have a personality beyond being a green flag and are written well. Nowadays in most dramas the characterisation of MLs is that they just have to be green flag and be always politically correct and perfect. There is nothing more to them. That's why I got bored of the mls from extraordinary attorney woo and king the land and why a lot of them don't stand out even though they don't have any toxic trades. They just don't have anything more to offer.
