18 Again is every possible thing this drama isn't and a real gem so I highly highly recommend that
so true... that drama deserves the popularity this drama got... 18 again is such an emotional depth to it... actions of every character whether its flawed or not were understandable...

i was surprise to hear that... i though even though he didnt go to korea his parents might have come to the US to visit him... i can still understand if he has a not so good relationship with the father but what about the mother? what was the need to show him not being so much in contact with his parents when he is the only child...

thats basically the story of all the successful korean actors.. roy was more like an indirect biopic of park bo gum himself as he is known to have high principles and clean image... also kim seon ho already had a successful theater career and if you look at his filmography he got to play second lead right after playing a supporting role in chief kim and then he went on to do second lead and main lead dramas back to back... he got international popularity in just 3 years and thats pretty fast... i think due to his strong theater background he constantly got work... most of the actors take 4-5 yrs to get noticed to this level and the ones that blew up like him are usually young actors in their 20s...
