HJP told them that he will help them if they get into sandbox on their own... he obviously wont help them if they at least cannot make it to sandbox on their own... she didnt even thought of self study for a whole 10 yrs when its her dream to run a business of her own... thats such a huge character flaw... she was trying to belittle her sister's achievements when she didnt even lift a finger to make her life better... she went on to live her life as it is until her sister showed up... a person that want to make it big will consider to finish his/her studies in every possible way and wont drop out of college when they have an option of taking a leave... also she literally wasted the money her grandma gave to the university by selling her shop... that totally dont make any sense... if she dropped out she should be getting the money back but even that didnt happen... the whole reason given for dalmi to drop out of college is so vague...

SLS is a common thing but very rarely the male lead gets completely overshadowed due to SLS from majority of the viewers... In dramas like cheese on the trap and school 2015 or reply 1988 the second leads had more screen time than the male lead unlike startup... HJP had more screen time only in the first 2 episodes and in the current episodes he barely has a 5-10mins screentime...
HJP isn't a perfect character... He is just portrayed perfectly... He has flaws but his flaws don't add up to his characterization and make audience like him with his flaws...
