the director is actually good.. his last drama fiery priest was good but that drama didnt had any kind of romance in it.. it was kind of like a crime comedy.. i guess romance is not his forte.. in FP also he directed the emotional scenes quite well.. even the comedy characters and villains had depth and their emotional scenes make you feel for them..
but i guess for a drama to be good both writer and the director needs to be good.. i checked out the script writer's previous works and she/he dont have a single impressive one..

BR till ep 14 wasn't a bad drama .. it wasnt the best drama out there but certainly wasnt a bad drama.. what made ep 15 so bad was the out of character behavior of SB.. she was literally the backbone of the show and they ruined it.. she is shown to be a fighter but she literally gave up on a guy she was so hell-bent on making hers for something that illogical.. she left him after knowing he likes her is stupid..

DS is not shown to be lazy and flies buzzes not just around his head but also his feet as well and its shown when he has dirty thoughts.. its not indicated to him being physically dirty..

DH's mother forces him to have dinner with YJ to thank her for helping with the transfer of the store and taken her home after she got drunk.. DH takes her to dinner and thank her.. YJ says she always wanted to apologize for what her mother did and DH's says right back that she said it was a misunderstanding at that time.. she kind of indicated getting back together and he said he only wants to have professional relationship with her and nothing else..

if you scroll down the comments you can literally see people hating on it for nothing.. saying the age gap is creepy or SB is a sexual assaulter or a home wrecker or what not.. there are comments that said they stopped watching the drama on ep 1 and says dont watch it..
stating their personal opinion is criticism but saying others not to watch it is hating on the show..
i am pretty sure kdrama makers dont go through MDL or kissasian or dramacool and check the comments to know what international fans think of the drama.. BR is solely made for south asian and general public of korea dont have any problem with DS's appearance..

SB gave it back to YJ when YJ was the girlfriend of DH but didnt say a word when YJ indirectly indicated she is gonna take DH?
on the other hand, DH showed YJ her place in the most well-mannered way possible..when she said she always wanted to apologize to him for her mother's behaviour, DH called her out on her face.. i never thought i would actually like a YJ-DH scene..

what exactly was the purpose of showing the old friend of DH's mother? to make DH's mother feel worst than she already does?

DS and GB literally were the only saving grace of the episode.. them trying to kiss while swinging was hilarious...

they have been behaving like an unofficial couple for quite some time now..
i can totally predict the last episode now..
SB will leave and go to some village then DH,DS and GB will be searching for her( 30 mins already got wasted on that) then DH will find SB and then she will give illogical reasons for them to stay away from each other and in the last 10 mins they will get together will a peak on the lips.. i am not even expecting a good kiss..

SB leaving DH was so out of character.. the girl literally was obsessed and over-possessive over him and when finally she got him she just left him simply like that?
i get why DH's mother dont want him to end up like her but SB leaving just because of one spat b/w DH and his mother was not at all logical and that wasn't even that big of a fight.
DH and his family are middle class but not poor. they have a pretty decent house and DH now has a good job.. why should DH go back to a girl whose mother literally insulted his whole family?
DS and GB who were literally on each other's throut accepted each other and tarted dating.. SB and DH are being stretched only because they are the leads?

i remember crying my eyes out watching this..

also bring it on ghost.. it is also a popular kdrama internationally and seems to have done decent run in korea as well..
the drama also had kim so hyun and ok taec yeon kiss at the very first episode.. she was also in her school uniform and was underage for real.. she was 16 at that time and he was 27..
i dont see anyone complaining about the age gap or her being in school uniform.. in fact BIOG couple is one of the most successful pairing of ksh..

if they were gonna make YJ-DH breakup on ep 9 then this drama should have been an 18 episode drama.. that would have given them ample amount of time to show the time gap and growth of DH-SB's relationship.. i usually take notice of the minute details so i got it that there is a sufficient amount of time gap b/w DH's breakup and him realizing his feelings for SB.. but for people who binge watch the show might not feel the time gap..

what exactly is there to hate about jcw?( for that matter any of the korean celebs).. the only thing i hate about korean entertainment industry is the pressure they put on celebs to maintain a certain image.. its hard to see the real personality of these celebs because almost all of them behave the same way..

also there is only 2 episodes left..
they have to show SB-DH as well as DS-GB..

talking to crush's sister is fine..
if they show a leap and then something romantic b/w EB and puppy is also fine but not right after he decides to move on from SB.. it will be like if not the crush, then her sister..

his last scene was kind of a goodbye scene.. if the show takes a leap at the end and shows what all the characters are upto them they might show puppy else i dont think so.. he isnt gonna comeback anytime soon from hollywood..
also moving directly to the younger sister of your crush isnt a good idea..

true.. esp when both the leads look good together..

puppy went to hollywood and his never ending cameo ended on ep 13.. dont think he will come back.. he had more screen time than the director and is still listed in the cameo appearance..

the actress playing the younger version og wol joo looks so much like park bo young when she was young..

the female lead will turn 21 next month.. she is an adult and they are actors. there is nothing creepy about it..

also with the school uniform thing.. in goblin the FL was in highschool through half of the show and in here only for like 15 mins..
its like some have already made up their mind on bashing the show no matter what..
the media also took the chance and exaggerated it.. its not like the show lost any viewership.. i saw a reaction video of 2 koreans on the kissing scene and none of them said anything negative about it.. infact the guy was fanboying over KYJ..
