I guarantee, the conservative Asians are going to voice their opinions about this R-rated drama.
It's better than American teen shows which cast 30+ actors only to oversexualize teenagers esp girls. That's feeding into the fantasies of old men rather than being liberal.
He himself don't know why he couldn't enter the afterlife after he got killed. He is assuming that he can enter…
That's part of the suspense on why he and the villain are not entering the afterlife whereas the fl had multiple reincarnation. It's not like he had people to talk to so that he can get a solution. He is simply bound to her in all her reincarnation and watch her live her life. This is the first time in 1500yrs he got a human form and he thinks he will get salvation if he kills the person who killed him. He isn't trying to kill her to get revenge but to enter afterlife.
Huh, I'm genuinely surprised by the comments in this section. My first introduction to Rowoon was recently through…
Rowoon don't come in the league of idol actors like siwan, do, junho, hyungsik etc but he also isn't plain bad like cha eun woo. He is in the middle and have potential to be better.
just realized that hangeul created in joseon era, meanwhile the ml is from Silla. but he somehow managed to read…
He knows how to use a phone and check cctv videos. So he acquired knowledge throughout the times he was shadowing all the reincarnation if the female lead.
Did shin hyu sun do something to her face or she lot way too much weight for this drama? She looks very different from mr. queen. She had a more round and cuter face in mr queen.
The premises is interesting and I love shin Hye sun but...
It's it a little creepy that a 12-13yr old girl with the memories of being an adult for 17lives ends up having romantic feelings for a 8-9yr old boy and stalking that boy as an 8-9yr old in her 19th life? I would have totally got it if it was a platonic relationship and she wanted to find the ml simply because she has emotional attachment towards him and wants to make sure he is doing fine but she is literally obsessed with him and refers to him as her first love and the first thing she says to him when they meet again is let's date. It's a little uncomfortable to digest all this.
You are comparing a basic fictional kdrama rom com like kind the land to a drama based on real life story of a…
Yep and she was compared to a bland fl from a basic rom-com. I dropped ktl within 8 episodes both the leads were as bland as it can get. Not even my love for junho could keep me going. Neither the complex characterisation nor the acting can be compared to ktl. It's a literally insult to TRS.
Were they married in their previous lives in the historical period? In the description it says he was killed by…
I think they did get married. In one of the flashbacks they both were in red attire which I guess is for the wedding and in one where he is lying on her lap and she is singling lullaby she is wearing good clothes and not the servant clothes.
The pre-ghost ML is a hypocrite of epic proportions. He murders people but then prays for them as it wasn't him…
The flashback is from 1500yrs ago. It's not set in a democracy to say no to war or advice the king to not go to a war and have a roundtable conference. If his kingdom don't go to war and extend their power then other kingdoms will come and conquer it. The fl is also a hypocrite considering her own father was a general and killed a lot of people himself by the order of his king. The two kingdoms were at war with each other and if the ml don't fight then the fl's father would have killed the ml and people from his army and Kingdom. The ml is a general. It's his job to secure his kingdom and act according to the interest of the ruler. He is killing people in a war field. If he don't someone else will kill him and his people.
Disappointing to see Kdramas have dropped the level of what was once considered to be mature solid fantasy genres..…
The budget and standard totally depends on the casting and people behind it. Like goblin is a fantasy genre with A list actors and famous director and writer whereas kokdu and heartbeat clearly are not big projects. This one has well known actors who are popular among young audience and going by the promotion this looks like a big budget drama.
