Yes the drama does have a lot of potential. Neither of the leads are dumb. They both match well together with him being book smart and she being street smart.

I also don't like watching dubbed ones. I prefer original voice over with eng sub. I watched it a long time ago and I thought it's official streaming partner was Netflix at that time.

As of now it looks like hospital is their second home. The fl ended up in the hospital so many times that the hospital upgraded her room 🤣. She used to be in shared room at the start and now she has a whole room for herself with tv and humidifier 😂

He is a decent enough actor. He looks very cold and emotionless but surprisingly he can act which I didn't expect from him. He was good in most of the dramas I saw him in. I thought he won't be good with comedy but he was hilarious in some scenes of forbidden marriage and shooting star.

He isn't a king here. He is a general who is totally controlled by his foster father. He was funny in forbidden marriage esp after the fl comes into his life but here he is too depressed and serious.

True. He did made a fool out of that defense minister and it looks like he sided with the left simply because he was pissed at the king for tieing him down. But now king has given him a chance to get out of the doomed marriage (he don't know the king is also using him) so he no more feel the need to side with the left minister

The fl only had guilt for hurting her childhood friend and nothing else. The sfl also realised the ml loves her way more than he ever did when min min didn't leave her when she was tired down by the bomb. Bong soon fell out of love with the SML a long ago but she realised that when she fell for min min and she rejected the SML even before he could propose to her. The only conflict the leads had after being together is when her friend got kidnapped and the fl acted impulsively putting herself in danger.

So Doha might marry the daughter of the ex general which make doha a traitor. Rita also changed her identity which might be punishable. So the stepfather might have made the king and the entire state against the leads.

Most probably career choices. The fl being a photographer might not have much career options in a small village and due to the ml's past he won't leave the village for better career aspects.

The whole past life equation of the ml and his foster father is so toxic.
