I was commenting back to the question of op, whether people forget bad deeds of a guy in real life as well.

The monk saw the shadow of the ghost after giving her the necklace. He gave her that unintentionally as a child. The ghost thinks he can go to the afterlife if he kills her and he thinks it's the talisman(necklace) that's keeping her safe. He might be wrong. It can either be his own love for her or her father's spirit that's keeping her safe from him.
Also I guess there is more to her killing him in the past life. She killed herself after killing him.

There is literally nothing in this drama that makes any sense. The emotional attachment between characters are totally missing. Whether it's between the family or between the leads we don't feel any emotional connection. The mother says she loves namsoon so much and was crazy searching for her but she was so chill after knowing her daughter is with the cop instead of reaching at his place asap. Namsoon seems to have completely forgotten about her foster parents and the place she grew up in. There is no emotional connection between namsoon and her brother either. Does she even remember she has a brother? Neither of them put any effort in getting close. The mother shows more concern over a random girl who pretended to be her daughter for few days over her own children. We don't even know how or why the leads got together. How can anyone be attracted towards a girl who behaves like a child like namsoon?

They changed the story from S1. In S1 it was clearly mentioned only one family lineage had the power and they always used to have one girl and one guy twins. But now they are showing women from one entire family tree have these powers. Namsoon is a not even the first cousin of do bong soon.

Oh it happens in real life as well. Recently read a news of a bunch of lunatic women raising an online petition to let go of a guy who killed one girl in a hit and run case or sometimes like that simply because he is good looking 🙄. I think it happened in the US. Even back in the days women used to drool over a serial killer for being good looking 🤢

Yes. I guess there is a backstory to that as well. If they wanted the fl to have a child they would have gone for a younger one and won't specially tell his age. I thought that kid was at max 7-8yrs old and was surprised when they said he is 12.

Most probably that kid is not her's. There is a dead brother in law and sister in law as well. So there are high chances that the kid is theirs. The ml is said to be 25 and a widower for 8yrs. So he married when he was 17.

I don't get the sympathising part. Would the audience sympathize with him if he was less attractive than the ml or if he was a middle aged man?
Joker is an interesting character with a sad past but that doesn't mean he should win over Batman and him killing people should be forgiven and forgotten.

The older women are way too ott and the acting and makeup of the mother is unbearable. The villain has a much more mysterious aura around him than the rest.

It's a rom com and the ml is already gone for the fl. So we surely will get romantic scenes but the confession might happen late and the marriage will definitely be on the last episode

The main reason why the ml refused to marry the princess is because becoming a prince shunts his grown politically and he cannot be involved in the politics. So he don't really hold much political power apart from being part of the royal family.
But his family definitely gained a lot as his not so good brother or cousin got into the office in place of him.

Her husband died 5 yrs ago. She never got involved with another man to forget him completely. She also stays in his house and don't have any other identity apart from being his widow and the daughter in law of that household. So her life is basically made to revolve around the dead husband.
Also there is this thing that matchmakers themselves will never have a partner. So she might fall for him before 12 but will keep herself away from him or deny her feelings for a long time.

There are reasons for almost every bad guy to be a bad guy but that doesn't take away the bad things they did to innocent people. Just because the world wasn't fair to him doesn't mean he can insert those pain into other people. Also it's not even like he has genuine feelings for her. He just wants her power.

I highly doubt he is that dense considering he is going against others to find the real reason for the death of that woman.

That or he already knew what his sister has been doing for all these years. Seeing how the fl kept talking about her brother she might have been very close to him. He also didn't look happy when the ml mocked him for trading his sister for the office. So he might not have wanted her to get married and don't care if she roams around with a different identity as long as it makes her happy

I think he understood the writer and the third maiden are the same. He came to arrest the writer thinking he is involved in the murder he is investigating in but then realised it's just a woman pretending to be a man.

Yes. Also the old maiden's mother changed her mind if getting her daughters married 5 yrs ago and I think the fl's husband also died 5yrs ago. Don't know if the old maiden's father also died 5 yrs ago or even before that.

You are talking about kdramas that used to come out a decade ago. If the reverse version of something regressive and toxic that used to happen a decade ago is shown now, it will still be regressive and toxic.

Yes the second one is gonna be withthe guy who faught with her, the third is gonna be with fl's brother. I guess only the first one's pair is a mystery.
Yes, the ml gets chest pain when he sees attraction between two people and it's funny 🤣. He gets chest pain when he gets attracted to the fl as well. He can sense sexual tension 🤣

He definitely is interesting as he has a better storyline than the rest but what I don't get is shipping him with the fl and wanting the fl to end up with a psycho like him.
