They have to show the matchmaking of the 3 old maidens, the lead's love story and 2 murder mystery which might be connected.

The drama has too many plotlines to fill in. Hope they don't screw it all up. Till now I am liking it.

I think the friend knows how the crown princess died. There is a guy searching for her and it didn't look like he is searching for her to kill her. The friend is either connected to the princess's death or fl's husband's death. Considering she pretends to be dead for 8yrs i think it's the princess.

Let me get this straight.
1. The fl's father in law has something to do with her friend and he thinks she died 8yrs ago.

2. The fl's husband had an older brother and sister in law and there is a weird rumour of the mother in law killing the sil.

3. The child who calls the fl mother is 12yrs old and I doubt the fl got married 13yrs ago to have a 12yr old child. The ml is 25 yrs old so the fl at max will be 25 as they didn't show her to be older than him. I highly doubt she gave birth when she was 12 to have a 12yr old son. So that child might be if the older brother and his wife.

4. The investigating officer is the fl's brother and in the previous episode the ml called him out for getting the job by selling his sister to a powerful family. Something his family also did to him by forcing him to marry the princess. The brother is the pair for the third old maiden. Their meeting was cute and hilarious.

5. The old maidens mother decided to not get her daughter's married around 5yrs ago and if I am not wrong the fl's husband also died 5yrs ago. I guess the father of the 3 ladies also died 5 yrs ago? Will there be any connection?

6. The fl's friend was declared dead 8yrs ago and the princess also died 8yrs ago. The friend makes makeup products. I think the princess died due to the poison being mixed with the makeup and the friend might know about it and the minister tried to kill her for that. The poison is untraceable and most people will only think the princess consumed the poison through food or drinks. There is a guy who is searching for the friend.

Almost all kdramas nowadays shows the fl to be career oriented and not making their career secondary to the guy. The first part had the role reversal in the right way as min hyuk was ready to be a stay at home dad to look after the kids while bong soon went around with her superhero duties. Neither of the ml were treated like nothing more than a love interest.
In this one they are treated as sperm donors and nothing more. If it's wrong to imply women as baby making machines then it's equally wrong to show men as nothing more than sperm donors. The mother don't even show any type of care or concern for her husband, son or brother. She has more concern and care over a random imposter who even tried to kill her daughter. Here the male leads don't have much personality to start with apart from being second fedel to the female characters. We are seeing a trained cop following instructions of a girl who grew up in a remote village with not much knowledge about the outer world. the makers should decide whether nam soo is an innocent naive girl or a super smart one who is capable of fooling a drug cartel head simply by similing widely at him and being a child.

It's not about men crying, it's about them being treated as nothing more than sperm donors by the mother and grandmother which is the problem esp the mother. She don't even care for her own son and the fact that he hasn't been talking to her for years but she has motherly love for a random imposter who even tried to kill her own daughter. 🙄

BS was never abusive towards her husband. Min min decided to be the stay at home husband while she went around helping the world. If you are talking about BS's mother she is the kind that bossed around everyone in the house including her husband but she wasn't physically abusive towards him. The drama made us believe she is in one scene but at the end it's said that they were having an argument and he slipped and fell. She also softened up when bong soon called her for being partial towards her.

Bong soon never treated good people like crap. Bong soon's mother lost her power for bullying people and she overall is a rude person and it's not gender specific.

The ml riding the donkey with his servant is hilarious 😂. It's like a horse on a donkey considering rowoon is tall 😂. The servant is also a short guy and they both make a funny pair.

But poor guy only knows theory and didn't get a chance to do practicals 🤣

He don't baby her because he don't care about her. He is fascinated with her powers and not her. Her power is the only thing anyone will be fascinated by her as her personality isn't attractive. She is like a 5yr old who talks like a 60yr old😂. Sine the ml is the ml he has to fall for her no matter what so he fell for her 😂

She definitely looks like a 5 yr old in a 15yr old's body. The villain is shows interest on her because of her strength so it's still understandable but how the the ml attracted towards her?

Even as an independent drama it's pretty medicore. The villain is the only interesting one when the drama is supposed to be about three women with super strength. Not a single one out of them is likeable. The casting and acting is also pretty bad even if it's not compared to the original. Even if the leads have scenes they don't have much chemistry and the entire romance also looks odd. Also the hyper feminism and making every other guy a villain or a dumb one is too much.
Swdbs was also a comic book type ott drama but it still worked became it wasn't over exaggerated or senseless. Most kdramas are ott but this one is beyond ott and that too in a bad way

It's like reverse misogyny and sexism. In real world women are seen as baby making machines by a lot of people but in this drama men are just sperm donors for the women. This is hyper and aggressive feminism used to Hollywood nowadays in movies like charle's angers (new version) and captain Marvel and that's why these movies failed pathetically at the box office.
The first part didn't had any of these. Even with super strengths do Bong soon never looked down to men and min hyuk never felt threatened by her powers. The mother was just a mean person and she wasn't gender biased. She was overall a bossy person.

In swdbs the mother wanted Bong soon to bang minhyuk so that she gets married to a rich handsome man and have a secure life as bo soon wasn't the smartest cookie out there and didn't even managed to get into college. It had nothing to do with having more offsprings. She might have been rude and obnoxious but she was much better than nam soon's mother. She understood she was wrong when Bong soon called her out for her partiality but here the mother don't care even after the son told him he don't feel loved and didn't even notice that he don't initiate a conversation with her for years now.

I guess they are taught all that while getting married during that time. I have seen some kmovies or dramas were they teach the future queen or concubines all this. So obviously men will also be taught all this.

He thinks he desperately needs to be an officer but he don't know he just wants to get laid 🤣
Since the fl has a child she is more experienced than him 🤣

I think they dated but she might have broke up with him to leave for Seoul as he don't want to leave the small town. The teenage pics look more like lovers than bffs.

I think once the effect of the drugs ware out he won't have super strength. So when he don't get drugs he wont have those powers.
