i will go with an unfortunately coincidence :O
The definition of a plot hole is the gap or inconsistency in a storyline that goes against the flow of logic established by the story’s plot. The fact that they decided to change his character from being “gay” to a “stalker” isn’t illogical in any shape or form, therefore it is NOT a plot hole. It’s just something that they decided to change from the source material. They literally explained it very explicitly on the show if you actually paid attention to it. And by the way, the rating of this show has increased from 8.3 to 8.4. So keep crying I guess. 🤣

It’s completely valid to be disappointed by how the production team decided to remove the BL aspect from the source material when it was supposed to have a queer element. But downrating it on purpose because of that when you haven’t even seen the show at all is completely unnecessary. There are actors and other people who took part in the show, worked their asses off, and did a terrific job that might get affected because of something they have no control over. Also, you have the absolute right to boycott this show by not watching it. You do you. It’s your decision. But forcing other people to do the same thing and calling them “homophobes” for watching this show is such a weird thing to do. People watch this show because it’s enjoyable, well-written, and well-acted. You can’t blame us that most korean BLs have a shitty quality, so we prefer to watch this instead of spending hours watching something that we don’t even enjoy in the slightest. You even admitted it yourself that this show has a better quality than most korean BLs out there. You might find enjoyment in watching shows with a potato-quality camera and dollar store special effects as long as the genre is BL, but not everyone is willing to lower their standards as long as it’s a romantic story between two men. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thank you for proving my point. You definitely haven’t even seen the show. Because from the very first episode, it was revealed that Yiheon got bullied for being a “stalker”. He kept following Sekyung around so everyone called him a creep. But the reason he did that was solely because he desperately wanted to be his friend. Try harder next time. 🤣

I do think that this is one of the worst bls that i’ve ever seen. It was a whole ass snoozefest and the main leads couldn’t even act properly. To make it even worse, they had no chemistry. And the plot is basic as hell. That’s a valid reason for me to give it a 3. I’m being generous btw.

everyone in the comment section literally loves this drama (except for the ones who are mad about the removal of the bl aspect) and it obviously has a great quality. this drama has a 8.3 rating on mydramalist and a 9.1 rating on imdb despite the fact that a lot of people downrated it intentionally due to the bl censorship. but quality-wise, in terms of script, directing, acting, and chemistry, objectively speaking it’s definitely so much better than most korean bls out there. i bet you haven't even watched this show before saying this complete bullshit. you didn’t even bother to point out the “plot holes” bc there aren’t any. there are still many more episodes left. 🤣
