Fast would be around 24 hours; slower would be over 30 hoursāof course, that assumes uninterrupted flight. So estimating about two days for a one-way trip is fairly reasonable.
What feels less reasonable is the travel time of You Chenāan and Chu He to Nanzhaoāespecially Chu Heās timeline, which feels particularly strange and inconsistent.
