ther are various examples in Korea. Lee Jin wook under alcohol influence, raped a friend, admitted to rape and still free. The girl was sent to Jail instead. Yoo ah in is free because the case was long time ago, so there are no evidences.. But Evidences rarely been found in these cases..

Many rapists are roaming free in South Korea. If not for drug case, he would've be free. You should understand it's difficult to find evidence for rape cases, that too which were happened under drug in the past.
Lee Jin Wook and Seungri admitted of rape and still free, and on top of that releasing dramas. It's an SK thing apparently.
Also if a victim gathered courage to speak truth, you should sympathize with them rather than demonize them. Your inner fan girl took over your rationality!!
