In the novel, she is 18 and pretended to be 23 when they first met. So in drama, they aged her 2 years.
In the novel, they referred to Xiao Han as “that uncle of yours” or “your old man”. Usually spoken by Han Yu(he is very different in the novel version).
Finally, maybe they also aged Xiao Han here in the drama to possibly late 30s. But definitely not yet in his 40s. Because the timeline of his brother’s death wont make sense. His older brother died in his 30s only

They have changed a lot from the novel at this point but my guess is episode 12-13, the story calendar has mountains and the words kiss. I think it means it’s the kiss / love scene on the cabin from the trailers
