This film made me question just how deep the hypocrisy goes in the institutions that are supposed to protect people. Kim Gwang-il is a cold, cruel killer, yet he's shielded by intelligence agencies that see him as a āstrategic asset.ā It's terrifying how the film shows that instead of hunting the monster, many would rather protect him, feed him, and place him above the law. Itās a stark portrayal of a world where justice and truth mean nothing compared to political interests.
THIS IS SO GOOD OMG i don't get why some people say it's a copy of whc1 and don't wanna watch it, the story and…
ONE isnāt trying to be WHC1. It goes in a much darker and more psychological direction. Comparing them just because of the genre misses the depth that ONE really has.
The ratings on MDL can give you an idea, but they shouldnāt be taken too seriously. Even if it had a really low score, Iād still keep watching, because I prefer to form my own opinion rather than rely only on what others think
I donāt think itās worth getting too caught up in other peopleās opinions. Everyone has different tastes, so itās best to watch it yourself and come to your own conclusion
Minukās story reminded me of the movie Next Sohee, which is actually based on a true story, and I think this ep also carries a social critique. Everyone failed Sohee, just like they failed Minuk.
Although it has intense moments, Manhole suffers a bit from predictability in its third act. The idea is creative, the performances are solid, but the uneven pacing keeps the film from fully standing out. A good thriller, but not an unforgettable one
"A couple should stick together, even if itās in hell. " I donāt know if this was supposed to be romantic, but damn, this man goes to hell to get his wife without caring about his own safety. He totally deserves an āHusband of the Yearā award.
Animals are the purest and most loyal beings there are. I get really emotional seeing how the show portrays that, especially the dogs. The way the dog decides to help its former owner, who mistreated and abandoned it, is just amazing. If it were me, Iād totally step on his handš¤£
The best moments so far have definitely been with the dogs and cats. I'm really grateful to the director for recognizing how our pets truly deserve a better place in this world. I absolutely love that
I think it's so sweet that their first meeting was when Hae Suk was on a blind date, and she just happened to run into Nak Jun. š I don't know if it was fate or what, but it was so cute seeing him try to flirt, chase after her, mess up her date, and then just straight up say he was in love with her. 𤣠It was honestly hilarious and adorable. Honestly, I wish we got more flashbacks like that.
Honestly, I really feel like having a Humin in my life would be perfect. Seriously, what an amazing and full of energy person. If I were friends with him, I wouldn't be able to stop smiling.
