wtf was this ( sorry for language ) but are you kidding me i am in ep 3 mid and my heart is feeling weird ...…
unfortunately, it doesnāt really get any lighter after episode 3... The Defects isnāt meant to be an easy watch itās actually designed to make you feel exactly what youāre feeling: disgust, sadness, anger and honestly, what happened in this episode is just the beginning. I think the showās only going to dive even deeper into the darker side of things especially exposing the corruption and elitism in the adoption system. If it hit you hard, thatās totally valid. Maybe take a break and come back later if you feel up to it. Thereās no point in pushing through something thatās triggering your mental health comes first āŗļø
thankfully I've learned to read the comments first instead of trusting the ratings here.. production and writing…
i never really trust ratings on mdl ,letterboxd, or any of those review apps. i just go with my gut, and honestly, it never lets me down. A 7.5 drama can still be amazing to me. If it gets an 8.0 later, cool but that doesn't change how good the story, acting, and cinematography already are.
the first ep of S Line makes it clear why it ended up at CANNESERIES. The story is bold without being vulgar. The way they use visible lines as a metaphor for sexual exposure is honestly brilliant and kind of disturbing. In a conservative country like South Korea, this drama feels almost rebellious. Definitely sticking with it.
Tbh this thriller didnāt really hit the way I thought it would. Acting was okay, but the story and characters just didnāt have enough depth. The killer and the victims felt kinda one dimensional
>Thereās no excuse for killing. >But thereās no innocence in those who let pain grow into violence either. >The world doesnāt always close every wound. And justice? Itās not always just. >Some survivors get punished. >Others the ones who allowed the horror go on living in peace. >In the end, silence protects the real guilty ones. >And the ones who cried for help⦠are the ones who pay the price.
Why is no one talking about Park yong wooās acting???yeah heās a serial killer but damn his character is creepy and disgusting in the best way possible. That performance is insane. now that Seo finally decided to speak up publicly honestly, itās the first smart move sheās made since the drama started. And shoutout to Jung for actually gettinā through to her, even if he had to put his neck on the line.
i just canāt accept that this is supposed to be āpaternal love.ā this guy is clearly obsessed with his daughter. like, he didnāt even try to escape by boat. Honestly, I just feel bad for the kid. We donāt know her full backstory yet, but she definitely sees him as her dad. Still, their whole relationship is so messed up. The way he raised her is just⦠seriously not okay.
And now I can finally say it: the cops are actually doing something but only after the guy got stabbed twice and they realized he was right all along š¤”
i really think Kwon Oh seung is gonna make a name for himself again with Trigger. he had a strong debut with Midnight, and now that heās doing a drama? This oneās definitely gonna be big. he writes and directs his own projects u can totally feel his style in everything.
Seoās biggest problem is that she wants to kill her father, thinking heād just let it happen easily. But she…
Now that i think about it, the red thread really reminds me of the one her sister used to sew the doll and the pancurĆ“nio thatās the same stuff her dad used to kill. plus, the torn photo is exactly that picture of her and her sister.
So basically, itās the modus operandi of someone who likes to psychologically abuse others.

I was sweating like I was the one taking the test
BTW itās rated 16+ on the CANNESERIES site.
