That conversation Jeong Hyeon had with Seo’s therapist was so on point. It really gave a glimpse into her personality and why she acts the way she does. Honestly, her dad completely ruined her childhood, and the only happy moments she had were with her sister.

The female lead 's acting is really disturbing. She lies to the police by hiding clues (both victims were drugged…
i think the fl falls into the morally gray category because she lies, manipulates evidence, protects the real culprit, and sabotages the investigation, yet there seems to be an emotional reason behind her actions. She’s also ambiguous, like I mentioned before she follows her abusive father’s orders even after he hurts her. It’s unclear whether she’s an accomplice, a victim, a manipulator… or maybe all of those at once. This lack of clarity about her true intentions can be frustrating, but maybe that’s what the writers intendedšŸ˜‰

War comedies usually fall into the trap of mockery or caricature. This one doesn’t. It respects its characters. It laughs with them, never at them. So when the drama hits, it doesn’t feel forced it feels earned. This is a film that makes you chuckle softly, then quietly floors you with a truth that doesn’t come with a punchline

Who was that big girl who was there when her father was cutting her hair?
her sister.

At first, I thought Se Hyeon was a totally complex character, but after these last two episodes, I’m left feeling conflicted. She doesn’t fit into the ā€˜good’ or ā€˜bad’ category her decisions really make you question things. She’s a character with actions and intentions that are ambiguous, but also really complex emotionally and psychologically.

when i say the worst job in the world is being a ghost labor lawyer, I’m not joking. Because Noh Moo jin is always getting into some kind of trouble he wasn’t supposed to be involved in.

There should have been a cautious warning, "Don't watch the drama while you are eating, or Just had dinner".
i watched it while eating meat 🄲 My job deals with blood all the time, so it didn’t really bother me

It was a little too close to home in the realism. In my state in the US a 16 year old died while cleaning a machine…
Oh my god… im in shock. It's heartbreaking to even imagine that. i can't believe things like this still happen😢
On The Old Woman with the Knife Jun 21, 2025
A film with an elderly woman as the central action hero isn’t something you see every day and that alone should make The Old Woman with the Knife stand out. But it doesn’t stop there. The movie touches on themes like aging, worth, and loneliness in a very subtle way. Hornclaw isn’t your typical hero; she’s tough, emotionally closed off at times, and clearly shaped by the brutal life she’s led. That’s what makes the film feel real and grounded, rather than just another action flick.
9/10

I'm hearing this was meant to be a BL? Who was the main couple meant to be then?
This drama is about school politics, not a BL, and there’s no romance between the leads

Question for the experienced watchers,Is this worth watching so far? Or should i wait till the show finishes airing…
It’s definitely worth checking out, but it depends on what you like. Often, it’s best to watch first and read reviews later to form your own opinion

#. Is the 18+ tag only for violence or is there nudity tooā“ā“ā“
The 18+ tag is mostly for graphic forensic scenes and some violence. There’s nothing sexual, but the visuals can be disturbing for sensitive viewers.

Yeah you're absolutely right, like I'm enjoying it too. It's not even bad, since people have different tastes…
I agree! Everyone should watch and form their own opinion.
Telling others not to watch is unnecessary and even a bit arrogant.

I absolutely loved this drama! The satirical take on politics was clever and made it such an entertaining watch.…
