I agree. The tone has completely changed. They have suddenly put all the emphasis on the court instead of the…
Now that you've mentioned, it totally makes sense. It felt like we were actually watching a match and not an episode of the series. I know everything was trough Thorn's pov, but, yes, I totally agree with you. I still don't understand why they've decided to make an entire episode only about Thorn and Fah and completely forgot about the other four*
Anucha Boonyawatana consolidated herself as one of the most brilliant, bold and innovative Thai directors. She really went where any other BL series director has ever gone.
She has just made history by directing one of the most daring, groundbreaking, outstanding and also one of the most viewed BL series of all time.
Also, this is definitely the highlight of Off and Gun's carriers so far. And with these roles we've had the opportunity to witness how much they've grown and how far they've already come.
And now it's time for Gawin, Monde and First have their very own BL series (Actually, First already has his project just around the corner).
I want and will defend Torn here because I just did a knee surgery a month ago and im still in a bed, i spend…
I think the way the episode was directed made things very distressing. Thorn behavior was completely understandable (I have lost the mobility of my left leg due to cancer and I snapped just like him when I saw everyone doing everything I wanted to do but couldn't), but I think they deliberately put the episode together in a way we would villainize him.
Y'all really need to stop using words like 'toxic' and 'unhealthy' at every single thing you wish people didn't…
I believe I have to agree with you on this one. It's almost like it's fashionable these days to label as "toxic" or "unhealthy" everything that we disagree (I myself have done this here on this page when I shouldn't).
Yes, there are cases when the relationships are indeed unhealthy and toxic (basically every relationship written by Mame, for instance), but calling a relationship "toxic" when the characters are only behaving like human beings and doing exactly what we would do if we were walking in their shoes is a bit exaggerated.
None of the relationships from this series are like that. Actually, putting everything else asides, these are the most realistic couples we have seen in Thai BL series in a long time. They have actual problems and struggles and they deal with it better than most of us would: they talk things out; they reason about things; they make mistakes and deal with the consequences...
I knew they'd work things out as they've always done, but still this episode felt a little bit off to me. I know that basically every penultimate episode sets the anticipation and creates some tension to be solved at the finale, but this episode was kind of uneasy to watch.
I've been here talking about how good this series is since episode one, but the last two episodes completely threw me off. It's almost like they've changed the director for these last episodes and the new director didn't know what was going on before he came in.
remember it's a Thai BL. From watching countess Thai BLs husband and wife is a Thai thing.
I'm not sure if you noticed, but in BL series these labels are not used as "good things". They are often used for jokes or with an intention to diminish one of the parts of the couple. In this very episode we saw it being used as a stereotype, giving the idea that just because Hia was acting that way, Kuea automatically became the "female" and Hia the "male" of the relationship.
Once again, I have no problem with the use of these labels when the two sides of the couple are okay. I watch A LOT of Chinese and Korean Vlogs where they address each other this way.
The point I'm talking about here is that they use this lables in BL series in a pejorative way to please a certain audience.
I thought that he is writing the songs,Maybe it's the first time I really hear a singer in Bl, with a normal songs,…
Aside from the series OST, he has also covered two songs so far. The first one was เปลี่ยน (Change), originally recorded by a Thai group named ETC, and now this one.
Nanon and Billkin are also great singers. Gawin Flule (who plays Dan in Not Me) is covering a lot of songs in Enchanté. There are a lot of BL actors that are really good singers IRL. I recommend you to look up Yu, the actor from the Taiwanese BL series "We Best Love" as well, he's been releasing great songs

The debate here is over the use of the term in BL series as TROPES or, in other words, as STEREOTYPES - as if for a gay relationship to exist it should have a male figure and a female figure, even though they're both men (or women, as it also happens in sapphic relationships).
I literally mentioned that it was a cultural thing due to the lack of a word or expression to describe "husband and husband".
We are not here talking about people's private lives. We're talking about how it's presented in the media and what it represents.

Yeah, it's actually a cultural thing in most Asian countries for they don't have a specific word or costume for saying "husband and husband" as we do. However, as the number of interfans grows, they're slowing taking away those tropes.
Their are certain things is this episode i love and hateThings i loved 1. Lian didn't forced nuea to live in the…
Yi and Dion shouldn't be the secondary couple. Their story is pretty much the same as Hia and Kuea and Nat is looking like a little robot. The secondary couple should be Sin and Nuea, so they would have more screen time.
NuNew covering Tilly Birds' เพื่อนเล่น ไม่เล่นเพื่อน (just being friendly) is everything I didn't know I needed. So far I'm only watching this series because of him and he just doesn't stop surprising me. One could never tell this is his first acting role. Great actor, amazing singer and... can we talk about how hot this little guy is???
You know what they say: "Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me", and that goes for both me and Tawan. I can't believe thie series managed to fool me twice with the exact same thing and that Tawan can be such an idi0t
You haven't really watched it, have you? I honestly can't wait to see you eating up all those words after you…
I have written A LOT more than just "you haven't watched it yet, have you", the problem is that people just don't care to read it. I literally explained every single point on the replies of this very comment.
Some people just go to some lenghts to justify the unjustifiable. The premise of the show is bad. The execution…
I'm really not struggling and I do wish they didn't have included the kiss. But I'd like people to have the chance to watch it and judge it by themselves.
It feels like people are more irritated with the fact that it's a woman body than anything else. If it were a boy's body, I don't think people would be complaining that much. People are minding the gender more than the actual feeling. That's why I asked: if they couldn't change back, so wouldn't Win and Korn be allowed to live up to their feelings?
God forbid you watch the anime movie "Your Name", you'd be cancelling it right now.
But you wanna know what's lame? Saying that they did wrong with this body swapping story when we have literally series such as The Shipper, Great Men Academy and History My Hero that actually did it wrong and on which people are basing their opinions.

But the person whose points you have agreed didn't watch it. And if you really watched, you saw that none of the stands he made actually happened in the way he says. My point here is that people are writing reviews about something that they haven't watched and convincing other people to not watch as well. I'm not taking it personally. I just want people to be fair and watch it before coming here with all that bs.
No one said that "the switch is just for comedy, has no importance to the plot ". EVERYONE who is watching knows that its the main part of the plot, the body swapping is what makes Win and Korn finally come to terms with their relationship.
All that intimate moments that have happened so far, with exception of the kiss (which is understable in those circunstances), were things that Korn and Lin were used to do to each other - especially hugging and etc, and THAT is the reason why Win think that Korn actually likes Lin (that's pretty much what eps 7 and 8 are about. Tbh ep 8 literally ended with Lin all over Korn's body and Win looking at them heartbroken thinking that he had lost Korn).
The person above says "nope, one heterosexual marriage proposal later." - SINCE EP 1 it's evidente that Korn and Win likes each other. Even Win's father knew that. Win was heartbroken when he saw Lin hugging Korn at the funeral. The body swapping was a way Win's father found to change Win's perception of the world and make him understand other people's pov.
"nope, two steamy kisses later" - they have swapped their bodies, so if Win's body have perished, you all would want Korn to stop having feelings for Win just because he is in a girl body? You guys fall in love with bodies and not their soul?
And, finally, if you heard what the Monk said and if you read what they were telling each other on the sand, you'll know that the first kiss happened because they couldn't hold back. And the second one happened because Korn was literally about to die. I wonder if you wouldn't do exactly the same...
