Wow, another BL miracle happened: someone was feeling insecure, overreacted and behaved in an immature way causing…
The writing and the pacing of this show has reallly improved throughout the series. Although I'm still bothered with the fact that they keep calling each other "brothers" while flirting and romantically cuddling, this show has proven to have a more consistent narrative and development the most of the other BL series currently airing.
I would never guessed that P'Tri was the frog prince omg
But it was made pretty obvious on last week's episode when he was talking on the phone.
We needed this to happen because, while Prab has his "boyfriend", so far there was no one really interested on Chol and willing to fight for him. We needed some tension to make Prab really understand what he feels.
Definitely a more coherent storyline than the (first couple of) Y-Destiny, but it is a sitcom/romcom. I enjoyed…
Thank you so much. I'm gonna give it a go. That's exactly what I want. I was afraid it would be something silly and shallow as the Tuesday story of Y-destiny.
I think season 3 is going to be about how they manage to stay together through Shu Yi family and company issue…
You are probably right, but this season didn't convince me to want to see more of them. It was all to easy solved. I think a special episode could show all that you've mentioned above. A third season would just drag the story as it happened in this season. After episode 3 nothing really happened.
But it was a happy ending. But lots of things can happen after a happy ending. The third series will probably focus on the development of the secondary characters and the ML marriage.
The final episode was good and cute, but I still think that the conflicts in this season were solved too fast and that there were no real developments in the story.
In season 1 they perfectly managed to tell the story from a "younger" POV - we had the beginning, the middle and the ending, but it seems like they weren't completely able to develop a story about more mature characters. Something is missing from the story tbh.
This is still one of the best BL ever made, but I see no point on doing a third season if there was no real building up in this one. Let them leave their happily ever after and let's not bring them back just to ruin such a beloved show. (But I'm totally down for a special episode in which they finally get married and with on unnecessary conflicts!)
There are so many dramas around the world who shows that people at young age meet then separate and again meet…
Yes, we all know that, but the point here is the age gap the was astonishingly big. Normally this happens with children who share the same age and not like this. Gene was not talking to Sib as a big brother talking to a little friend. He was talking to Sib and also expecting certain reactions from him as if they were the same age.
