Can't wait for this drama to air! It's the only drama I am looking forward to next year. Hope it will not disappoint us. Though the waiting is killing me...
Woaa, the trailer looks freaking amazing & the song that they used for it it's soo beautiful !! I haven't seen until now a chinese drama with such an amazing trailer. Let's pray it will be a good drama, and not a dissapointment like Ashes of Love. Do you now if this drama it's an original production or it's based on a novel?

Nu ai pentru ce. Am descoperit si eu acum un an jumatate serialele chinezesti si le iubesc. Unel dintre ele sunt superbe. Din pacate serialul, nici macar spre final nu surprinde toate emotiile din carte. Plus ca au adaugat foarte lucruri in plus, care strica cumva farmecul povestii. O sa vezi ce zic cand vei citi cartea. Oricum merita vazut si serialul. Cel putin pt Deng care e extrem de sexy :))))

I watched only the first 3 episodes of this drama and then I put it on hold, because I wanted to wait until the whole drama is aired and all the episodes are subbed. The beginning of the drama (I mean those 3 episodes I saw) didn't impress me too much and I was a bit disappointed, but I wanted to give the drama a second chance. I read here the complaints and the opinions from you and I don't know if I should continue waiting and watch the drama like I wanted. Is it worth it? What do you say I should do?

such a shame because in the book XF is really smart and well read. He is a good general and even though he loves JM very much, he is not blinded by love. JM in the novel is also not stupid, although in the beginning it seems like this. I think a lot of people are dissatisfied with some aspects related to the drama because the book HSALF is amazing and better in comparison to the book TMOPB, so the expectations where higher. The book is so poetic and well-written and the story between them seems so real... i read so many western and asian novels, but no novel impressed me so much like HSALF.

For me this is the best chinese drama ever and my favorite drama ever. Sure, the show is far from perfect, but the story depicted is incredibly beautiful. I cried when the drama ended like never before. It's the only chinese drama that kept me glued to the screen from start to end. I wasn't bored at all. The actors did a very good job, you could feel real emotions from them. The soundtrack is also amazing. If you watch this drama, I suggest watching on youtube the deleted scenes also. The story makes a bit more sense after.

wow, what a smart and beautifully done comment! you convinced me..I will finish Fuyao :) This is my regret also..not knowing chinese. If i knew chinese, I could have read a multitude of chinese novels that are not translated into english & watched a lot of dramas that don't have subtitles or subs are incomplete. So you knowing chinese makes you a very lucky person! :)
