Can anyone familiar with the line of work shown in the show explain exactly what is Don's job ? Initially I thought that people of Beyond Perfect were shooting for products of his company based on the importance they were all giving to him and calling him 'client'. But he often says things like ' I'll discuss with the brand and get back to you'. So is he some kind of middleman? But then he takes decisions about models, set designs etc. by himself, so it is confusing.
Okay I am confused. How old are these characters ? Up till now I was thinking Mild is in first year of his graduation and knight, per and kan are all same age seniors. But now it seems like Per is older than Knight Also Knight's mom told Kan that she 'saw'(as per subtitles) Per arguing with his mom. Do they all live in the same house........I am confused
So, I know a man's gotta love, but I still can't help thinking that Kert had initially gone out with an actor who seemingly was 'eliminated' by the senior army people, and Kert knows it. Now he is again initiating another romance, which he totally could have avoided. We can't deny that while Naran has feelings for him, he could act upon them only after Kert's insistence. I mean, if you have already caused someone's death because of your love, you should be a thousand times more hesitant before loving someone else. Hence, I can't help viewing Kert as slightly selfish at this point.
Is Jet's sister also gifted with some super sensory skills like Jet? It seemed like she knew something was wrong in the house after the lights went out and started chanting.
I watched first episode of the series way back and didn't really like it so just left it mid episode. And yesterday checked the MDL ratings and out of curiosity, watched further, and now I am hooked. This may have been discussed before, but I am pretty sure a school which mandates uniform will not allow such flashy nails ... but then I know nothing about Thai schools. Also,as someone who likes to keep very short nails, I have no idea the expenses of nail arts. Can high schoolers afford it so frequently? The boys seem to come from regular families, not really uber rich ones
Cir is a student of which discipline? I think I missed it. I was just wondering why would a college student require a setup with four monitors all displaying some kind of line plots. At one glance this setup looks like that of someone who is keeping close watch on stock market
I was very confused like you, but this relationship chart helped me a lot: https://www.reddit.com/r/boyslove/comments/1g43j09/heard_some_of_you_needed_a_love_sick_2024/
OMG, thank you so much for sharing this. Now I am going to sit with this chart while watching the next episodes. At least, I'll be able to identify some characters !
I agree with some people's observation that the show seems disjointed. The drama has four screenwriters. It seems they didnt have enough meetings together. Either each episode was written by different writers or different scenes were written by different writers and just clubbed together. That's why while some emotional scenes pack a punch , some action-cum-comedy scenes leave you scratching your head. I dont laugh at any of the so called comedy scenes but the weirdness definitely amuses me, so I'll continue watching. The rating of 8.8 though.....well, to each their own
I seem to have forgotten parts of ep 1. What was the tiff between coach and Jack? I only recall Jack being conned…
Oh, I just realized I still haven't seen full episode 4 . I dont know what came over me and I closed after 59 min. The whole episode is like 1 hr 26 min long :)
I knew Lee Soon Jae was old, but I looked up his age and ..... MAD RESPECT. Forget about being fit like him, I don't think I'll even survive to his present age. He's like 11 to 20 years older than other senior cast members of this drama, but you can never figure that out.
The older one may be OG, but let's admit it..it was difficult to watch it for more than 5 minutes without feeling…
Nonetheless, we have to credit the original series for ushering in a BL wave in Thailand. It was Lovesick 's popularity only which encouraged production studios to invest in BL dramas.
The older one may be OG, but let's admit it..it was difficult to watch it for more than 5 minutes without feeling a little cringey (especially season 1). I find the new series less cringe, and dare I say, cute at times. Episode 2 really brought out the difference. I was not a fan of Lovesick 2014 , and I am still undecided about the 2024 reboot, but in my opinion it is miles better than the OG version. Maybe better writers, budget and technical skills have helped the newer version.
I am right now on Ep 5. And all the characters in the show have been talking in such obvious manner about these things that I thought maybe it's me who has not been able to get the plot. Thanks for letting me know!
I am sorry if this has been asked before, but I have still not understood the plot of this drama. Who is Huai'en father (second prince) and what's his so-called revenge all about ? And how is Jin family related to this ? What is this so -called roster that they are trying to protect and Huai'en is trying to steal? Can somebody please explain in short or direct me to the post where it has been explained earlier 🙏
The glee with which Taishin says 'Being a stan is so much fun' makes you realise why stalkers stalk. We know Taishin…
On the other hand, when Takara says ' you and I are equal', he becomes a prime example of the kind of people you should always keep close in your life.
Also Knight's mom told Kan that she 'saw'(as per subtitles) Per arguing with his mom. Do they all live in the same house........I am confused
