I personally hope this drama goes beyond 9.2 ..let's see, next week.And I want to see this story to be wrapped…
I agree, deserves much more than 9.2 ;) but you know, I didn't voted yet... I have a thing, I only vote for a drama when I finish it, so we still have hope! maybe there's a lot of ppl who needs to vote yet ;) And I do have to say that I'm counting the days to put my 10/10 on MDL <3

Yes I agree, last episode she was receiving such warm words from her mother-in-law... If I was her couldn't bare the guilt... she needs to divorce him in order to make him less miserable or even happy (and she needs to divorce for herself as well, she wasn't happy with him, they were never a good match from my pov), and we can see from 15 preview that he wants to be happy, he realizes now that he can't bare any longer to sacrifice himself over his family's happiness, and as his monk friend said, he needs for once focus on himself to be happy. I really hope that this drama turns out this way, if it ends terribly idk what I'm going to do (maybe go to korea and kill the screen writer lol jk).

It's almost a offence, at least for me haha, because Ji An and Dong Hoon's relationship is beyond "an affair". It's love in the most respectable way, it's a connection between souls not pure lust. (DH was defending her punching the CEO after his despicable words. ;)

The strong and independent female lead is everything about this drama <3 And I have to agree, misunderstandings do lead you into a horrible mess. What I have learned about this drama? Always talk to your other half about important stuff haha and if a marriage is that "shitty" please talk about it, not just drag/avoid the subject.
What I have to add, my only problem with this drama was that horrible role of the police... they were so incompetent from the very start until the end... I had that feeling that they put the police only to "full" the minutes of the drama. Such an incompetent police.
I watched 3 short videos of Moon Lovers today (I'd never watched a drama with her before) and I can tell that her acting skills improved a lot in comparisson of My Ahjussi. Unfortunately I won't watch the others because My Ahjussi is LIFE itself (but I intend to follow her future works). The struggling of dailybasis is so real and kind of lifts me up because I can see that I'm not the only one with problems! And watching them struggling makes me stay more positive about things... I say "fighting!" sometimes (remembering Park Dong Hoon). And regarding the age gap, I have to say that I have a friend which her father married her mother with a 13yo age gap, my aunt married my uncle 18y older than her... and we have more and more examples like this one (or even bigger) around the world... such a prejudice. Seems that they can't separate reality from ficction. This kind of prejudice just kills art, from my perspective. And I do have to say that girl that owns the bar just kills me (everyone has a sad life in this drama, but after Ji An and Dong Hoon she has the shittiest one)... such a sad and bitter life... that music 1 million roses fits her perfectly.

What I've heard, IU wanted to refuse the role bc she was concerned about the critics (something related to a song on her latest cd and the age gap between her and Lee Sun Kyun)... but they convinced her saying that this kind of drama would help her to improve her acting. After that, she accepted the role (this is my first drama with IU and I think that she is good portraying Lee Ji An... can't see any other actress portraying it besides her).
I couldn't see a chemistry between the leads as well... they forced them to be together because of the script but I have another complain, he treated her VERY badly when she was ugly, and Siwon's charecter really liked her for who she was and he saw her true beauty. The main lead started to like her only when she became pretty and bc he found out that she was his childhood sweetheart... idk the f* message they want to give us, viewers - and mostly females - Like, I need to improve my look in order to date and be loved? I couldn't be with a guy that mistreated me in the first place, but the female lead didn't care about this, she was always making excuses for his bad actions, I mean, this is the same behavior of a person that is covering an abuser (not saying that he was, but that he could do anything with her that she would be ok with that bc she loves him) and even when she gain some confidence she didn't change her mind... And most viewers are used to like this drama (and others with the same plot) and find the relationship between leaders very cute... I can't bare this. Haha Good review tho (y)

Hate is the opposite side of love... I believe (in my opinion) that he hates her, but can't distingish... and that obsession confuses his emotions in a vicious way. The director said that he is a pysichopath and a lunatic, and I dare say, that he is a bully as well, always following her (bc he has nothing better to do) and making her life miserable. He believes that if he is unhappy she needs to be as well because she killed his father... he dosen't have any sense of right or wrong... he is abusing a girl because she killed his father but he never thought once that his father was a bad guy (he thinks that his father is just a victim that did nothing to deserve what he was giving) and that she was only trying to protect herself and her grandmother. Ps.: If he had that sense of right or wrong he would be a resilient and a completely different person. If I were on his shoes I would like to start a new life, away from that horrible past, moved to another city or whatever... but no, he took over his father's job and manners, and by that he became his own father.
And yes he is indeed a complex character (along with the others), but not impossible to define, we can see that he is not on his right mind (he has never been, I dare say).

SO DAMN TRUE!!! I was almost having an heart attack and at the same time being surrounded by melancholy... freaking good chemistry, haven't seen one like this for a while!

We can see that she still loves the monk deeply... I feel her pain tho... imagine: you have all this amount of love to give but the other just can't accept it. If I can give my opinion about the future between them I just think that it's gonna stay like it is, the decision to became a monk is not simple, you have to be very sure (although I know that can be reversible... you can "abandon" a monk life), but it's not that easy to let go and be a normal person again... it's a hard decision to let go that easy... I bet that he won't change. I really hope hapiness again for Jun Hee, that she can finds a good man and be happy... But I can't asure you (nothing about the future in this drama is 100% sure) that she will be, because she *freaking* loves that monk.
